Meanwhile, governments have encouraged fluorescent tubes of lamps in the name of saving electricity. These are still being used in many homes.
The point is if fluorescent is in light for a long time
1. Eye sight is getting darker
2. Tears are coming down from the eyes.
3. Eyes are on fire.
4. Blindness may come eventually.
Remove the fluorescent tubes and bulbs in your home today.
Not that there are any problems with LED lights. If not less. !

By the time of returning, one of them has a head!
If you want to visit Mula Virat, you have to bathe and go to the temple with cleanliness and devotion.
But what is the crime of taking photos of the Mula Virat statue and sharing them on WhatsApp and Facebook and then sitting on the toilet on the dining table and watching it?
If this is the mistake, now Bala Ram's statue is being made animation through artificial intelligence and shared.
Have you thought how wrong you are doing?

Then I will say it with dignity and humility.

We've been teaching these to the kids over the last while.
But with the idea of teaching these in more depth systematic manner, we have designed a syllabus for each class named "Completeness - Bright Future".
Mentors {teachers with excellent communication skills and ability to understand the psychology of children} teach these lessons.
Not just giving information, they bring about necessary changes in children.
In one piece, this is the collection of many things that I have been posting on Facebook for the past three years.

My name is Diwakar, I live in you driving a cab.
While you were traveling in a cab, I noticed many children, most of them are used to mobiles, that means people who are running non-stop without mobiles, I feel like getting down the cab. I am saying this because I am traveling with a family since three days, among them there is a 7th standard boy LKG girl for 3 days. I've been watching mobile while I'm in the cab from. They will cry if I say that the sound is lowered. I got very angry but I can't say anything. If I am a child, I am not listening to his parents' words. He is still speaking whatever he heard on mobile. In 7th standard, I mean, when his parents were not there, they went to temple to visit their mobile. Again, it seems that he is studying in a good school in Hyderabad with lakhs. Then I remembered your slogan, that's it. no use mobile - no eat junk food I felt proud that my daughter is being sent to slate school, my daughter tells me every day, because of my daughter I am using you whenever I need mobile. I did not tell you all these days why I told you all these days but I wanted to thank you and your slate school management for not being able to see the children these 3 days. Thank you for the school. Happy Republic Day.

What is life?
Many political parties believe that victory is certain if you believe in social media.
If you influence the main media and make the facts not available to the people, they will turn towards social media in search of knowing the truth.
If you promote the same in social media, it is like putting a zero next to a zero.
The entire main media can be controlled in various ways. But social media is not like that right?
If we promote a thousand YouTube channels with one lakh paid sponsored IDs, then one thousand YouTube channels ... if one lakh one ID is found to be true, people will turn to it.
With the help of media and social media, all people can be cheated ten times. But at least they wake up at least a dozen times.
Billions can be fined .. Can be saluted by IAS IPS officers. Can run away without traffic in convoy. You can feel like a hero in front of people. Might turn into a celebrity.. So many benefits. True..
But peace of mind dies. Destruction of health.. Your life is not yours. Blames must fall .. Have to bow down and salute ..
Present tension .. Future tension .
What will happen at which moment?
To say in general, firecrackers at the top.. Lona lottaram lives ..
Our country's political leaders are great cheaters. Very intelligent people. Know how to make people mad. Know how to save money.
But those who don't know the definition of life.. If they had done business for their misdeeds, they would have lived with peace of mind.
Politics in our country is not the way to live a great life. That is some kind of mental illness. The quest that cannot be stopped.
Okay .. Politicians are a type of tribe.
Those who went into higher services like IAS are also breaking the line as if there is no tomorrow.
What if hundreds of crores are spent using the power?
On the other side, ride on the house { organizations like ACB, CBI } name in magazines .. Mosquitoes in jail .. Shellfish nest ..
Arerere .. If you lived with your salary, you would have been crores of times happier right?
If you fall in the flow and lose at least common sense

A report says that our country is one of the countries where false information is circulating. There needs to be a discussion on this.
"My husband is an expert in small education.
I don't know when the weddings are. Our Kapuram did not go well. Now we are far away. But he's still harassing me and my daughter "
" It's cruel Andy .. It's not right to harass you even if you don't like it. You should file a police complaint. Where is he now "
" Sir he is .. in Chennai . We are both in Hyderabad now "
" How is a person in Chennai disturbing you here? "
" Sir .. The one who calls again and again to come to him. He is tormenting us by sending the Spirit while we are not listening "
" is he sending the spirit ? "
" Yes .. "It damaged my girl's health"
" How can you say that your girl's health was damaged by the spirit he sent from Chennai? "
"Sir .. I can see the spirit "
{My mind .. is very tense .. It will take at least an hour to get it right .. two of them } . What .. Today you are the twelve .. You have been talking non-stop since nine .. You have to have lunch . There are other things to do . You and your girl go now . This time make an appointment and meet . Ask for the first appointment . The mind will be fresh . It will take at least an hour '
Requests to meet you sir in Facebook messenger.
I will tell you to give the secretary number and make an appointment and meet.
Whatever works I have, I give appointment to people like this once every fifteen days.
Fifteen people in total yesterday.
Fourth grade, fifth grade. The ninth grade.. The three kids.. They came up different.
Sit quietly in the classroom. There is no focus on education. He scratched and scratched the neighbor. If you say good words, he will turn back on his parents.
In the matter of three people, Kasta this way .. This is the complaint.
10 seconds of seeing the kids I understood it.
"What .. is your marriage to Manarika?"
"yes sir"
"No sir not Menaricum".
"Okay Andy.. Any health problems during pregnancy or during delivery.. or after birth?
"Yes sir.. He was born before he was even months old. "
"Yes sir.. He had feats at three months old" .
Attention deficit hyperactivity syndrome for two out of three.
Autism for one.
Till now no one has told them this.
Behaviour is the same when brain is problem.
Mother and father are beating them for not listening to us.
That means the problem is getting more complicated.
Additionally, the problem is especially aggravated by junk food which increases hyperactivity. Mobile phones are available to them..
I don’t understand a thing.
Are we in the jungle?
Even though we live in the city and go to the hospital so many times, neither they nor.. nor anyone in school talks about ADHD / autism!
While at home on a holiday during the last week of December
she reportedly felt dizzy and collapsed. Upon being taken to the hospital, tests revealed a brain tumor that required immediate surgical removal. After the surgery, the tumor was examined, and it was diagnosed as stage-four cancer.
The girl is in the ninth grade.
This is just horrible.
What is even more shocking is that there were about fifteen teenagers in the same ward where she underwent surgery. All of them were facing the same issue—brain tumors requiring surgery.
Doctors have said that in recent times, the number of children with this problem has increased.
1. There may be genetic causes for cancer. Genetically, cancer is very rare. There is nothing we can do about it.
2. Exposure to certain chemicals is a second cause. This usually applies to workers in specific types of industries; it is rare for children to be exposed to cancer-causing chemicals.
3. The real villain is mobile radiation, as well as Wi-Fi radiation. The culprits behind this won't admit it; if they did, a business worth trillions would suffer.
"The only thing that can be mitigated is the cause of cancer." Not the radiation associated with Wi-Fi. There is no evidence yet to say Wi-Fi causes cancer. "There will be an investigation on this" — that is pseudoscience.
WiFi and mobile radiation are factors linked to cancer and corona, just as vaccines are considered poison.
Those who deny this will realize the truth once they look into the facts.
Never leave the WiFi on; turn it off. Mobile phones operate on data connections. The less you watch Smart TV, the better.
Regarding laptops and tablets—if you use them with WiFi, do so moderately and only when necessary.
Protect your home and family members from WiFi and mobile radiation.
Do not give mobile phones to children.
Their brains are extremely sensitive; radiation harms them a hundred times more than it does adults.
In the coming days, we will see thousands of cancer-related deaths among young children.
Corona is also a reason for this; one should not be surprised if pharmacists react negatively to such claims.
4. Genetic mutations occur in every living being daily; this means cancer cells are constantly forming. The immune system eliminates them.
A weak immune system is the primary reason for the spread of cancer.
Let children play in the sunlight.
Avoid junk food that comes in cans and boxes. Give them naturally prepared food—specifically grains, leafy greens, and vegetables.
Ensure you drink enough water. Encourage children to study out of interest rather than through forced effort. Keep them away from violent movies and video games; exposure to such content causes mental stress and weakens immunity.

