At SLATE, we encourage children to stay hydrated by sipping water at regular intervals, fostering healthy habits!

What are the causes of anemia in women?

1. Iron deficiency anemia.

2. Heavy menstrual flow.

3. Vitamin B12 deficiency.

4. Hormonal issues.

4. PCOS.

5. Chemotherapy.

Solutions:

There are countless myths surrounding PCOS and hormonal issues. The body belongs to us; the children belong to us. We need a cure for the human being—that is what matters. But to pharmaceutical companies, people aren't just human beings, are they? So, their research is everywhere... Do the following:

1. Do not let children consume foods like pizza, burgers, packaged potato chips, soy products, "American sweet corn" sold in movie theaters, or fizzy soft drinks like Pepsi and Coke. Even consuming just one of these a week carries the risk of developing thyroid or PCOS issues by the age of fifteen.

2. For iron, protein, and B12: Meat, organ meats (like liver and kidney), chicken, and fish.

For vegetarians: Spinach, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, and cabbage.

Vegetarians have fewer dietary sources of B12, so they should opt for fortified cereals—such as Kellogg's.

3. Even if your diet is rich in iron, a Vitamin C deficiency prevents the body from absorbing it. Consume one lemon or orange a week for Vitamin C—or a little more, if possible.

4. If iron deficiency is severe, stop consuming tea and coffee. Under normal circumstances, foods like calcium-rich sesame laddus are beneficial; you should eat at least one a week.

However, if there is an iron deficiency, calcium-rich foods should be avoided until the issue is resolved.

5. Sports and games serve as exercise for children. Education is very important. In the name of "IIT Foundation" coaching, children in schools often miss out on playtime... After returning home, they just sit on the sofa playing with their phones. Even if one secures a seat at an IIT, life becomes a living hell if one develops conditions like Type 1 Diabetes, PCOS, or thyroid disorders.

Therefore, one must ensure a balance between academics and sports.

Adults need exercise—at least a daily walk.

6. If girls practice specific *asanas* (yoga postures) to strengthen their reproductive systems starting from age ten, they can avoid issues like severe menstrual pain and complications during childbirth; procedures like C-sections can largely be prevented. These *asanas* include Kapotasana, Malasana, Navasana, and Halasana.

One might wonder, "Did my mother or grandmother do these *asanas*? Didn't they have smooth deliveries? Didn't they experience heavy bleeding or severe pain during menstruation?" It is natural to think this way. However, in their time, there was no junk food. There were no vaccines. They didn't rely on magic fixes; they engaged in physical labor—bending down to sweep the house, washing clothes by hand, and chopping wood. Try doing these things yourself. And involve your children—not just the girls, but the boys too. It brings many benefits.

Avoid newly introduced vaccines.

If you choose to get vaccinated, wait at least six months after the initial doses before assessing the results—do not rush to judge the outcome immediately.

6. Say no to high carbohydrate intake; limit carbohydrates. Focus on complex carbohydrates—specifically *ragulu* (finger millet), *jonnalu* (sorghum), and millets. Avoid refined options like polished white rice, *maida* (refined flour), and standard wheat flour. The less "white" (refined) the food, the better.

7. Women should consume three liters of water daily; girls should drink between one to two liters, depending on their age.

8. Stay away from stress—this means avoiding violent videos, TV serials featuring conflicts (like those between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law), violent movies, and web series. Listen to music that soothes the mind.

Try listening to renditions like *Vishnu Sahasra Namam*, *Bhaja Govindam*, or Balamuralikrishna’s *Pancha Ratna* compositions. Beyond the spiritual aspect, recognize the value of music therapy.

9. The caffeine in coffee is one of the factors that can aggravate issues during menstruation. It is best to give up coffee entirely, or at least abstain from it for three days.

Ginger and cinnamon are highly beneficial for menstrual issues.

This way, you can improve your health at home without spending much.

Life is very simple.

However, most people complicate it due to naivety and ignorance—a situation that proves to be a boon for pharmaceutical companies.

Hi tech frauds!

Is the coding work done?

corona The most heard word in time .. Coding .

Some companies have made huge profits by saying that if your children learn coding, they can earn lakhs. None of the children who learned coding like that have achieved jobs. Okay, if you learn coding, logical thinking will increase in children. Parents have corrected that the future is all coding.

Jensen Huang, the CEO of the Nvidia company, has just dropped a bombshell. What did he say..

"Now anyone can do coding with artificial intelligence .. That means artificial intelligence is taking care of the coding. Kids don't need to learn coding."

No matter what the coding is, all the dramas that have been going on for some time in the name of new technology are not all.

If our cats are not updated in terms of technology, it is in the parents who will be left behind. Some companies are born to cash in on this. Companies like this are teaming up with some schools to teach robotic science to your children.

There will be nothing to teach. Making a robot out of grass hole is coloring as if the children have learned something from it.

Not knowing how to use technology will lead to illiteracy in the digital age. Some companies about ten years ago.. "Correct the tabs in your school." Notes ... Give your homework through these only. This is how much income you will earn per month.

"Actually using mobile tabs in school. No need to use these at home also. Tamarika be kind" said it.

That was a sensation back in the day.

I was interviewed by a magazine called Brain Fed. "Why are schools promoting the use of mobile phones and tablets?"

I have explained in detail how technology should be used. France—and indeed many European countries—have now banned mobile phones and tablets in schools. While this practice continues in Gulf countries like Dubai, it is bound to lead to trouble.

So, how should technology be used?

If necessary, a desktop computer should be set up at home. It should have software locks to prevent access to adult sites. The computer should be placed in the living room—a common area where everyone in the house moves about—so that one can constantly monitor what the children are browsing.

School computer labs should have internet connections; that is where children should do their browsing and downloading. In our school, for the past year, students from the fifth grade onwards have been using ChatGPT after every lesson to ask higher-order thinking questions related to the chapter, thereby enhancing their analytical skills.

The education sector is a goldmine for profits; many tech companies realize this and are attempting to break into the market.

Online learning, distance learning, homeschooling, coding for children in collaboration with schools, robotics training—companies are stepping forward with all these initiatives.

For the past decade, intellectuals of IIT caliber have been making concerted efforts to infiltrate the school education sector.

Many people have approached me with their proposals.