"I would have to stay up until midnight when I was in active politics." Sleeping like nine right now. Waking up early in the morning. Vekuva Jamuna's mind will be fresh. Writing the thoughts that came then on a paper. Listening to Annamayya songs at that time "
While he was speaking, I felt a moment of shock !
I wondered if Venkayya garu was talking about me .
That's my daily routine for the past several years. Nine minutes deep sleep. Getting up early in the morning. The thoughts that came at that time for the welfare of the world, as Suprabhata speaks on Facebook .. Listening to the songs of Tyagayya Annamayya in the voice of MS Amma, Balamurali, Yesudasu ..
Mistaking the infatuation driven by hormones like testosterone and oxytocin for love
teenagers engage in multiple pre-marital sexual relationships—whether lesbian, gay, or with multiple partners.
This happens at a stage where the prefrontal cortex (the front part of the brain) is not yet fully developed, a distinct personality has not yet formed, and one does not even fully understand oneself. Once the infatuation fades and incompatibility sets in, breakups occur; this cycle leads to depression, self-harm (like blade-cutting), acid attacks, and cybercrimes.
People lose their way and assume everyone else is the same; harassment occurs in relationships that never lead to marriage, or divorces happen within six months of forced unions; there is constant bickering and conflict.
In the name of civilization and modernity, people of the AI era are destroying the institution of marriage, effectively digging their own graves!
Consider the King—he who is the guardian of millions of subjects. Yet, throughout his life—whether by choice or destiny—he remained devoted to a single wife. He established boundaries for her protection, ventured as far as Sri Lanka, and waged a fierce war. Even when forced to part ways under unbearable circumstances in the forest—where he surely wept more than she did—he never allowed another woman into his heart. His vow of monogamy stands as an ideal model for the husband-wife relationship and the institution of marriage.
What other path is there?
What is the future other than this? The male chauvinism that demands a wife change her surname after marriage, live submissively, hand over her earnings to him, and append his name to hers...
The husband—once viewed as the provider of status and the fulfiller of wishes—is now often dragged to the police station over trivial matters; a new brand of feminism sees courts intervening in marital disputes.
True happiness lies in togetherness, not in the individual "I."
The millennial generation—uncivilized and swept away by a tsunami of stress hormones—believes that separation leads to wealth!
A humanist who prefixed his wife's name to his own—"Seetharamudu"—defining the true essence of the husband-wife bond...
What other path is there?
What other future awaits us?
Children who ignore their aging parents, thinking that dumping them in an old-age home solves the problem... Children who—far from saving their parents from the spiritual "Punnama Naraka" (hell)—inflict hell upon them while they are alive and do not even show up for the final farewell after death... Wives dragging husbands to the police station over trifles; brothers turning into sworn enemies... A father attempting to rape his sixteen-year-old daughter; a mother killing her four-year-old son and transporting the body in a car...
Oh, you savages of the post-COVID era, drifting away in the cesspool of the web world in the name of a "better life"! Sugunabhiram, who renounced his kingdom and comforts to honor his father's word and ventured into the forest clad in simple attire; Seethamma, who walked alongside him; a younger brother who sought out hardships for his elder brother's sake; another younger brother who placed his feet upon the throne yet ruled in his elder brother's name—a true embodiment of family values.
What path is there other than this?
What future is there other than this?
In this democratic era, rulers forget the people's well-being, governing arbitrarily with a dictatorial mindset and plundering public funds to secure their heirs' futures—thereby robbing the people of a tomorrow. And yet, the people yearn day and night for such leaders!
Oh, modern-day slaves of the cyber age—swept away in a whirlpool of emotions, having abandoned common sense!
Despite being a ruler, he believed public opinion to be the ultimate pillar; he was an ideal leader who took a single citizen's criticism to heart and endured the anguish of sending his beloved wife to the forest. Rama's kingdom signifies a welfare state—a model of governance for the public good that has endured for millennia.
What path is there other than this?
What other ideal exists besides this?
At the moment of Rama's re-coronation in Ayodhya...
To internalize the lessons taught by Rama and steer one's life onto the right path—that is true devotion to Rama!
That is what the 'Jagadananda' spirit expects of you.
The people are happy!
Music is not just to show talent or to make money.
Vaggeyakar Srisadguru Tyagaraja Swamy who believed and practiced that music is Kaivalya Sopana. That is why he is our idol even after hundreds of years passed away.
Tyagaraju used to believe deeply that there is an inherent relationship between music and literature. If you sing with emotion, any concert will make your blood boil. Touches the hearts of the listeners. For this to happen, the artist must come in which language the kriti he is singing. If you don't understand the literature, you won't get self-happiness. Without this, there will be no impulse in the concert. A concert without a sense of humor will not reign. That's why they used to say Tyagaraju who doesn't understand the lyrics but music has no value. That's why he's the first to teach the language to everyone who comes to him to learn music. This matter was told by Thanjavuru Ramarao, the main disciple of Tyagaraja Swamy.
There were over 200 people who studied music under Tyagaraja Swamy. Of these, Thanjavur Rama Rao and Manambuchavadi Venkata Subbayar – both of them were Telugu. The rest were Tamilians. As a language teacher who himself taught Telugu to so many hundreds of people, Tyagaya declared his commitment to preserving his mother tongue.
Usually in music training, sung or sung... Anything else is taught with voices first. Taught with lyrics after the vocal positions are perfect. Tyagaraja, unlike this, would have taught any work with literature first.
If it seemed that the student was singing with emotion, then he would teach with voices. It is a credit to Tyagaraja Swamy that language is given such importance even today.
Many languages were used in Tanjavuru area during the Tyagaraja Swamy period. Since it became Tamiladesam, Tamil was mainly used. Sanskrit used to be a Pandit language and a Raja language. Telugu used to be everywhere. Telugu used to be commercially in many places.
With the advent of British rule, English also became more dominant. On the other hand, due to the invasions and aggressions of Muslim rulers, Urdu and Parsi languages also made their presence felt.
Amidst all these languages and cultural diversity, Tyagaraja made an immortal effort to preserve his mother tongue Telugu, Telugu culture and literature. He composed thousands of kriti in Telugu and poured his immense asceticism into them, becoming the main reason why the Telugu language continues to shine even today.
Born and raised in Tamil Pradesh, Tyagarajaswamy did not write a single kriti in Tamil. Is it correct? At least he did not give a place to a single Tamil word in his works. This one proof is enough to tell what is the sacrifice Raju's effort for the protection of Telugu language.
The hymns of Tyagaraja are not 'stotras' that increase religious fanaticism. They are lamps of consciousness that stimulate society towards duty. Upanishads that make a man a man.

Anger Management
Betting and Gambling
With the advent of online accessibility, betting and gambling have become a novel hobby among teenagers and young adults.
Trillions of rupees change hands annually.
Even if a participant wins temporarily, they ultimately face total financial ruin. It is the operators of these activities who reap massive profits.
Everything involves marketing.
Corporate hospitals rely on village-level RMPs (Rural Medical Practitioners) for marketing, while corporate schools utilize media outlets and their own teachers to promote themselves.
So, how is betting and gambling marketed?
If news spreads that someone was ruined, jailed, or driven to suicide because of it, the number of bettors would surely drop, right?
A major weakness for humans—especially men—is sex. What if sex itself is used as a marketing tool for betting and gambling?
There is a story about someone in America who played poker (a dubious claim often made that it is a "game of skill"), made millions, and now reportedly has 1,100 bikini-clad women as girlfriends.
Out of half a billion players—while everyone else was ruined—did this one individual simply get lucky, or is there a marketing ploy by betting companies at play? It is unclear.
This story has now been released to the public. Trashy YouTube channels are churning out stories featuring nude photos.
"What a lousy life this is! No matter how hard I try, I can't get a job; and even if I do, the pay is peanuts. If one is to live, it should be like *him*. How many lifetimes would it take to have a thousand girlfriends?"—thinking this, every Tom, Dick, and Harry drools with envy, only to gamble away their parents' hard-earned money and end up destitute or driven to suicide.
It doesn't matter how many families are ruined; as long as the YouTube channel rakes in views and money, that’s all that counts.
From pharma giants—speaking of which, they kept harping on about Corona for a whole month, didn't they? ...What happened to that?—everyone is finding brand-new ways to fleece others. The only goal is making money; believing there is no harm in stooping to any atrocity to achieve it, everyone is pursuing their own unscrupulous marketing schemes.
Have you seen Dracula movies?
In that the devil's canine tooth is big.
Have you noticed?
This carnivorous tooth is one of the biggest carnivores. This giant tooth is used to tear apart and eat the meat they hunted.
These teeth in humans are the length of the rest.
As big as carnivorous animals, they are not longer than other teeth.
The reason is that humans evolved to use stone tools. They also invented fire.
This means that there is no need to tear raw meat.
That means the use of white teeth has decreased.
They are also used like other teeth.
These white teeth are not coming { Oh my God ! There is no length for R D N I K A L. If you type together, it comes as 'notes' } they say.
Dog is called canine in English. The reason is that the dog has big teeth. Lendi is not just a dog .. Still the same for many animals like tiger and lion }
These are all lessons I told you many years ago.
When I posted yesterday, the name Radanikalu didn't immediately come to mind .
Okay, if you check it on Google, there are four types of teeth in a human being. One of the horoscopes .
It came as two dogs.
Oh my God, why are dogs in the mouth of a man Google !!
The activity of lifting and lowering weights in the gym is called resistance training.
It involves moving a weight—1. rapidly against the force of gravity (i.e., while lifting it up) and 2. slowly in the direction of gravity (while lowering it).
It means resisting gravitational forces.
These training exercises can also be done at home. (I will post videos explaining this topic soon.)
Let us look at the benefits of resistance training in this post.
Many people think that working out in the gym is solely for building muscle.
But there are so many benefits to it.
1. Resistance training helps build muscle. This increases the rate of biological activity (metabolic rate), which can improve insulin sensitivity.
Consequently, the level of bad cholesterol in the blood decreases.
The level of good cholesterol increases.
This benefits heart health.
It reduces the risk of heart attacks.
2. Many people today suffer from insomnia. Workouts trigger the release of neurotransmitters.
This provides relief to the body.
It makes falling asleep easier.
...and leads to deep sleep.
3. Resistance training prevents high blood pressure.
And it helps control diabetes.
Increasing insulin sensitivity lowers blood sugar levels.
4. Many people today suffer from mental stress.
Workouts cause the release of a hormone called endorphin into the bloodstream.
It keeps cortisol—a stress hormone—under control.
If a person with suicidal thoughts exercises for an hour, they often let go of negative thoughts and immediately gain the enthusiasm and spirit to achieve something.
To an observer, this might seem like magic. It certainly feels that way. This is science.
5. Regular exercise reduces joint pain.
It also alleviates muscle sprains and pain.
Allu Arjun, who suffered a shoulder injury during the filming of the first part of the movie *Pushpa*, recovered through rehab training (we exercised side-by-side during those three months under the same trainer).
Resistance training enables proper posture and walking mechanics. (Excess fat around the abdomen often forces a person to lean backward while walking, which is why obese individuals frequently suffer from lower back pain. Furthermore, excess fat acts as a burden on the body without providing any structural support, placing undue stress on the bones and, specifically, the joints. Obesity—or excess body fat—is a primary cause of joint pain.)
6. Resistance training improves body agility. Brisk walking helps maintain proper body balance, making one feel up to ten years younger.
7. Resistance training strengthens bones. This reduces the risk of developing bone-related conditions such as arthritis and osteoporosis (loss of bone density/strength associated with aging).
8. Resistance training stimulates the brain and boosts cerebral blood circulation. This enhances neural connectivity and facilitates the delivery of beneficial substances like BDNF to the brain. Consequently, it helps preserve memory as one ages and lowers the risk of diseases like dementia.
Beyond these, there are many other benefits to resistance training:
9. Prevention of excess weight gain.
10. Promotion of positive feelings.
11. Heart health.
12. Ability to work energetically and achieve better results (e.g., in office work).
A healthy family life.
There is no bliss greater than ignorance!
Just like that... we will survive!
What we know is a mere speck!
Our ignorance is as vast as a mountain!!
There is no desire to learn!
We are more interested in the lives of others and trivial matters than in our own lives!
Ask about politics... and they talk about TV serials.
Thanks to TV channels, everyone today acts like a veritable Prashant Kishor!
We know—and care—precious little about our own health or family!
The muscles...
Body massage...
To the modern Telugu populace—whose language is increasingly peppered with raw profanity—these two words ("body massage") sound obscene or negative.
Ninety-nine percent of people think "massage" is just a euphemism for sex.
You brush your teeth every morning, don't you?
The majority thinks brushing is solely about cleaning the teeth.
Half the task of brushing involves massaging the gums that support the teeth.
If the gums aren't healthy, the teeth will fall out.
To keep gums healthy, you need to massage them twice a day as part of your brushing routine.
The brush shouldn't be hard.
Massage the gums by gently brushing up and down with a soft-bristled brush. Massage slowly to ensure the gums are stimulated from top to bottom.
For the front teeth (incisors and canines), massage the surrounding gums by moving the brush in a circular motion.
Massaging this way improves blood circulation to the gums, keeping them healthy.
The gums require daily massage.
Gums are a type of muscle.
There are so many other muscles in the body.
What happens if they don't get a massage? How many people realize that massaging one's muscles is just as essential as using the restroom or eating a meal in the morning?
"Muscles"—for many, this word is associated only with "muscle heroes" or media displays of physique. Yet, they never use terms like "Pot-bellied Beauty" for women.
"Men build muscles to woo women. Showing off muscles might be fine at a certain age, but is it really necessary as one gets older?"
... This is the level we are at.
This is our ignorance!
That is why I said it: there is no bliss quite like ignorance.
Happiness is not the lot of the people here.
Pharmacists are the ones profiting from this public ignorance.
They are the ones who truly enjoy life!
As for the masses—the majority of people...
Living means eating like a pig, then visiting diagnostic centers and hospitals, popping handfuls of pills, serving as an ATM for the medical mafia, and simply passing time... That is life. Ignorance represents the lowest level of thinking.
If you try to tell them something, they spout shallow philosophy: "What does it matter? Are we going to live for a thousand years? We’re going to die someday anyway, aren't we?"
"Don't eat this... don't eat that... there are no rules about exercise..." People wallow in ignorance, criticizing anyone who offers sound advice, claiming they are just "saying things unnecessarily."
One ought to ask such fools a simple question:
"Why take Metformin when the disease strikes? Why take BP medication? Why undergo radiation therapy if you get cancer? Your grandparents didn't consume any of these things, did they? Why do you? After all, life ends eventually, right? So, why not just skip the medicine, pass away quickly, and stop being a burden on the earth?"
If someone were to ask that, their mouths would finally shut. "Human, what is the body?"
This is just trivial, superficial philosophy.
"The body itself is the temple."
- This is what Shankaracharya said.
That is wisdom.
The four main parts of the body:
Bones... muscles... skin... fat.
Fat content in the body should be between ten and twenty percent.
Fat provides protection against the cold. It stores energy to be used in emergencies.
If the fat percentage exceeds twenty, it becomes a disease.
Maintaining fifty or sixty percent body fat—constantly accumulating and burning it—is the norm for most people today.
They get angry the moment you mention "muscle."
In their view, the word "muscle" implies something obscene.
Fat is simply a tissue that stores energy.
In a way, you could call it "dead tissue."
Don't rely too much on the textbook, Master!
Fat is adipose tissue. It is actually living tissue.
"Dead" doesn't mean literally dead.
As I just told you... its function is temperature regulation and energy storage.
But fat cells don't need food. Suppose you ate heavily and gained five kilograms of fat in three months; does that accumulated fat require food—or energy—now?
No.
However, if you build muscle, it requires energy. Muscles are metabolically active tissue; they need energy throughout the day.
Muscles consume energy even when you aren't exercising.
When you have muscle mass—especially in your youth—fat doesn't accumulate easily, because muscles utilize the food you eat.
As you age, muscle mass declines. Consequently, the body's energy requirement drops, and the food you eat gets converted into fat.
That is why, after a certain age, even eating a small amount can make you gain weight.
Your belly starts to grow. Physical robustness—though for many, the word 'robustness' itself carries a vulgar connotation. They often ask, "What is there to it? Do we lift weights?"
No need to count trees, Narahari. We should live without relying on others. We have to sit and stand; we have to walk, right?
To do things like this, you need to have muscles.
And your bones must be strong.
Muscles are really for the youth.
It is something primarily needed by older adults. It naturally arises during youth. Just as people wear glasses when their vision declines with age...
...it is just like that.
Muscle weakening begins around the age of forty.
That is precisely when one needs to pay extra attention to it.
You have to get enough protein.
Muscle fibers break down only when you engage in resistance training.
Muscles develop only when you do that and consume a high-protein diet.
When done this way, bones also become strong.
There is no other way to prevent muscle wasting and keep the body strong other than resistance training.
This is science.
Yoga is different.
Yoga does not help in muscle growth.
It helps maintain existing muscle and keeps joints flexible.
The approach for yoga is different.
The approach for resistance training is different.
They are distinct; one does not compete with the other.
There is no competition between them.
That is simply how it is.
They serve different purposes!
I mentioned that muscle wasting stops and muscles grow only with resistance training, didn't I?
Resistance training means...
Climbing trees, carving rocks or stones, plowing fields, digging up and moving soil with a shovel, breaking up materials, turning heavy wheels, preparing ingredients using a traditional mortar and pestle, doing laundry, demolishing structures...
...and doing this kind of work for at least five hours a day. Do it for at least 340 days a year—at least six hours a day.
Otherwise, you might find yourself sitting in front of the TV, gorging on junk food like pigs, while wondering, "What did our grandparents do?"—all without ever attempting resistance training.
This requires a gym.
Those who cannot go to a gym can do it at home without needing much equipment.
If you want to do it, you first need the right awareness.
You must have the determination to actually do it.
Without any of that—while engaging in petty politics, spouting hollow philosophy, or mechanically reciting information like an ATM—you remain among the millions burdened by the weight of the earth, lost in the illusion of life.
The truth can be harsh.
Facebook friends, please do not take offense at this hard-hitting post.
There are three types of body building.
1. One is a fat muzzle. Eating a lot of carbs and proteins will get. Will have muscles. The fat in the middle of it all. With that, muscle feels like mountains. This is a very sick thing. Risk of heart attack due to excessive fat.
2. The second one is from eating steroids. This is a suicide scene. Kidneys will be damaged and will look like patients for a few years.
3. The third is lean muscle. Low level carbs and exercise; Diet control should be done. Exercise should be done. This is a symbol of a person's self-confidence.
The trainers in our gym show me as an example ( Lean muscle).
So many people going to the gym with my motivation. "Sir, post your gym photos from time to time. They are asking for inspiration ".
So I am posting.
You can ignore that post when you are not interested in gym. Then someone said on yesterday's post "what's there?" They commented "Only there is a scar". This post is for the awareness of all whether he has done it selfishly.
You can't build muscles like mountains by going to the gym. If you do, it's like you are nearing death.
Lean muscle - this is health.
This is science
First photo (Fat muscle. Second steroid muscles; third one lean muscle)
Any one can surely learn lots of things from my posts. (Ignorance of course is bliss)
Sri Krishna, the Supreme Lord!
An incarnation of Sri Mahavishnu.
In the war between righteousness and unrighteousness, he naturally stood on the side of righteousness.
He could have easily vanquished the unrighteous—the Kaurava army—in a single minute using his *Sudarshana Chakra*.
But did he do that?
No.
He undertook a peace mission, saying, "Duryodhana! Give at least five villages; otherwise, your destruction is inevitable."
On the other hand, he became the charioteer for Partha (Arjuna) at Kurukshetra.
He taught the *Gita* to Arjuna.
The Mahabharata war lasted for 18 days.
The Pandavas lost their own children (such as Abhimanyu).
Grandfather Bhishma and Teacher Drona had to be killed.
Yet, in the end, Dharma (righteousness) triumphed.
And before that—in the third era—there was Sri Rama.
To wage war against Ravana, who had abducted his wife Sitamma, he accepted help from whoever came forward—be it the *Vanara* (monkey) army or a bird.
Lakshmana fainted during the battle.
Rama, too, faced many hardships.
When Sitamma's whereabouts were unknown, he could have simply used his divine vision to locate her and slain Ravana in an instant.
But that is not how it happened.
How much effort must we exert for Dharma to triumph?
Even the Supreme Lord, when born as a human, faced countless hardships, tears, and obstacles.
The stories of the *Ramayana* and *Mahabharata* explain the truth of life to everyone, even the humblest among us.
"Sir... there will always be a conflict between righteousness and injustice. Dharma must prevail.
Otherwise, humanity will be destroyed.
For Dharma to triumph, you must play your part.
A squirrel, a bird—so many creatures played their respective roles.
Once born as a human, you too must play your part." "Naina... magic doesn't just happen. One must distinguish between good and bad. We must let good triumph; evil must be defeated."
This is the essence of the Ramayana and Mahabharata.
Is there a better lesson in life skills than this?
What better mirror of reality is there?
Even when stated so clearly, people still wander in a fantasy world, believing miracles will occur—that their problems will be solved in an instant.
It is common for people to be deceived by waiting for someone to come along and fix everything.
Cycle rickshaws... except in Bengal, you don't see them in our area anymore. Riding a cycle rickshaw means sweating it out all day long.
But the rickshaw puller is a human being, too, isn't he? He dreams of living in mansions, traveling on ships, and winning the heart of a beautiful woman. That is only natural.
One must dream.
But to make those dreams a reality, one must choose a practical path. The system, too, should make that possible.
It isn't that simple.
Take the hero MGR—a rickshaw puller. A beautiful girl falls for him, and he performs wonders. It’s a three-hour rickshaw-based fantasy.
There were countless rickshaw pullers back then who found satisfaction in watching a three-hour movie, wandering through a fantasy world, and imagining themselves in the hero's shoes—living out on screen what they couldn't achieve in real life.
That’s the magic of cinema, my friend.
What kind of clothes does a lorry driver wear?
Doesn't he also wish he could wear a suit and boots?
And there you have it—thanks to NTV, that became possible.
From humble huts to train journeys and mango orchards... she made me soar through a fantasy world for three hours. Showing people another world is second nature to filmmakers; they weave dreams in just three hours.
Where is the garden? Where is the princess? What is the mysterious underworld?
That is precisely how the hit formula was born.
They have grasped the pulse of the people.
Even though times, generations, and stars have changed, people's fantasies remain the same.
Life is often dull and monotonous; without the chance to dream, what would it be like?
Medical mafias, education mafias, political mafias—in the 'Snakes and Ladders' game of your life, a gaping-mouthed snake lurks in every square. Common sense, a realistic outlook, hard work, and perseverance are the ladders that help you climb.
But people lack that kind of patience.
They want to lose belly fat and get rid of high blood pressure and diabetes just by taking some herbal medicine from a box—without the patience for actual hard work.
They want to make millions in a single lottery win and become incredibly wealthy overnight.
They want to ace the IIT-JEE exam while in the 10th grade, without even studying.
Always looking for shortcuts.
That is exactly the point the director of the movie *Hanu-Man* focused on, even though the concept is an old one.
A frail young man discovers a gem formed from a drop of Hanuman's blood and performs miracles with it.
He captivates people with the gem—and gains wisdom along the way.
Vittalacharya—wherever he may be now—has been surpassed in the realm of fantasy storytelling; a while back, a movie called *Sri Anjaneyam* also explored similar themes. He took that same basic concept, gave it a slight twist, and scored a hit with a movie driven by visual effects.
People are enjoying the movie.
So, wouldn't the people who watch web series and mother-in-law/daughter-in-law serials enjoy it too?
If it weren't for my luck, I would have gone and...got caught today. Maybe he is afraid by folding it. Another guy.. My Sami Ranga does not have that much courage. Something festive holiday .. Small movie became a big hit ... I went like that .
Sami played kabaddi .
Not the wrong movie.
Vitalachariy movies .. I have always gone beyond the stage of being angry after watching crazy fantasies .
The mistake is mine. Mine is for the three.
Really thinking it is Hanuman's movie.
What is the most violent thing is a scientist.. Vennela Kishore researches on rats and comes up with hand gloves a little bigger than the ones I wear in the gym.
Wearing it gives unlimited strength.
Someone is a superhero.. He gave his embryo to children.. He gave him film violence.
Finally, Vibhishana said .
Oh my god, what a director .. ..
Don't you see me at least a resemblance?
New India!