I hate to say this—and it might sound like an exaggeration born of pride—but many of them lack a basic understanding of schooling. The proposals they come up with are absurd.

None of them have ever taught children for even a single day. Driven solely by the eagerness to use technology to seize control of the education system and reap profits, they lack even the slightest understanding of children's psychology, social intelligence, or emotional intelligence. Looking at their ideas, one can only pity them and laugh; there is nothing else to be done.

Let me tell you one thing:

From LKG up to the tenth grade—and for that matter, through degree and postgraduate levels and beyond... Everything, right up to Civil Services exam preparation, is available for free online—Wikipedia, YouTube, and now ChatGPT.

So, what is the need for EdTech companies? Couldn't one just take children out of school, give them a laptop, and have them study at home for free?

That guy from Kerala, Byju Raveendran... he started a coaching venture. He even ventured into the Civil Services segment. Ten years ago, a friend of mine—Gopal Krishna, a director at Braintree—remarked, "This is just their greed. He entered the civil services field with certain expectations, but it won't work here."

His greed persisted even during the lockdown. Moreover, his lack of common sense went beyond the sky and reached the level of a black hole. He thought, "School is over; children will happily study while sitting at home."

He wasn't the only one who thought that way.

Today's world is full of "educated fools."

Large funding firms convinced investors.

Trillions were poured into businesses that were essentially "hot air balloons." So many EdTech companies were acquired. Now, he fancies himself a universal guru.

During the Corona period, he capitalized on the frenzy, ensured schools remained shut for two years, and generated business. Millions of parents trusted him.

During those difficult Corona times—if I were to say what actually happens when children sit at home with laptops, I’d probably be roasted for it... But now, all those parents—including the "intellectuals" who once dismissed my view as ignorance—have finally understood the reality.

Now, from the very company he founded, Byju's...

Ravindran, who was hanged by the neck .. is a living testimony to the fraud that is happening today in the name of technology. The story of the ethics of sugarcane is revealed once again. Ravindran's suffering... Baiju's suffering.. is over. Everyone now thinks that Ravindran's suffering... Baiju's suffering.. is over. No ... this is just the beginning.

As long as there is a cheater, cheaters will always be born. Krishi Bank Venkateswara Rao's .. Baiju's Ravindran's .. Just the characters.

Our lack of understanding is the real principle path.

Critical thinking is necessary to survive in the digital age. Or else corona Vaccines scenes .. Baiju's Ravindran's .. They come in bundles. More frauds ahead .. Hi tech crimes are horrible.

Just remember one thing .. In the age of artificial intelligence, only your natural intelligence can save you. Keep it sharp .

Happy Wedding Anniversary to both of you sir Amarnath Vasireddy

Tarawa is the capital of Kiribati, an island nation in the Micronesia region of the central Pacific Ocean.

Hawaii is an island belonging to the United States, located in the Pacific Ocean; its capital is Honolulu.

Rakesh went to Honolulu for a tour and had to travel from there to Tarawa. Daniel boarded the flight at the Honolulu airport; the scheduled takeoff time was 6:00 AM on Monday.

Breakfast was served an hour after departure. In his diary, he noted "Monday breakfast at 7:00 AM – Omelette and fruits."

Lunch was served five hours after breakfast. He noted in his diary: "Monday lunch at 1:00 PM – Grilled chicken and noodles."

According to his watch, he landed at Tarawa's Bonriki Airport at 7:00 PM. After disembarking, he planned to go to the Kalla Hotel at 9:00 PM for dinner.

As planned, by the time he reached the hotel, his watch showed 9:00 PM.

He took a bath and went for dinner two hours later. After dinner, he recorded in his diary: "Tuesday dinner – Chicken and pasta."

Why did Rakesh miss Monday's dinner, Tuesday's breakfast, and Tuesday's lunch? He went straight from Monday's lunch to Tuesday's dinner. Was he not hungry?

That is the question. You can answer it by referring to the book.

A system is being introduced where exams can be taken while referring to CBSE textbooks. Many people mistake "referring to books" for "copying." Try answering the question above by looking at the books, or ask your high school-aged children to do so.

It is easy to write an answer by simply clicking a button.

It is very easy to copy the answer directly after looking at the book.

However, it is difficult to write answers to analytical questions while referring to books. One should have read the book several times beforehand.

The concept must be thoroughly understood (conceptual clarity).

One must understand the question asked in the exam paper.

Then, formulate an appropriate answer for it.

The era of artificial intelligence has arrived.

Vast amounts of information are available on platforms like Google, YouTube, and ChatGPT.

There is no longer a need to store information in the brain; all that is required is critical thinking to distinguish between fake and accurate information—analyzing the data and utilizing it according to specific needs.

This involves skills in comprehension, analysis, and application.

Similarly, it involves the ability to find solutions to complex problems (complex problem-solving skills).

It entails the ability to find solutions from various perspectives (lateral thinking).

Google has been available for a long time.

Consider the narrative surrounding the coronavirus—the saga regarding its vaccines, and Vasireddy Amarnath’s arguments on why the newly introduced cervical cancer vaccines are unnecessary. These examples demonstrate critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills—the ability to identify the dots, connect them, and extrapolate a conclusion. It is not a skill unique to me; many possess it. However, one must know how to utilize it effectively. We have long been encouraging our students to approach things in this very manner.

From Talluri Ravi garu!

Just stepped out of the hair salon (wedding tomorrow, after all—why not look sharp? ). Sitting there for so long... it reminded me of the whole Corona vaccine ordeal and how it made me tear up. I recalled waking up in a hotel in Tirupati and feeling upset all day because of a comment someone had posted about me! Just left the salon. Here is my motivation: I will not budge. I will not give up.

One must keep reading, learning, staying updated, and studying research papers... and share what has been learned with others. Only when everyone lives a healthy, fit life...

Trend!

That implies the prevailing wind carries a foul odor!

Doing something simply because everyone else is doing it.

Mushrooms are the current trend.

It would be nice to have a mushroom curry.

But how does one use a mushroom to avoid getting wet in the rain?

Outfits... Food... It is acceptable for cinema to follow trends involving minor, fleeting impacts like these.

But what about trends with long-term consequences? What happens when you face that wind head-on?

A story from the past—a plight of the present!

Two dominant agrarian castes from the states of Haryana and Punjab.

In those days, girls' families had to pay a heavy dowry to get them married.

A certain sense of masculinity is tied to this practice.

This led to widespread female foeticide—undergoing gender determination tests during pregnancy and opting for abortion if the foetus was female.

Now, young men are unable to find brides within their own caste. Consequently, many men remain unmarried—effectively left as "offerings" rather than grooms. Some families are taking a progressive social step by marrying women from castes lower than their own in the social hierarchy.

Children's education... jobs... where to settle down... Instead of merely following the crowd, decisions should be made after evaluating the future consequences.

1. Will the number of people living alone increase in the future? What would the consequences be?

2. Will the number of elderly people living away from their children rise? What would the repercussions be? (For instance, would establishing more old-age homes be beneficial? What about community kitchens in apartment complexes?)

... Will the human population decline while the demand for human resources rises? Or, in the age of artificial intelligence, will the importance of human resources diminish?

If the population shifts—specifically, if the number of women increases relative to men—what will the consequences be? The era of *Kanya-daan* (giving away the bride) and dowry has passed; now, the practice of *Kanya-sulkam* (bride-price) has returned. Otherwise it is called counterfeit. What will come in the coming days?

4. Will countries like China, Taiwan, South Korea become economic superpowers in the coming days? Will there be more migrations there?

5. Software has been working as an intelligence force in the global economy for the last twenty years! The importance of this will be reduced a bit and more investments towards infrastructure sector i.e. roads, industries, super fast trains etc.. Similarly, will there be more employment opportunities there?

It means going back the wheel of time. Is this going to happen? Or will there be the same kind of growth in both? What kind of changes are going to happen in the software industry?

6. In our country, the importance of big cities like Delhi and Mumbai is decreasing and second class cities are going to change the priority? Also, regional ring roads are newly coming Superfast Expressway - for example Delhi Mumbai ... Highways like Bangalore-Chennai Stimulate the growth of small cities in their path?

7. Is the importance of economics and psychology subjects going to increase?

8. Does the new generation who can't cook or don't have time to cook depend more on street food and home made foods? In another sense, will the demand for organic products increase? Will cooperative corporate agriculture thrive with new technology?

9.

Those who studied engineering from Telugu states to America, Canada and Australia... The hard workers are heading to the gulf. Here for the jobs .. People from Northeastern states are for hotels.. People of Bihar Uttar Pradesh to the construction sector. They are coming. How will the situation be in the coming days?

Thirty years ago in Hyderabad.. Corporate hospitals in the number of counting only on fingers. They also have the same situation. Does corporate hospitals mean bankruptcy talk of those days. Now more than a hundred corporate hospitals. Even then the hospital premises have been shaken. In a few days, the number of people in this field will increase drastically.

The one who predicted the trend back then is now a king.

Twenty four years old word!

Apex was at the top in the field of competitive exams in those days. State first rank ten times in a row {Degree College Lecturers.. Junior lecturers.. Group 1 , 2 . In such exams} is on a good swing. I've established a slate, predicting that competitive exam notifications will be reduced in the coming days. Friends who are still in the field of competitive exams will congratulate you when they meet saying "you have taken a good decision by thinking ahead".

This world is stable only one thing!

Same change.

Change is constant.

inevitable

To live, follow-up is necessary.

He who imitates merges in the womb.

The one who expects change and follows it with a system will achieve growth.

People.. Families.. The states... Countries.. This is a principle that applies to all mankind.

Once upon a time kings, landlords are Nawabs .. Portugal and Italy are the top states. France and England on the other side..

Emperors.. Soldiers

What is Narare?

Which are the glaciers that have been showered with mother's blessings?

Kumuda - UKG - Section B

A new cry—or perhaps an old, significant one?

That mother cherished her five-year-old child more than life itself!

She even set aside her own career for the sake of her daughter.

Her intention is to grow and achieve great success.

In her grandmother's lap... on the bed with Mom and Dad... in her mother's arms... on moonlit nights... gazing out the window as a light drizzle fell... the stories she heard herself... she still remembers the lullabies.

The digital age has arrived.

Stories and lullabies have now taken visual form.

Mothers now use Smart TVs, laptops, and mobile phones to share rhymes and stories with their daughters.

"Instead of showing children videos... telling stories... or even reading books slowly is better," someone remarked.

"You are being too old-fashioned. How can we still follow the methods of our grandmothers' era? Times have changed. New technology is here. Showing things visually is far more beneficial than just telling them. Besides, who sings like Susheela or Janaki these days? Those days are gone," she replied.

Our thoughts shape our lives!

That determines our children's future!

The one who tells often seems inferior to the one who listens!

Advice given freely, without being asked for, holds little value.

It is easy to instruct the uneducated.

It is very difficult to instruct the educated.

Even so, I must return to the story...

Listen to the story of Ramayana in every home... listen to our pain!

1. Reading books, rather than watching videos, strengthens the neural connections in the brain. This fosters wisdom—specifically, it boosts IQ levels.

2. Reading strengthens the language-processing areas of the brain as well as the centers for imagination. It is all about communication skills... and creativity at its peak.

3. Telling stories to children strengthens the bond between parents and their children. Children will have many doubts when they are telling the story of mother/father.

Why is this? How is that? They will ask that. By answering these, "My mother and father know a lot.. The feeling of listening to them" is implanted in their minds in childhood.

Apart from this, children who are used to tabs, laptops and mobiles are at risk of creating mental distancing with their parents. Slowly rejecting the parents in these kind of children.. Rebellion philosophy may come. They say "you don't know anything po". If a parent tries to say something in the teenage age, there will be no positive outcome.

4. Telling stories by lifting small children in the chest and making them sleep in the lap ... Talking, sleeping, singing lullabies can be like giving emotional assurance to children. Control of emotions is good in a grown up child like this. Chandamama Rave Gorumuddalu songs are the main reason for mental depression and aggression to become common among the children of modern times .. Jyo Achyuthananda's coronation services .. Unintentionally, the bedtime stories disappearing.

5. Technology is great. But don't you know how to use it?

It is a tradition here to take the children in the Sanka and carry them on the shoulder. Now there are balls that keep the children sitting and push them.