The ground to plow!
Is the phenol a sweet potato? ??
Mental problems are spreading like a pandemic today!
1. Depression - Depression
2. Anxiety - Anxiety
Reasons!
1. Alone..
Don't think that being single means that mom and dad are dead. Amma watching web series in front of Smart TV..
Dad is watching porn in front of the laptop.
Naveena's child in front of mobile.
This is the new generation of singles
2 Studies that do not teach human values, social intelligence, emotional intelligence.
The name is great Vuru dibba schools
This new generation of orphans are mainly using drugs to cure their mental illnesses.
1 anti depressant .. That means medicines that cure mental depression.
2 Mood elevators .. Means the medicines used to bring cheerfulness and enthusiasm.
The end is not the beginning!
What's up.. There is a problem. There are medicines for that. What's wrong with taking? Don't get angry on me saying what is your sodi in the middle.
Side effects of these medicines.

What is there .. Some people think that there is no medicine for these problems!
That's true. One misfortune is the root of many misfortunes.
A cell phone, smart TV came into the house.
11, 774 crores per year for the pharma companies that manufacture psychiatric drugs.
In another five years it will be crores.
If the child of the house gets erectile problem after taking these medicines..
What's up?

Navabharatham in Mental Illness
A staggering twelve thousand crores!
That is the annual cost of medication consumed by Indians for mental illnesses!
And don't assume that those grappling with mental illness and taking these drugs are just the elderly...
85% of them are under the age of thirty-five!
The production and use of these medicines has been increasing rapidly over the last two years.
Up 80% in the last few months.
Pharmacists are celebrating!
Anyone might ask...
What's wrong with it?
The disease... That's why when you have mental illness... Isn't it good to go to a psychiatrist and take medicines without any shame?
True...
But!...
Stepping into a pile of filth!
Is Phenol a sweet potato? (Is it harmless?)
Mental health issues are spreading like an epidemic today!
1. Depression
2. Anxiety
Causes!
1. Loneliness...
Don't think loneliness implies that one's parents have passed away. It could be watching web series on 'Amma's' smart TV...
Or Dad in front of the laptop... watching porn.
A modern child in front of a mobile phone.
This is the loneliness of the new generation.
2. Education that fails to teach human values, social intelligence, or emotional intelligence.
Schools that are all hype but offer little substance.
This new generation of 'orphans' is primarily using medication to treat their mental illnesses.
1. Antidepressants... medicines that treat mental depression.
2. Mood elevators... medicines used to induce cheerfulness and enthusiasm.
The beginning is not the end!
What is the big deal? A problem arose. There is medicine for it. What is wrong with taking it? Don't get angry with me for this digression.
Side effects of these medicines:
1. Diminished eyesight.
2. Irritability and confusion.
3. Burning and pain during urination.
4. Headache, dizziness.
5. Erectile dysfunction in men.
6. Fainting, nausea.
Some might wonder, "What is the big deal? Aren't there medicines for these problems?"
That's true. One misfortune is the root of many misfortunes.
Cell phones and smart TVs have entered our homes.
As a result, pharmaceutical companies manufacturing mental health drugs are raking in money—11,774 crore rupees annually.
In the next five years, that figure will run into even more crores.
If a son develops erectile dysfunction after taking these medicines...
What happens?
His wife seeks a divorce. Even before that, there might be an affair with a neighbor, legal cases, divorce proceedings, and plenty of work—and income—for the police and divorce lawyers. Sometimes, it can even escalate to murder; consider that a "bonus."
Three cell phones... three thousand crores.
This post is dedicated to the new generation of parents who have children and then leave them to their cell phones.
Stretching one's budget to the limit just to make a purchase...
"What is the big deal? Everything has side effects... Will everyone suffer from everything? Answer that for yourself..." For the time being...
Who is at fault?
The passengers boarded the plane and sat down.
Now the plane should go up the runway and take off.
But there is thick fog.
The plane is not in a position to take off.
Just for a while to think the smoke and snow will subside.. Half an hour.. Did you see the last hour. But there is no change in the situation.
What should be done now?
Passengers should be removed from the plane and included back to the airport.
There are those who will wait for an hour or five. Those who do not want to cancel their tickets and go home.
If the passengers were kept sitting in the plane for five hours instead of that?
The AC should be kept running in the plane as long as the passengers are there. That means fuel consumption. If the AC runs for three to four hours, the fuel will run out. The plane should go back for fuel.. or go to the refueling machine.
Sitting in a plane for that long is hell. Knees get sore. Sweat dries up. Patience dies.
A man from south Delhi boarded an Indigo flight to Goa for honeymoon. Five hours of waiting. Co pilot attacked him while explaining why the flight was delayed.
If there is zero visibility, the plane will not take off. What will the pilot do for that? Now his honey moon casta laws.
Maybe put a life ban on him from boarding a plane.
The pilot is not at fault.
The civil aviation department that makes crazy crazy rules. How can they blindly enforce rules without common sense?
Bhogipallu
Panjia- This is the only continent of land in ancient times.
That is what a supercontinent means.
There are plaques deep in the earth.
Due to the movement of these plates, the earth has started to move side to side.
The oceans have changed their sails.
Slowly slowly the seven continents have been formed.
This is the theory of plaque formation.
Because of the movement of the plates like this... The north side at large.. The south has formed as a kusu.
Why is only the northern part formed wide? Why does the rest of the world look so southern? That means no answer will be found. Science {geology} only says that it happened because of plate tectonics.
Now there are ice parks in the desert of Dubai.. Technology has come that makes it possible to grow fruit orchards.
But ancient times were not like that right?
Earth was the most important resource in those days. That's why if Ondru is a soil land, it is suitable for agriculture. And more cultivation water.
Humans settled where it all is.
Progress has been achieved .
The first civilizations of the human race have been revealed in the river tributary areas.
Let us take the geographical status of our country as an example.
Himalayas are the new mountains . Once upon a time they used to hide in the womb of the sea.
Due to the movement of plates... they moved the earth northward, so those mountains became high.
North India has become vast
Himalayas are high mountains .
If a mountain is more than 6000 meters high, there is always snow there. Snow moves downward due to gravity. That is, a glacier.
Snow pellets roll the rocks down.
By the time we reached the bottom of the mountain, the snow is melting and the speed of the river is rising.. Stones rolling fast in that water... And like that, they are gradually crumbled into pieces. The valleys became fertile where the soil is fodder.
Ganga Valley .. Sindhu Valley .
The kings who ruled those areas have a chance to collect more taxes and manage more army.
Apart from this, minerals like iron.
That is why the kings who ruled the north became strong.
A big army.
They were able to defeat the invasion of the South and establish the entire Indian empire.
History is based on geographical conditions.
This is part of the post I put up this morning.. Scientific explanation.
Other things like Kubera - the direction of the north come under religious belief. Not all religious beliefs have scientific explanations.
To believe or not is up to the people's choice.
Religion begins where science cannot explain.
Religion means only God is there .. Not a single point discussion is not there.
Religion has accumulated knowledge of millions of generations. Some of it is scientific. Some is just belief.
Above all, religion is a social controlling tool.
Fulfilling the equitable needs of man.
I don't have the knowledge to go up and debate on the media above religion.
I believe in God.
I don't believe in the devil.
It is true that many atrocities have happened in the name of God for generations.
Without religion, no society could survive till now. Former Soviet Russia China are examples for this.
I have no problem with atheists.
I respect assets.
To understand all this, one needs mental maturity.
I don't have a problem with people who think I have posted on the wall like a cat without understanding properly