When there is dust on the road, if you lift it up on the shoulder, the chances of the child getting infected with pollution will decrease.

It is ignorance to make a child sleep on a vehicle which is only two feet high to the ground and drag him on Indian roads.

Many modern mothers will be visiting KBR Park in Hyderabad.

If you sit on the floor for five minutes while people are walking.. You can understand how much dust goes into the children's breath.

Technology is a sharp knife on both sides.

Need to know how to use it the right way!

Videos for unimaginable things { human body structure .. The ones that started from space } .. That's on the big screen.. Not on mobile devices .

Oralizing things children can imagine on their own or making them understand through books!

Their imagination is already... Creativity at its best.

If young children are exposed to a virtual fantasy world before they even encounter the real world, won't their worldview be turned upside down?

Don't you get it?

Consider a four-year-old child who grows up watching TVs and laptops in the bedroom or drawing room without really stepping outside the house; if he comes to believe that trees walk, mice chase cats, and the moon talks, whose fault is it?

If children accustomed to such a wondrous fantasy world find the real world boring—deciding by the age of five that life is better in the fantasy realm and becoming addicted to mobile devices—whose fault is that?

Is there a lower level of ignorance than this?

Should our children's lives be ruined just so the billion-dollar gaming and animation industry can thrive?

When children get used to screens, their brains suffer damage affecting areas like gray matter, white matter, and the hippocampus. The blue light emitted by laptops, tablets, and mobile phones can damage their eyesight.

If children gradually become addicted to mobile devices, they risk developing conditions like "gamer's thumb," "trigger finger," and carpalal tunnel syndrome, rounded shoulders, damping head, brain cancer.

Frustrated, impatience, insomnia, lack of concentration, destruction of education, rebellion, bullying, .. When you step into the teenage age .. Love .. Sexual relationships before marriage .. Drinking alcohol .. Hookah Ganja Gang Wars ..

.... Lakhs of incidents daily corona In the latter era, even though smartphone guys have become a routine in the world, how can they not wake up?

The proverb says new is strange and old is a rota!

If you think that all new things are great, you are ignorant of the digital age.

Critical thinking is needed.

If we ignore the truth today, who is the culprit if we stand in a queue with our children at the psychiatrist clinic tomorrow and cry?

Crime is the parents' . Is the punishment for children??

Is there any use if hands hold leaves for a while?

This is the awakening for the parents of today's digital age who are snoring..

Wake up before it becomes columbia!

Happened last week.

One of our branches - error in teaching students in a subject related to a class.

A parent complained to me.

Whatever level the mistake may happen, it is my moral responsibility right?

Went to school the same day and talked to the kids and set up an extra teacher.

Swept the room with moral responsibility (cleaning is a sacred profession. So that's not a punishment I've given myself. ).

I apologized to the students of all classes of that branch through audio message on that day.

Here I am now going to the same branch and learning

Posted three days ago. Saturday - Vijayawada Sunday - Bourampet Monday Week - Tirupati Ani.

Monday .. Means yesterday's schedule - Starting from home at four o'clock in the morning and rehearsal at Tirupati school from 10 to 3.30 (standing)

The gym on the other side. Back home at nine tonight

.. If you post a collage with four photos " ..

Should we go to Tirupati for gym? Two comments saying ".

What an understanding oh God?

After this, they are sending this kind of information by keeping screenshot of the information received in messenger. Comment that white people are also doing this as I told about Indian students.

What should I do if I have this level of understanding?

Some people who live abroad are sending me many news links. "If you write on this topic, everyone will understand".

A friend in London sent me some links the other day. After studying the subject more extensively, I have posted posts on foreign studies - jobs.

One person disagrees with it.

They put comments on my posts.

I answered them all.

I don't know him personally. His posts from a few years back would have been visible. I don't know whether they have unfriended or unfriended on my id.

It has been a long time since I saw his posts.

Maybe he is helping the students there with a service attitude. I don't know.

I think he misunderstood my posts.

It is natural to have different opinions on a subject.

Some friends are making bad comments on my posts.. and coming back here.. and commenting on my posts.

Please don't.

I am very young.

I do not target anyone.

I have no disagreement with him.

I will be posting what I know as a teacher.

If it feels good, grasp it.

Or just give up.

Please don't think I'm fighting a war with someone. (I will fight against the systems! ) Don't make any manly comments on anyone by being kind to people.

When someone comments on me, I will press the like button to say that I have seen their comment. It is understood that this also led to mistakes.

The other day I made a post on social media trends. He thought it was about him.

Maybe my timings are wrong.

Sorry if I have hurt him.

My posts on many things are regular

A question that has no answer !

We conduct an interview/demo each year in February - April to fill the gaps that arise for the upcoming school year.

The level of candidates appearing for the interview is pathetic most of the times. That could be Hyderabad. Or Vijayawada .. May be Tirupati. Not much of a difference.

If hundred people give interview, fifty of them will not get at least ten marks for nine. Only ten percent of those who cross thirty five. We will vote only if at least sixty percent pass.

Those who have recently completed their degree and appeared for interview can think something. Those who have been working as teachers for ten - fifteen years, those are working in the mentioned schools... What to expect if you are in a pathetic situation?

அங்களம் ல பால்பால் என்றில் பார்கள் என்றில Sometimes I hate myself.

Shah rada .. Those who do not even pronounce their name correctly.

Few years back, if a Telugu teacher post interview was recorded and shared, it became viral.

Movie freaks come across more than that every year.

The other day in bourampet.. A woman who came for the post of Primary Science Teacher. She is working in an international school that has been there for five years.. "What is Photosynthesis" means "Plants Create Food". English grammar is immortal anywhere. I cried in my heart saying what is the creation! And moreover.. " create ? When asked "she says "yes sir".

English language will be torn apart. Oh my! A teacher who has been teaching English to high school students for many years says "Children are very much like my teaching" is it not a shame?

Hot hot hot hot .. Four to fill the blanks .. Six Sundays after interviewing .. By selecting those who achieved sixty- seventy percent.. On the other hand, if you give training to them and teach lessons, sometimes children "didn't understand the lesson of that teacher, sir". They say . Parents will complain.

Now those who got ten percent marks... How are they teaching in the schools where they are working? How do children understand? How are parents tolerating this?

Last Saturday in Vijayawada .. Mathematics high school teacher .. Ten years of experience in a corporate school .. That is IIT Foundation. What is hypotenuse .. The answer is the longest side . Tell me completely .. "Very long side" is another reply .

We can't walk away with our hands in our pockets . The gap should be filled . Should we provide a good teacher to the children ?

How many such teachers are there in that school? How do they teach the children? How do the parents agree?

Need to learn the subject .. More than perfect expression of emotion.. Learn the way to teach a lesson ... Don't know how many schools will give necessary training to teachers on such subjects.

One thing is true . The damage caused by a teacher who does not know how to tell the lesson correctly to the students of that class in a year is immense.

Whether it is private or government school, I am ready to provide my services free of charge depending on my time. Around 100 school correspondents { their association } are seeking my guidance in a residential school near Vijayawada. "Come on February 25 sir" they said. "That day is our Tirupati school's anniversary. Here are the days when my dates are free for the month of March" I said. The date has not been finalized yet.

Step into the captivating world of art with this mini virtual tour of the Art Exhibition at SLATE - The School, Bowrampet

Students who went to America for higher education are working in Indian restaurants (and shops, gas stations, etc.)

in violation of visa rules. Their labor is being exploited there. The people doing this exploiting are Indians who settled there long ago. This is the post I shared yesterday.

This is the purpose of my post...

First, a clarification: over forty families have settled there. My post does not imply that everyone who settled there is a villain.

Many are living there in search of a better life.

Evil knows no caste or religion.

When a post mentions that some people are engaging in exploitation, it doesn't mean that *everyone* in that category is doing the same thing.

Through various methods—such as "body shopping," consultancies, marriage scams, and chain-link marketing—some of those settled there are exploiting students who have gone from here.

A whole book wouldn't be enough to cover this topic.

I never post with the intention of targeting anyone.

I have previously shared many posts to educate students aspiring to go to America for higher education and their parents. I shared a post on this very subject yesterday.

America is home to prestigious higher education institutions like Stanford (where my niece studied) and MIT (where two of my family members are currently studying).

Studying there offers many benefits to students. My daughter went to America for higher education. Additionally, my sister-in-law's daughter—who grew up in our home for many years—is currently studying in America. Many other children from our family are studying there as well.

Don't go just because someone else did.

Enrolling in obscure universities—not for the sake of genuine higher education, but simply to have something to do—is not the right approach.

There is a vast difference between the America of twenty years ago and the America of today. The crime rate has risen. Finding a job is becoming increasingly difficult. Violating the rules is wrong. Some Americans feel that foreigners are taking away jobs. There have been brutal assaults at places like gas stations and malls. If you work illegally, you won't receive the minimum wage or insurance coverage, and medical treatment is very expensive if you get injured.

Many people sell their assets here to go there, only to suffer mental anguish when they fail to find a proper job.

So, consider every aspect before sending your children. You must be prepared for the possibility of returning to India if you don't find a job after completing your studies. Do not borrow money beyond your means.

Our parents went into debt to send us here; we shouldn't push our children into a state of despair by insisting they must earn money at any cost.

The situation has reached a point where some of our young women in countries like England are looking for "sugar daddies" to pay their tuition fees. How do I know this? People send me the advertisements they post seeking sugar daddies, complete with names and photos, saying, "Sir, this is the reality. Please raise awareness among parents." Friends here share this information with me, describing the indescribable pain involved.

Sugar Daddy: A wealthy man (often the age of the girl's father) who helps a young woman with things like education—such as paying her fees—in exchange for sexual favors.

I will address this topic in a post.

Regarding marijuana in America... or incidents involving gunfire... the goal is to raise awareness about the situation there. Don't road accidents happen in India, too? What can I say?

The existence of an evil in one place doesn't negate the existence of evil elsewhere, does it? My sister's son means nephew said " a shoot out happened a few days ago in the mall we were going to. We the whole family don't go to the mall at once. We will go one by one at a time. I will focus on the exit on the other side when I enter the mall. When asked for money by showing a gun on the road, should be given immediately. A known person was going to argue the other day. Poor thing, he died "

Difficulties, pleasures, good and bad are everywhere.

If I post a post, I will post it after studying it very deeply. As I said now, if you write a book on those who trap freshmen who go for extra income, settling down there till now. That's not my focus.

Sir .. Do not trust anyone who falls for money. If we are ready to be deceived, someone else is ready to deceive us.

It is true that the financial status of all parents will not be the same. How much air for the tree. But when going abroad, the economy is.. Loan .. What to do if you don't get a job there? And things to be taken into consideration.

Don't go there and become a daily laborer by borrowing more than you can with the help of proxies by writing exams like toffel and getting a seat in famous universities.

A few years ago but somehow got there.. There is a chance to settle down.

"Those who went then had to settle after some difficulties. If we think the same" is not correct.

Still and still the situation is different.

Beware of Tasmath.

This is what I said.

The listener, you can't explain as fast as you listen to what you have told.. Kani Kalla is the one who knows the truth .. Manujudu in the global era .. Anini .. Listen to what I say. Listen to what someone else is saying apart from this.

If you feel something is good, take that decision.

I don't want to win an opinion poll here.

It is my responsibility to educate as a teacher.

"I don't know anything about him. There are people who think that he will be confusing people by googling something.

Everyone's opinions are theirs.

Whose beliefs are theirs.

corona when I was posting on vaccines.. On the other side, on the pigeons .. If one of my posts goes viral among many things like this, there are many people who misunderstand it.

Salute to all.

That is our future.

My analysis.. On my face book.

America for higher education

Can go to America for higher education!

World famous universities are there. But writing exams with proxies .. Don't do anything like breaking the law. Can your parents afford at least sixty percent of the cost? Take a look. Make decision based on things like your aptitude, not on someone else's gone. One of the things I said for three hours.

It is like marriage, bro!

The National Crime Records Bureau reported that student suicides in our country increased by 70% in 2023 compared to the previous year.

1. Education that didn't teach life skills!

2. Educated fools who don't know how to raise children!

3. A lack of close, intimate bonds within families!

4. Cell phone addiction; the impact of lockdowns and online learning.

5. The 'Corona walk' scenario (dementia and mental breakdowns).

Death, too, is just like marriage, brother!