The North—what is the magic behind it?
The Earth!
There is a line dividing the Earth into two halves.
The North lies above it (the Northern Hemisphere).
The South lies below (the Southern Hemisphere).
Take a look at a world map or a globe.
If you view the continents as a whole, the North appears vast—spanning regions like Russia, Greenland, and Canada—whereas the South consists of smaller landmasses (such as South Africa and Argentina), with the exception of Australia.
Now, let’s consider the continents individually.
Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Europe—this is the pattern: each continent is narrower than its widest northern section. Have you noticed?
India follows this pattern too.
In the North, we have the Himalayas and the river valleys of the Ganges, Yamuna, and Indus.
As we move South, the land narrows. In a way, it resembles a triangle, doesn't it?
Why is this the case? Have you ever wondered?
Let’s look at it from another perspective.
Let’s delve into history.
Alexander—the Greek prince and warrior who was the first to conquer the known world—hailed from the North.
Consider the great world civilizations: Mesopotamia, China, Harappa, Sumeria, and Greece. Were any of them located in the Southern Hemisphere? No. They were all in the Northern Hemisphere.
The Maya and Aztec civilizations once flourished in the Americas; among them, the Aztecs were situated in the Southern Hemisphere.
Let’s consider another angle.
The powers that ruled the world in the modern era—
Portugal, Spain, France, and England—all originated in the North.
Let’s look at today’s leading nations:
The USA, Russia, China, Canada, Japan, and England—they are all in the North. The countries likely to emerge as superpowers in the future—China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, India—are all from the North.
Why is it like this?
What kind of sorcery is this?
Wait for it... It's not over yet.
Let's consider our own country.
The North possesses vast expanses—the regions of the Ganga, Yamuna, Indus, and Brahmaputra rivers and tribal areas; the fertile alluvial soil; the life-giving rivers.
And in the South?
A mountain range on one side (Eastern Ghats), another on the other (Western Ghats), and a rocky expanse in the middle (the Deccan Plateau, filled with stones and rubble).
But there are fertile river valleys in the South too, right? You might ask that.
Yes... the Cauvery, Krishna, and Godavari... but even if you combine them all, they don't amount to even a tenth of what the North has.
Who were the emperors that established an empire over the whole of India?
Chandragupta Maurya, Ashoka, Chandragupta Vikramaditya, Alauddin Khilji, Akbar... How is it that not a single one of them was a Southern king?
What about Sri Krishnadevaraya?
I, too, have a deep love for the Telugu language, sir... but his kingdom never extended beyond Odisha.
In history, instances of Southern kings ruling the North are rare.
Rajendra Chola... he did conquer the region along the Ganges.
Modern times...
Nehru, Lal Bahadur Shastri, Indira, Morarji, Charan Singh, Rajiv Gandhi, Chandrashekhar, VP Singh, Vajpayee... Alas, is the situation the same in modern times?
Yes... P.V. Narasimha Rao is the only exception.
Are you saying there is another man?
Oh, come on... he barely had enough time just to sleep... you really are something else. It might sound sentimental, but...
A man who shifted the capital from the north to the south (central India) went down in history as Tughlaq (that was his surname, though people often mistake 'Tughlaq' for a synonym for a madman).
Another ruler didn't shift the capital entirely but kept his base at Golconda and Bidar to keep a close watch on Bijapur; ultimately, the Deccan became his final resting place.
Today, many nations in the southern hemisphere—such as South Africa, Venezuela, Peru, Argentina, and various African countries—are grappling with numerous problems.
In Hyderabad, areas that have seen tremendous development over the last twenty years—Madhapur, Kondapur, the Financial District, Gachibowli, Kukatpalli, Patancheru, Kandlakoya, Kokapeta—are all expanding towards the north.
Real estate activity began in Shamshabad twenty years ago—one project after another—yet growth there remains limited. Shamshabad is located in the south (even the airport is there).
According to Hindu tradition, the North is the abode of Kubera.
The South is the abode of Yama; it is said that one should not sleep with their head pointing towards the south.
Regarding the main entrance of a house...
There is double the demand for North-East facing houses and flats.
South-facing properties see low demand.
Bhishma was critically injured in the Mahabharata war. However, he chose to breathe his last during the auspicious period of *Uttarayana* (the sun's northward journey) while lying on a bed of arrows (*Ampa-shayya*).
Today is Makara Sankranti—the time when the sun begins its journey towards the north, marking the start of *Uttarayana*. This festival is celebrated under various names across the country; the southern phase does not hold the same priority.
What is this magic?
Think about it. Reflect on this during the festival.
Happy Sankranti to everyone.
Are you asking for the answer to this? Oh my... I have to celebrate too... See you later.
Pongal Festival
The North—what is the magic behind it?
The Earth!
Dividing it in two is the Equator.
With the North at the top (Northern Hemisphere)...
And the South at the bottom (Southern Hemisphere)...
Take a look at a world map or a globe.
If you consider all the continents together, the Earth is broad in the north (regions like Russia, Greenland, and Canada) and tapers to a point or becomes smaller towards the south (regions like South Africa and Argentina)—with Australia being an exception.
And now... let's take one continent at a time.
Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Europe—this is the pattern.
Every continent is broad in the north and becomes narrow or tapered towards the south.
Have you noticed?
Our India is the same way.
The Himalayas in the north... the Ganga, Yamuna, and Indus river valleys.
It narrows as it moves south. In a way, it is triangular in shape, isn't it?
Why is it like this? Have you ever wondered?
Come, let us look at it from another angle.
Let's delve into history...
The Greek hero who conquered the world for the first time—Prince Alexander—was a northerner.
World civilizations: Mesopotamia, China, Harappa, Sumerian, Greece...
Are there any that belong to the Southern Hemisphere?
No. They all belong to the Northern Hemisphere.
Maya, Inca, and Aztec—these were ancient civilizations in the Americas. Among them, only the Aztec civilization falls in the Southern Hemisphere.
Another angle.
The empires that ruled the world in the modern era...
Portugal, Spain, France, England—they all fit this pattern. Let's look at today's leading nations...
America, Russia, China, Canada, Japan, England—they are all in the North.

What kind of sorcery is this?
Wait... it's not over yet.
Let's consider our own country.
The North has vast expanses.
The Ganga, Yamuna, Indus, and Brahmaputra river basins; tribal regions; fertile alluvial soil; lifelines of rivers.
And the South?
A hill range on this side (East), another on that side (West), and a rocky expanse in the middle—the Deccan Plateau, filled with rocks.
But there are alluvial valleys in the South too, right? You might ask that.
Yes... the Cauvery, Krishna, Godavari... but even if you combine them all, they don't amount to even a tenth of what the North has.
Who were the emperors that established an empire over the whole of India?
Chandragupta Maurya, Ashoka, Chandragupta Vikramaditya, Alauddin Khilji, Akbar...

What kind of sorcery is this? The magic of the North!! 1
Think about it.
Give it some thought during the festival.
Sankranti greetings to everyone.
So, are you going to give the answer to this?
Oh my... I need to celebrate the festival too, you know... Let's meet later.
You like Vasireddy Amarnath posts.
"Sir.. You are invited to come to my house.
You got a reply on messenger saying "What about one time.. I will come for a month". You are happy," said Welcome Sir.
"Five varahas are enough for Ayyas. If I come to your house as a guru, give me Guru Dakshina. You don't have to give anything heavy. Just one rupee is enough when I come to your house. Then the second time, double that. That means two rupees. The third time, four rupees" was the reply in the messenger.
You are poor in calculations. "Amarnath sir is very unhappy. He is asking for one or two rupees," said Welcome.
Now take paper pen and calculate. One day Rs. Two rupees on the second day. The third day is four rupees. Eight rupees on the fourth day. And the thirtieth day?
Do not eat shock.. during the actual festival!
Fifty three crores.
This is what counts.
Now let's get it to reality.
You said "ok" because you are good at maths. On the first day, when he came home, he put fruits. He gave a rupee. On the second day, two rupees.. Fruits.. How many days?
OK for a week. Or if you are very good and stubborn like Gummadi in old movies, you will last ten days. On the eleventh day "Poiravayya!" is called
If you see on the other side, you will hit him.
Is it true? right?
This is common sense.
Are you wondering why I told you these allegorical parables?
The maths are different. This is because I am telling you that common sense is different.
Computer calculation says that you will give fifty two crores on the thirty day.
Common sense calculation that they will be kicked in ten days.
Counting is a big lie.
Mistake is not statistical.
This is for people who don't have common sense.
I call statistics that do not have common sense crows.
Corona Time is a big mess. So many cases.. Saying beads.
Poor crows are extinct. So crow maths can be called corona maths.
That's why I put a post about the global population trend.
Facebook friends are sharing it.
Anywhere anyone can argue with you corona with maths.
The United States Committee has released its expectations on population growth. "Now the population of eight hundred crores by 2100 .. That means in another seventy five years it will cross 1000 crores. Someone is a publicity madman .. Leaving the school in the air, he will be posting on Facebook. You will be sharing it tribe. Are you mad? What is the population decline?? "Can argue with you.
Come, let us see the population numbers of the United States Committee.
According to that, the population of an African country Nigeria will triple by 2100. Around forty percent of the people in that country are poor. Some cells in Hyderabad Chanchalguda Jail are there. The reason is drug smuggling. Nigeria is the world capital for cybercrimes. If only it was already like this .. In another seventy five years.. If the population of that country increases three times .. Where are they at ? How do you survive. What will you do? Think about it.
Another African country is Ethiopia. When we hear this name, we immediately think of starvation. According to the United Nations report, its population will also triple by 2100.
Another African country is Congo. There is poverty here. Starvation deaths. United Nations report that their population will be five times.
They are already struggling to find wheat flour in Pakistan. According to the report of the United Nations, the population of Pakistan will double.
Sir .. Population will increase if the whole world is taken in gross manner.
But .. whose population will increase ?? African countries ..the population of some Central Asian countries will increase.
We don't want children rather than neighbor's children. What can we say to those who think that neighbor's children will feed us?
The fact is.. according to the calculations of the United Nations.. you gave fifty two crores to Vasireddy Amarnath on the thirtieth day.
It is possible on paper.
It is not possible in reality.
S .. .. The fact .. Europe.. America .. Australia .. The population of countries like Japan has decreased significantly and the population of Asian countries in central Africa will increase. In our country also, the population of some well developed groups has decreased.. And a few more, the population will increase.
If the population of African countries should grow according to UN estimates, they should invade the world. the wars .. Migration .. And on and on ..
Now you may ask.. What you said that the population of developed countries will decrease is also a calculation of Corona.
The fact is that Japan's population will be halved by 2100 according to calculations. But according to my common sense calculations, this situation will come in another thirty years. South Korea is in danger of becoming an extinct species. In our country too, bones become ships and ships become bones.
So I am committed to my post one thousand percent. Whatever the stage it is.. Challenge.
Do you say what should be done?
But read that post again. The answer will come.
Gotta live like a lion!
But ...
{In situations where there is no destiny.. Old people who are staying away from children, childless people, kindly do not read this post }. ❌❌
"He alone lives like a lion!" ... is called
Lion is the king of the jungle.
"Gotta live like a king!" everyone thinks that.
Natural ....
But...
❌❌❌ No one should wish to die like a lion.
Human beings like elephants, parrots, dolphins, chimpanzee, gorilla .. Many animals have ways to help their fellow animals who are unable to get food due to old age. { Social systems }
But lions are different.
Lions are also community beings.
A group of lions {like a joint family} is called a pride.
This is too much for the lions.
Senior lion is the leader of the pack.
The young lion who is growing up with muscle strength wants to become a leader.
Two knives in one knife cannot be sharpened.
Only one leader for a mob.
As long as there is a big lion, he doesn't have that chance.
If a big lion falls in old age, if he becomes physically weak... Young lion is waiting for that only.. Attack on it and... Injured... The one that drives me out of the crowd.
It is a pity for the old lion who has gone away from the crowd... The life of a street dog.
"When will the lion come single" is just a cinema dialogue that blows the whistle.
Not true.
Lions are less likely to hunt single and earn food.
In such a situation the lion who has gone away from his pack of pride due to ego game has to work very hard to earn his food.
It's hard to find food.
Falling on age.
Too lonely.
It gets weaker with this one.. Comes to a point where you can't hunt on your own.
An old deer... even without much physical exertion... can simply graze on the raw vegetation around it; it just requires patience.
But what about the poor lion?
To find food, it must hunt.
It has to run!
It has to attack!
What if it lacks that patience?
Hunger...
It gets nothing to eat.
What if this goes on for four days?
And the situation keeps getting worse.
Ultimately, what state does the old lion reach?
It reaches a state of near-helplessness where animals like hyenas—scavengers akin to street dogs—attack it.
That kind of death is terrifying.
Lions are like tigers; when they kill an animal like a deer, doesn't the prey feel pain while dying?
Big cats like lions usually seize the neck first. Deprived of breath, animals like deer die within three or four minutes.
But what about the death of a lion that once lived like a king?
Hyenas attack from behind out of fear of the lion. Once they sense the opportunity—often in a pack of up to ten—they swarm the old lion and start tearing into its flesh.
Death does not come quickly.
Chunk by chunk, the hyenas devour its body.
It lies there, helpless, unable to rise.
After enduring excruciating pain for hours and suffering massive blood loss, it slips into a coma and eventually dies.
A lion's death is truly horrific.
The reason is that, in old age, the lion becomes separated from its pride—its family.
Among mammals, the elderly often need to rely on other animals within their family or group for survival.
This is the law of nature.
It is something that cannot be changed.
That is why marriage and family are so crucial in human society. Without them, our very survival is at risk.
Especially when it comes to the terrifying prospect of old age.
❌❌❌. A human who forgot the rules of creation in the name of civilization.
There is something called the birth rate.
How many children must a woman give birth to so that a society's population neither increases nor decreases?
What is it?
The math is very simple... One child per woman... That’s what you’d think, right?
Please don't...
2.1... If the birth rate is 2.1, the society's population remains stable—neither increasing nor decreasing.
That means twenty women... have to give birth to 42 children.
What do you think is the reason for this calculation?
A woman doesn't produce just one child, right? A woman... and a man...
That is why a woman has two children.
Why is there an extra 0.1?
Not every child born survives.
Do you understand?
Do you know the birth rate in Seoul, the capital of South Korea?
0.5!!
That means four people—or rather, two couples—have only one child!
A birth rate of 0.5 means their population is shrinking at four times the speed!
1.5 million people died in Japan last year. Only half that number—700,000—were born.
Population decline...
This is the most severe problem plaguing the world right now...
Japan... South Korea... China... America... England... so many countries like these.
No matter how much a country has developed... its population situation is getting worse and worse!
1. Working with laptops on your lap can affect sperm production (specifically, leading to a decreased sperm count) and reduce a woman's ability to release an egg.
2. Young men constantly watching pornography and masturbating daily. These "laptop heroes" turn out to be "bedroom zeros." A decline in genuine interest in sexual intercourse, leading to a reliance solely on masturbation. Being unable to satisfy one's wife because the act ends in just ten seconds—much like Usain Bolt finishing a race. This leads to marital discord and, ultimately, divorce.
3. Educated girls do not like to get married.
Live-in arrangements for sex—male sex workers are choosing this path. Will it be the same everywhere? I don't think so. Female sex tourism is a global phenomenon; young women travel to certain countries—often for financial gain—where young men work as sex workers. Strip dances are like a game of chess—think of the movie *Jambalakidi Pamba*!
4. A massive rise in habits like alcohol, marijuana, and drug use among young women. This leads to reduced fertility, and even if a child is born, they may suffer from genetic disabilities or die at a young age. Infant mortality is high in Brazil; during the COVID-19 pandemic, thousands of children born with genetic disabilities lost their lives. The "medical mafia" used this data to instill fear in parents in our country.
5. Same-sex marriages. While not yet widespread in our country, this trend is gaining momentum in places like America. Imagine a son-in-law moving into the son's house, or a situation involving a daughter and a daughter-in-law. Such couples won't have children, right? Beyond this, millions of people in America are undergoing hormone therapy and gender transitions.
.... The argument here is that the global human population is declining rapidly.
Visit any village in a region like Rayalaseema.
You will find that the village population has halved over the last twenty years. It’s not just a drop in numbers; except during festivals like Sankranti, the villages are now populated mostly by the elderly. Sure, the youth from our villages have migrated to cities, balancing things out in a way.
But...
In another ten years, the entire world will resemble these Rayalaseema villages.
The youth population will dwindle, leaving behind an aging society.
What does it matter? The era of robots is arriving; robots will be the ones doing the work. There is an argument that we didn't necessarily want a population as large as the one we have now.
There is some truth to this.
What if the human population were to decrease?
For an economy to run smoothly, there must be demand; the growth rate needs to rise.
If the human population were to decline drastically...
Demand would drop across all sectors—from toothpaste and shampoo to real estate and construction. While the demand for old-age homes might rise for a few years, all other sectors would face a recession.
Simply put, goods can be produced using robots. That is true. But if the population shrinks, where is the demand for those things? Robots don't need clothes or apartments. Robots don't order food via Swiggy or visit beauty salons.
Is that so, or not?
Imagine a world filled entirely with the elderly!
Government revenues would decline.
Consequently, old-age pensions might not be provided.
For those approaching old age—looking ahead ten or twenty years—their situation might resemble that of a lion: not in how they live, but in how they die.
That is why:
1. Teach your children the importance of marriage.
2. Hatred is easy.
Teach them to love.
Explain that love is not merely a hormonal urge arising during youth.
3. Teach them that there is happiness in togetherness.
4. Move beyond rote learning.
Impart an education that fosters social intelligence.
Robots may reduce the number of jobs, but humans are still needed to operate them. The robotics era will create new jobs to address the many challenges that arise.
5. Success belongs to those with critical and lateral thinking skills. That is why you must teach your children future-ready skills.
This is the most valuable asset you can give your children! In the near future... people with two or three children will be the ones considered wealthy.
Those without children... regardless of how many crores of assets they possess, will be counted among the destitute.
This is the new rule of the world!
The old mantra—"Just the two of us," "We are a couple," or "We have one child"—is now an expired concept.
If you still cling to it, your life will end up like that of an aging lion.
They say *Kala Dharmam*—meaning the norms of life change with the times.
One must adapt.
Otherwise, survival becomes precarious.
After marriage, managing the home, enjoying life, and ensuring everyone’s happiness...
Those who embrace this are the truly happy ones!