The total number of Indian restaurants in America is about 8500.

In this, the students of our country who have gone to America to study higher education (MS)!

In the city of Dallas, every Indian restaurant has Indian students!

Doing work like this is against the laws of that country.

Whatever the law is concerned, the salaries given to them are that much.

Labor laws do not apply.

There will be no minimum wages.

How many people are standing in the queue for jobs saying that even if it is five dollars per hour is not a problem.

Insurance does not apply in case of an accident.

Okay, after all this hardship, is it possible to finally complete your studies and get a high-level job and settle there?

The quality of the university education in which the majority of the students are studying is that much.

There are many who do not care about their studies because of their work.

We have heard that those who work hard for fruits have gone to Gulf and got looted by shakes and are facing difficulties.

It's kind of like that.

If not here middle class young men and women; educated.

These people are being looted, only our people who have settled there.

There are our people who are helping them saying that they are poor. The number is low

Sitting on a wall is a proverb.

On the day of our school's annual day, our photographer Venu will say "Surfive minutes".

He will send photos up to fifty the next day.

Kids will be posted on the school page. My photos are on my page.

Hairy mother wears different types of hair.

That gives me happy hormones.

My photos are on my page ... If not thirty ... I will post a million times.

You can block my page right?

Opening up the album and one... .. .. Thirty seven .. Did I mention to watch the whole thing?

Pani song or swami?

Most of the time it is the secretary who uploads my photos to some school photos.

With my photos, our school branches have made greetings posters on the occasion. Our children did birthday greetings a few hundred times. Hand drawn my picture. Apart from this, advertisement department will use it according to the situation.

This invaluable opportunity shapes our Slaters' futures, paving the way for success with clarity and purpose.

Today is Vasantha Panchami.

According to the belief of Hindus, Saraswati is the symbol of knowledge. A day to worship her. Literacy is done for little children.

Today is Valentine's Day. I mean Valentine's Day.

Love is great. It is a good thing for a young man / woman who has realized his personality and what kind of life partner he wants to love and marry. That is, at least 20 years old. Only then the prefrontal cortex develops. Personality takes shape. After completing education, love .. marriage.

If you confuse hormonal stimulation as love in teenage age, education life will be ruined.

In the name of love (actually it is not love but teenage infatuation) there are many who are destroying lives.

Happy Vasantha Panchami Valentine day to all

Making reels is becoming an employment for today's generation youth.

Wearing short clothes... talking dirty or making reels is wrong but what is wrong with making decent reels? This is a situation that even parents feel.

At the age of 18-20, facial expression means beauty, creativity, intelligence and if you make reels, you will get money fame. That's true . ..ni ..

Anything on social media becomes old and dirty after a while.

The average screen life of a heroine in movies {that is, the time when opportunities come as a heroine} is three to four years.. Kajal Laila, Bhumika Genelia .. Where are they all today?

Ok they are earning money as a heroine. If you plan your life carefully, the afterlife of cinema opportunities will also go smoothly.

What is the earning of girls/boys who do reels compared to them?

If the second or third video goes viral, you will learn that you have become a big hero or heroine / risk of ruining your career.

Apart from this, there is a possibility of mental depression if the reels do not become a hit after two or three years.

Silk Smitha .. Fatha Phat Jayalakshmi Divya Bharathi will not escape problems. Uday Kiran .. Tarun .. Many many many .. Real life lessons.

Moonlit night in the woods ..

Moonlight.. The forest.. Great feeling . That's been a while !

When you are thirsty and you find water .. If there is no food for hunger, then there is no food .. If you have to walk miles looking for it .. If you encounter snakes and wild animals, it is a nightmare.

The feeling of moonlight in the forest is a thrill for a while.

So is popularity .

What if you think that the bowl is full of milk after seeing the milk pongu?

How to raise children??

Is it enough?

Don't you know how to raise children?

Where do children grow up to be adults?

What a crazy question is this.

In their respective families right? Are you thinking?

That's true.

If that word comes in our country, in all societies of the world, socialization of children / cultural acceptance will happen through family system.

At least now in countries like America, attempts are going on to create every creation.

Foster care has come as an alternative to the family system.

Foster care means taking care of a pet.

Parents will be there in this too. But they are not the biological parents of the children. Many of you may not understand if you say it in dialect words like this. Or maybe not that interesting.

Children may get separated from their parents for various reasons.

One - sudden death of parents.

Two-parent not showing interest in raising children.

Three-children want to stay away from their parents.

Four - The government wants to keep the children away from their parents.

These kind of children are kept in the hands of a guardian.

Anyone can become a guardian with the permission of the government.

In other words, it is like a hostel.

Hostel means there can be children in large amount.

Not more than eight children in the foster care unit.

Those who run this foster care think that the children are adopted by the parents { There are also those who like to raise children } .. The lion's share of them do this work for the sake of money. That is, it is a profession.

Governments will give grants / stipends. In one word, it is like the voluntary organizations in our country. Community service to the name. Everyone knows the actual matter.

What's up with what's up ?

What am I if I grew up in families? What am I if I grew up with foster parents? In the age of artificial intelligence by saying family marriage, how about hanging the feelings of Chandasa? A shocking news for the intellectuals who argue that this is social democratization.

A recent study has found that the social literacy and intellectual capacity of young men and women who grew up in foster care means significantly lower than children raised with their own parents. { Published in the Journal of the American Medical Association } Not only that, nearly ten percent of those growing up in foster families suffer from autism. This is pretty much higher than the average child ratio

At the age of two years, children produce one hundred billion neurons. They are linked with each other to form a neural network.

The stronger the neural network is, the more intelligent the child becomes.

To strengthen this neural network, you have to talk to children from six months to fifteen years. Need to talk about. They should be brought into the real world { air water sky birds animals etc }. Should be kept as far away from the virtual world as possible. For their neuromuscular development, they should be allowed to play games {like toys sand clay bunk clay etc as per age} they should be given activities to increase the connection between eyes and hands and their fingers to achieve the learning. Squeezing wheat flour, removing papers that have fallen over a month with fingers and throwing them in the trash bin and various household cooking chores depending on their age.

Which is best for childcare?

To put it in a nutshell..