On the occasion of Slate Abids Annual day prog. 12/01/2024
It has been four years since they completed their studies in Slate. At the end of Slate Abids anniversary event tonight.
Whom should we feel sorry for?
He is a big “ hero “.
There are no addictions that are not there.
He is so addicted to alcohol that he is full on even during the day.
Even if he goes to Tirumala, he will empty a full bottle there.
Kidneys are destroyed.
Still middle-aged.
Another ten years if he lives hard.
Oh my, we should feel sorry.
Society should feel pity on the fans who worship these people as gods.
(Fans will be hurt if they say his name. Is it our guy? Is there no fault in the others? They say.
True. There are many.
Various mental disorders.
Fake heroes. If I post all these as the same thing, if I criticize the film, you will get publicity, someone says. Why throw stones at the door. I gave them as an example that these are their lives)
The other old sayings .. you ..
"Money is important . How you earn it is irrelevant .
Society has changed . The number of youth is increasing.
They are getting accustomed to violent video games even before reaching seventh grade, they are getting used to violent video games.
This time also .. Family story pictures... Societal values.. Tokkk .. Gardening .. How can you live if you sit with folded hands? If you want to earn money, you need to follow the trend ... "
... This is the thoughts of cinema and TV sector in India today.
That's why lifting up the neighbor's marriage is a story thing, a comedy show has been running for years in a TV
.. That's why the movies of top heroes are full of violence.
That's why big heroes are acting as smugglers and terrorists .
Governments are encouraging them by giving them national awards.
That's why big directors and heroes have taken up the booze.
Now Animal is running.. KJIF.. Zamana bro..
Is it enough to be that far?
Stupid face words.. You are..
Something is wrong with booze.. Violence.. But what is enough..
Look at this.
Yearly profit of blue films production houses in the world.. One hundred billion dollars..
How much does that mean? Are the cinema people asking?
That's why you should study, Babu.. One hundred billion dollars is eight lakh crores..
That is more than the GDP of many countries..
Your movies on the screen... If they are a hit, they earn three to four hundred crores..
In our India, a blue film company called Oollu {I misspelled it intentionally..} is earning a hundred crores. His profits increased fourfold in 2023 compared to 2022.
What is the annual income of the blue film production company Mind Greek .. You go to the idiotic words like this .. Aura kora abuses.. Ara kora with violence ... The movies.. TV shows taken off .. Bankruptcy lifted .. If you are in a situation to sell your studios .. MindGreek can buy all your studios in one deal.
Why are you talking about this after coming down?
Marendehe ..
Take pictures of the blue at full speed.
Turn your TVs into OTTs and make xxx rated movies.
Money is important bro .. How did you earn it?
Another word like that, heroes ..
Your idea of looking glamorous is good. But convert your fitness experts to your plastic surgeons.
If you eat anabolic steroids for muscle growth .. The math book is going to be torn.
If the face is repaired by some local plastic surgeon, the face will become like a monkey.
Be careful bro..

What is the family's monthly income?
What are the expenses?
Mother and father walking...
Every student should prepare a balance sheet.
The necessity of saving...
Why should one save?
How much to save? {Up to ten to twenty percent of income}
What will happen if you don't save?
Identifying wasteful expenses.
How did the habit of buying unnecessary items develop after the advent of malls?
How to avoid this? {Writing down a list of items to buy and shopping strictly according to it}
What is 'credit card culture'?
Only God knows about savings! What happens if future income is also spent in advance?
Is debt wrong?
There are two types of expenses: 1. Investment expenses {Buying properties like a house or farm} 2. Monthly expenses.
What happens if one borrows money for monthly expenses too?
How much truth is there in advertisements for things like TV and movies?
{A six-year-old boy goes to the railway station to run away from home. His grandfather spots him and brings him back. "No one speaks properly to me at home," the boy says. Then, the mother makes *Jilebi* for the child. The kid is happy.}
Shocked? This is an advertisement for a wretched *Jilebi* company.
Run away if you get angry with someone at home... Isn't that the message being conveyed to six-year-old children?
There are many such terrible examples.
An advertisement for a snack in America.
It's called 'Doritos'!
A mother gives a snack packet to her nine-year-old son, telling him to "make friends." He opens it in the school van.
In the same van, a ten-year-old girl gives a lip-kiss to a boy of the same age. Ugh, it's awful... enough already... there are countless ads like this—truly terrible ones.
"You'll only make friends if you apply this cream..." "You'll only get friends if you wear this brand of lipstick."
"Otherwise, you're screwed"—that's the kind of thing they say.
I don't usually pay attention to TV commercials.
Actually, I’ve gotten into the habit of watching TV.
We might not watch them, but the kids do, right?
When we dug deeper into how they are being brainwashed, shocking things came to light.
Explaining the absurdity of these advertisements to children.
"Buy one, get one free."
"Fifty percent discount?"
Why do they love us so much?
Is anyone really giving things away for free?
What happens when you crave freebies?
The concept of "easy money."
What happens if one gets hooked on easy money?
Why struggle?
Losses caused by the betting culture.
What is critical thinking?
Which one is fake? Which one is the real cake? How do you distinguish between them?
How can we find solutions to a problem from different angles?
There is so much more to it.
We are teaching all of this to every student, tailored to their grade level.
For the past twenty days...
Waking up at 3 AM every day... recording voice messages and sending them to our mentors. Explaining the absurdity of the TV ads they’ve collected. For instance, a mentor sent me the aforementioned Jalebi advertisement and remarked, "Sir, Jalebis contain a lot of sugar; the ad implies that eating them will actually improve your health." "Don't be like that... Health takes a backseat because of sweets. The very thought of running away from home just because one is angry with one's parents is troubling... A case should be filed against the marketing person who created that advertisement—for failing to account for the consequences.
What happens if you run away from home?
...On the flip side... Go ahead... You could end up lost and begging on the streets (the 'Begging Mafia'), or working as a prostitute in Goa's red-light district (the 'Sex Mafia'), or undergoing surgery to have your testicles removed, transitioning to the third gender, and guarding sex workers in a red-light area...
Which do you think is the worst? Such things happen around you every day... losing an eye... a leg... having your testicles surgically removed... Unfortunate souls ruining their lives by succumbing to their burdens... these incidents happen without warning...
If you run away from home, you might end up in Colombia...
In Colombia, hundreds of girls aged fifteen or sixteen stand in public markets under police supervision, soliciting votes.
'You will have to endure hell for the rest of your life...' — this is the guidance I shared via voice message in our mentors' group...
...I've been swamped with all this work...
That’s why my 'Good Morning' posts have decreased a bit.
Our mentors' classes have started now. I shared an album earlier... you can view it as an example.
From now on, the 'Good Morning' posts will continue as usual.

Caste vs. Class – The Reality!
Telugu cinema heroes!
From the past and yesterday to today's generation!
Defining the art of acting!
So many legends.
A salute to them all!
Caste in society!
There used to be a link between caste and profession.
Modernity has broken that link.
Is there any connection between caste, acting, and affection?
There shouldn't be, right?
If you appreciate an actor's performance, you might develop an affinity for them.
That is natural.
But does that have anything to do with caste?
In the realm of Telugu cinema, there is often a 'Fevicol-like' (unbreakable) bond between the actor's caste and the fans' caste.
The leaders of the actor's fan associations—and the vast majority of the fans themselves—often belong to the same caste as the actor. On the day of a movie's release, they garland the cutout, sacrifice a ram, offer *karpoora harati* (camphor flame), and create a frenzy by showering flowers and paper bits in the theater. Even if the movie receives a "flop" verdict, they lament, "Oh dear, our hero!" with sympathy. A vast majority of the fan base—who spend money earned through their mothers' hard manual labor to buy tickets for a week just to uphold the hero's image—belong to his own caste.
It is a mental weakness to worship a fellow human being with mad affection, but it is an even greater weakness when that worship is accompanied by caste-based fanaticism.
Perhaps this is a phenomenon that hasn't occurred anywhere else in the world, in any other country or era.
When a hero's acting is excellent, his fans should ideally come from all castes.
Right?
They do exist!
That's true.
If only people from the same caste watched a movie, no film would ever become a hit.
But we aren't talking about the kind of fandom that simply drives people to watch a movie.
Erecting cutouts, attending audio launch events, buying tickets for flop movies—it is all about *organized* affection.
It is an undeniable fact that caste forms the backbone of this organized fandom.
Regardless of who agrees or disagrees, the benefit heroes derive from caste is immense.
Thanks to caste, heroes gain the services of hundreds of thousands of young men and women without even having to ask for them.
Is that wrong?
If a hero belongs to their caste and is popular, they can celebrate happily, right? Anyone might ask that.
In the past, someone from that caste benefited from it.
His caste became his fan base.
So, what is wrong with doing it now? That is another question.
The world operates on the logic of using one wrong act to justify another.
If one posts about how terrible the gun violence in America is, people ask, "Why has it increased there?" and discuss the solution... "What is it?" — isn't that what we should be thinking about?
"Not in India?" That is the question. Does it mean that because it happens in America, it doesn't matter if it happens in India? Or is it not wrong to shoot someone in America simply because the number of road accident fatalities is high in India?
I don't mind losing one eye. The guy on the other side got blown to bits—completely wiped out.
The mindset is: "Since the other guy is a beggar, it’s not wrong for me to do that to him!"
Have times changed? Is the madness getting worse?
Castes were once groups that adhered to specific roles. That meant a different profession for each caste. That is the root of the social system.
Now, we have modernity.
Modern professions have no link to caste.
It is okay to feel an affinity for one's caste.
It is impossible to survive alone in a caste-based society. The toothbrush you used this morning... the toothpaste... the bed you sleep in... how many of these were produced by your own caste?
For how much of the day do you interact with people from other castes?
In the past, there were many uneducated people. Now, modernity is spreading!
Caste influence should diminish in this situation, right? Why isn't this happening—why isn't it surging like the second wave of Corona?
Is this limited only to the film industry?
Oh boy, politics... that’s even worse.
If you identify a certain leader's caste, you'll find that the lion's share of his fans belongs to that very caste.
If a leader's principles and governing ability are truly great, shouldn't his fans come from all castes?
Just go to a social media platform like Facebook and do the caste math.
Among the warriors who take to social media for their leader—spending more time fighting online battles than with their own wives and children at home—ninety-five percent belong to his caste.
Did people from other castes recognize the leader's greatness?
Are the leader's destructive methods not visible to... His caste? Will this be visible to the people of that caste?
In the Telugu-speaking regions, the modern dynamics of caste are not limited merely to the film industry or politics. Whether it is education, pharmaceuticals, or media—wherever there is capital, caste loyalty stands like an unassailable fortress, offering unwavering support to the influential figures within that community.
Caste is okay, bro! What about class? ❓
The caste is the same.
But one person travels in a chartered plane.
Another relies on a shared auto-rickshaw.
One owns a palatial mansion.
Another lives in a single-bedroom flat.
Caste isn't visible unless explicitly stated.
Class is evident even without being mentioned.
How much have the heroes, leaders, and industrialists—who have benefited (and continue to benefit) so much from their caste identity—actually given back to that community?
Why is the joy found in giving not quite the same as the pleasure found in taking?
There are caste-based educational institutions in Hyderabad, such as those run by the Marwadi Jain community. Successful individuals from these communities support these institutions. Their goal is to enable middle-class members of their caste to receive a good education and advance in life. If caste is the reason for the rise of certain people le in the society, it is good right?
How many low fee educational institutions established by Telugu drama heroes, politicians, industrialists for middle class people of their caste?
How many are the hostels ?
How many IAS coaching centers are there?
How many self employment training centers are there?
How many function halls are there that serve as a venue for marriages with low rent?
Adults who have grown up with casteism .. do not take a poor boy from the same caste as their son-in-law... a girl as their daughter-in-law. Why ??
What the heck is that . If these big kids fall in love, they will not care about caste.
That's okay up to this point .
But don't forget the class.
Even if they are enemy caste, they should have money. Should be a status .
Everything has calculations in their house bro !
They know .. In the middle of the caste. That it should be used and left.
Reality Matters .
Same money .
Same class .
That's why loves, marriages, marriages and wedding invitations ... Everything is money .. The same class will be hanging around.
The innocent who do not know the secret .. They give up their studies and do housework and think that they are blessed by their birth by doing free services to their caste heroes and leaders. This is modern self-serving work. If you read, you will lose your dignity.
Caste ..
A rich man is a wise man.. The one who climbs the fort wall and attains the height, he is the rope.
An ignorant middle class man is a rope hanging with crazy admiration!
Since the pandemic, the number of Indians (specifically those with the means) traveling abroad has risen significantly.
Thailand holds the top spot. Previously, Chinese tourists dominated the visitor numbers there, but now Indians do. Thailand has also legalized marijuana, which is viewed as an additional attraction.
The Maldives ranks second among the destinations we visit; it is the top choice for honeymooners.
Singapore and Europe follow next.
Goa is the leading destination for domestic tourism. Low-priced alcohol and beautiful beaches are the main draws (at least, that is the perception among our people). However, Goa lags behind by about fifty years when it comes to beach sports facilities.
I haven't been to the Maldives.
Phuket (Thailand) and the beaches of Mauritius are stunningly beautiful and offer excellent beach sports facilities.
I haven't been to Lakshadweep.
I have visited the Andaman Islands; seeing the Cellular Jail there is a deeply moving experience. However, Andaman lags significantly behind in terms of beach amenities and activities like snorkeling.
but why..... ????

Kanchi Garuda Seva - Work-related matters:
1. The Corona period!
Schools have reopened in AP...
But there is no permission in Telangana.
For the children, it's online classes...
But for matters like salary payments, rent, PF, and ESI to proceed smoothly, the admin department needs to function, doesn't it?
"The admin department has to come to school," I said.
There was a woman working as an executive in the admin department.
Her husband raised a serious objection. "You aren't afraid of Corona? The whole village is mingling freely. Your life... your choice. But my elderly father lives with us. What if our daughter brings an infection home from school? You are playing with people's lives"—that was the message he sent me.
I was torn.
I try to reassure people and speak based on scientific facts.
Whether they believe it or not is up to them. But...
"You can work from home," I messaged our admin executive.
Time passed.
The time for vaccination arrived.
We raised awareness among our employees, just as was done for everyone else.
The same admin executive said at home, "My boss said no." The elderly man's eldest son lives in the house; the elder daughter-in-law is our employee.
The elderly man's second son and daughter are doctors in London.
What I had said reached them.
They reacted sharply on WhatsApp (I even received screenshots). "After all, he is just someone running a small school... If things are being driven by ignorance, do you even care? Father definitely needs the vaccine at this age. Get it done immediately"—that was the order from the doctors in London.
They got the elderly man vaccinated. Before a week had even passed, I received a WhatsApp message from one of our executives: "Sir... my father-in-law has suffered a brain stroke."
After reviewing the details she provided, I replied: "That is a brain hemorrhage. No matter how much you spend, there is no benefit. He has only three days left... He isn't coming back; only his body will return. I am sorry to put it this way."
They were a family of prominent doctors, after all. Who was I—a nobody—to offer an opinion?
He underwent treatment at a major hospital in Hyderabad under the supervision of his son and daughter, who had flown in from London. About twenty lakhs were spent in three days. On the fourth day, his body was brought home.
And yet... they refused to believe that the old man's condition was linked to the vaccine.
"Some foul fluid was draining out," she told our admin employee at her home.
2. Nine months ago, a relative on my wife's side was diagnosed with skin cancer.
"Think of it like a weed in a field; if you just trim the branches, it spreads even more. Cancer treatment is similar. The goal should be to kill the weed itself. Cancer cells survive and multiply by feeding on carbohydrates. If you completely cut out carbohydrates for three to four months, the cancer cells will die. By boosting your immunity this way, you can get rid of cancer entirely. I won't come to Hyderabad; let's just follow that diet," I told my wife.
"But what if they don't administer medicines or pills?" was their response.
Three months passed. Five lakhs were spent at a corporate hospital in Chennai. The body was reduced to skin and bones...
Finally, they arrived in Hyderabad. They learned about the diet plan and followed it for five weeks. The tumors began to shrink.
Meanwhile, relatives would lament, "Oh dear... how can he go without eating rice? Look how emaciated he has become."
Then, Diwali arrived. He gorged on *kudumulu* and *vadas*. After all, he had been on a keto diet for a while; poor guy, he was absolutely famished.
The festival ended, and he returned—back to the corporate hospital in Chennai.
"Eating chicken is what aggravated the condition," they said.
He is undergoing treatment at the same hospital now. It costs three or four lakhs a week.
"What’s the big deal? Six more weeks... that means thirty, forty, fifty lakhs. Then they’ll take him home. Just like that—three or four days after returning home—you’ll get a phone call saying he’s gone. Otherwise, it’ll be the tenth day... Moving into a rental place isn't an option. I’m living with my wife, who acts like a total sadist."
His entire family now feels that his health deteriorated because of me.
Three months later, that feeling will only intensify and become a lifelong grudge.
3. The third case also involves my wife's side of the family.
"His liver is completely damaged; he needs to be admitted to the hospital immediately"—that’s what the hospital staff said six months ago.
"It’s likely liver cancer. Probably a consequence of that 'walking' phase. Dieting is the only way." I told him so.
He started the diet. Poor guy... he followed it with great discipline. The liver problem resolved, but he developed itchy skin. He lost a lot of weight. Tests revealed the itching was caused by an autoimmune disease.
"Autoimmune diseases are stubborn. It won't be easy, though it's not fatal. Losing weight means burning body fat. Is fat strength? You can build muscle with a little exercise," I suggested.
Meanwhile, his mother-in-law and other relatives would exclaim, "Oh dear! Look how thin he’s become. How can you manage without eating even a handful of rice?" "But we don't have money. How do we avoid expenses when there is illness?"
"They suspect me," the lady said, weeping.
My patience is exhausted.
Sent them a voice message. "Liver pro..."blem is gone. There is no more loss of life. Please don't take our advice anymore. Take the treatment you deserve " .
Now he is going to the biggest hospital in Hyderabad and taking treatment.
I wish all the best .