The joint - the best

Joint families are best for children's growth {Grandmother who spends time with mobile, grandfather who gets angry at each other.. Or not joint families with grandparents who make children too much. Common families who make children play, sing, talk to them, let them talk to them and tell them good and bad things with their experience }.

Nuclear .. Just okay

The central families are the middle. When parent spends time with children..

Cell families - the worst!

Parents doing jobs in central families.. Doing a job is not a problem. Also a necessity. But thinking that they don't have time to spend with children, modern parents who lick cell phone tab to their hands ..

Foster families - horrible.

This is science. Not an opinion.

{ Visited an orphanage when I went to Warangal five years ago. They are providing the best family environment to those children by naming it as our house. Such organizations are excluded for the things mentioned in this post}

Re-Dedication Day

In loving memory of Vasireddy Rithika, February 13th is observed as Re-Dedication Day at SLATE - The School.

On this day, children, faculty members, senior executives, administrative staff, drivers, and support staff come together to take an oath, reaffirming their commitment and dedication to their duties. It's a day of profound reflection, inspiration, and unity as we pledge to uphold our core values.

Mumps - a disease of gossips.

Usually occurs in young children.

Viral disease.

Saliva glands, especially the parotid gland under the ear, will get swollen.

Children will be given MMR vaccine to prevent this.

Several children who have been vaccinated have been contracting the disease over the past three to four weeks.

Does it mean that the vaccine has failed?

Why is this happening?

Why didn't any health experts speak??

Annaprasana ceremony of Vedansh !

Annaprasana ceremony of Vedansh !

Heart attack, cardiac arrest, COPD, cancer, diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, kidney disease, liver disease, high blood pressure... and the list goes on.

So many people are dying from these diseases.

Once you get one of these diseases, that’s it—it’s all over.

Scared?

If you want to avoid this trend, get these tests done.

Take heart disease, for example.

Is your heart protected? Or not? Now you're afraid, aren't you? How can you live without fear? After being bombarded with all these grim statistics about death, what is the way to overcome that fear?

You rush immediately to the diagnostic center for an ECG, stress test, cardiac catheterization, complete blood count, BP check, blood sugar test, cardiac MRI, coronary calcium scan, coronary angiogram, nuclear stress test... you get all these tests done.

Done with that?

Wait, hold on.

You’ve had your heart tests—fine. But what about your lungs? Lungs are crucial. So many people succumb to lung diseases. So, to find out if your lungs are healthy, you need to undergo a pulmonary function test, chest X-ray, CT scan, bronchoscopy, arterial blood gas test, sputum culture, lung biopsy, lung ventilation scan... basically, about thirty or forty such tests.

Heart tests on Monday... breath/lung tests on Tuesday... kidneys on Wednesday... and so it goes all week long.

Then, next week, you repeat the whole cycle.

Anything can happen in a week.

This is the reality of medical marketing today.

They’ve branded this as "health awareness."

In the name of awareness, they scare hundreds of thousands of people every day... driving them to rush to hospitals and testing centers. Medications are prescribed if any issues are detected in tests—including those that aren't even necessary.

Many medicines have side effects.

Are there medicines without side effects? That is the question.

Many medicines available in our country cannot be sold internationally; reports cite quality issues as the reason.

❌❌❌❌

One might die in the pursuit of a cure for a disease.

There isn't much publicity about that.

Prevention is easy if the cause of the disease is known.

Is it cancer?

Well, I'm not sure if that is the reason.

ADHD, autism, allergies, and various other ailments—we cannot pinpoint a specific cause for them. The narrative is that "research is ongoing."

"Could Wi-Fi be a cause of cancer?"

"Oh my god, Wi-Fi is good for health. And then there's junk food, genetically modified crops... We can't say for certain that any of these are the specific cause of a particular disease. 'Research is underway'."

This is the current situation.

This is a land where food was once considered divine medicine.

Now, food has become a source of toxic imbalance.

There is no focus on this aspect.

It is as if a blind eye is being turned to it.

There is a proverb: "A mother neither feeds you herself nor lets you go out and beg for food."

If someone suggests, "Here, adopt healthy habits," they get attacked by market forces.

People ask, "Are they doctors?"

Doctors treat diseases.

Nutritional science is the field that studies food.

"Today, in medical education syllabi, the focus on food and disease prevention is rapidly declining. The emphasis is merely on conducting tests and prescribing medication. Many senior doctors are writing articles highlighting this shift in focus."

It is the mother who provides the meal.

Habits are instilled by parents.

That was the past.

Now, it is all about food marketing. Coke, Pepsi, and potato chips are used to brainwash a child—it's all marketing. A cell phone in one hand, a TV in the house, and new technological tools—all these foster bad habits.

Added to this is the marketing of diseases.

The right to live is being violated. There is no one to question it; if someone does, attempts are made to malign their character.

Allopathy is a wonderful science.

The science of human fiction.

Otherwise, one ends up imprisoned in the hands of the pharmaceutical industry. They say only what suits them; they won't tell you the whole truth.

What should have been done is to liberate this science from the grip of the pharmaceutical industry.

Knowledge for the people.

Medicines for the people.

That is the priority—not making humans subservient to medicines and hospitals.

Many do not understand this distinction.

A doctor is seen as God—someone who can give life.

But if society as a whole is being destroyed and drowning in corruption, how can doctors alone remain untainted?

There are villains here, just as in every other system. And their numbers are growing.

Yet, there are still "people's doctors" who believe that healing is meant for the people. Hats off to them.

How can a person who spent a fortune—tens of millions—on medical education avoid becoming part of a corporate hospital's marketing machinery once they become a doctor?

If a doctor acted with integrity, would the current corporate hospital system even let them survive?

He was a cardiac surgeon at a major corporate hospital in Hyderabad. A close relative needed heart surgery. He used a stent that he had received for free under his professional quota. He informed the hospital administration to waive both his professional fee and the cost of the stent.

Had the relatives simply paid the bill and left, the fraud would never have come to light. But the bill was shown to the doctor. He was shocked to see that the cost of the stent had been included in the charges.

is is not some clerical error." He has come to the conclusion that "fraud".

That's what it's all about.

The poisonous systems that are cheated by the senior doctor working in his hospital.

"Half of today's stent operations are bogus," a doctor publicly posted a video. That's the situation today.

" Poor thing .. The girls. Little kittens .. If you study deeply and provide information that you do not need this vaccine, how many problems you will face by taking this vaccine.. If that information is missed, that word should be said .. Other than that, attempts to portray him as misogynist by taking perverted languages to his words.

This is today's world

A warning to pharmacists and their agents .

So far I'm focused on educating people. This is not my profession .

This is one of the many jobs I do for self-satisfaction .

If you attack me.. try to assassinate my character.. I will leave my school and do this as a full-time job.. I will establish a patients' association. I will expose the frauds that are happening one by one and make them public. { There are frauds committed by some hospitals during the Corona time.. with proof. However, no one... no organization was targeted}.. I will fight the law. That means I will sit on your lap!

Just leave me like that.

I am a drop of water in the ocean.

How many of those who fall for your marketing will be reduced by my writings? Just ignore Vasireddy Amarnath.

A request to the intellectuals. Is it good for the society if there are people who question? Is it bad? Think about it. Are we in a democracy? Or in the world pharmacy dictatorship?

*Murder of Ramu.. Mother and daughter are the key! *

Himambi of Andhra Pradesh East Godavari district Ravulapalem, has left her husband and moved to Hyderabad along with her daughter. Himambi has come to rent in a constable's house in Yusuf's nest. She had an illegal relationship with the constable. Constable who fell in the magic of Himambi, has spent all the money on her. Himambine has changed into a world by keeping family and children away. At last, that house was also written in the name of Himambi. Himambi thinks his work is over with this.. Got that constable out of the house The house is hers and I don't know who you are.

Not only that, she raised the curtain for prostitution in her own house. Not only does he commit adultery, but Himambi is the one who brings some girls from other regions to commit adultery. Bada has gradually targeted traders and wealthy. Putting her in her net.. Having an illicit relationship.. Money is the one that can punish. As the daughter also comes of age.. She also forced her daughter into prostitution profession. The finger.. Lakhs.. Himambi has collected assets worth crores of rupees. With a luxurious life.. The daughter is also accustomed to prostitution.

Honeytrapping Badababu together.. Sweeping away all that is there.. They have made it a habit to do something and keep away. In this order Singotam Ramanna alias Putta Ramu was introduced to Himambi. Ramu belongs to Nagar Karnal District Kollapur Mandal Singotam.. He has earned crores of rupees with real estate and other businesses in Hyderabad. He used to play Juva across the city. Juva earned double the money playing. Ramu, who earned more than hundred crores, thought it was a golden chance when he was introduced to Himambi. By tying Ram in his curved net.. Crores of rupees have been fined. Most of the money earned by Ram was dedicated to Himambi. Money has also run out with Ram. He has also started the debts.

Meanwhile, Ramu saw Himambi's daughter Naseema while going to Himambi. Ramu asked for the pleasure of sleeping with his daughter. Himambi said that her daughter is not like that. Ramu had repeatedly harassed Naseema. Himambi pondered the situation and decided she needed to get rid of the source of her torment. Together with her daughter, she devised a concrete plan and had Ramu brutally murdered. However, a major twist emerged regarding the involvement of rowdy-sheeters and Ramu's friend, Manikanta, in the killing.

Singotam Ramu met Manikanta and Vinod while playing 'Juvva' (a gambling game). They formed a gang and traveled to various regions to play. While Ramu amassed up to 100 crore rupees from the game, Manikanta and Vinod earned around 20 crore rupees. This disparity sparked jealousy and led to friction. A conflict arose between Ramu and Manikanta; Ramu severely beat Manikanta, rammed him with his car, and even drove over him in an attempt to kill him. Although Manikanta miraculously survived, he sustained severe facial injuries that required plastic surgery. Harboring a deep grudge after the attack, Manikanta resolved to take revenge and eliminate Ramu at any cost. He even conducted reconnaissance (surveillance) on Ramu multiple times. He planned attacks but failed, waiting for the right opportunity. Earlier, when a friendship existed between them, Ramu had introduced Himambi to Manikanta and Vinod; whenever Ramu visited Himambi, Vinod used to take Manikanta along with him. Vinod’s acquaintance with Himambi’s daughter, Naseema, blossomed into love; he loved her deeply.

Meanwhile, Naseema confided in Vinod that a man named Singotam Ramu was harassing her. Angered by this, Vinod’s friend informed Manikanta. Manikanta saw this as an opportunity, as he had long been planning to kill Ramu. Naseema and Himambi sought their help.

Mani and Vinod joined Himambi in her plan to get rid of Ramu. Himambi seized the moment; she called Ramu and lured him by saying, "You’ve long desired my daughter, haven't you? The opportunity has finally arrived—come over immediately; I’ll have her ready for you." Ramu was overjoyed, believing this to be the wonderful moment he had been waiting for. He rushed over instantly. Although Ramu usually traveled with a gang of five or six people, this time he went alone, taking a bottle of liquor with him.

Ramu arrived at Himambi’s house in LN Nagar, Yousufguda. Himambi alerted Vinod and Manikanta. Everything went according to plan; a group of eleven people—including the notorious 'rowdy-sheeter' Jilani—entered the house. Naseema and Himambi immediately launched a frenzied knife attack. Vinod also struck Ramu down. Ramu succumbed to his injuries after being stabbed more than twenty-five times.

Jilani, the rowdy-sheeter who had assisted in the murder, fled the scene with his associates. Manikanta then made a video call to Ramu’s brother-in-law...

Use the arrows to see the full translation.

He said he killed his brother-in-law.. and came and took the body. Manikantha, Vinod and others celebrated by bursting crackers at a bar in Ramreddy Nagar.

One of the reasons for the oldies.. Another one said he was trying to seduce his girlfriend.. We have used it, now we will leave it is someone else's selfishness...!! After all, Singotam Ram was brutally murdered. Earned it in the wrong way.. Ramu, who was doing social service in the name of Abdul Kalam Foundation, was killed. Ramu's hopes who wanted to give political entry just now have evaporated. It seems that he is the only one who is strong for the knife he has held.. Rama became strong in the hands of his people.

Manikanta, Vinod, Mohammed Khaiser, Kaavali Sivakumar alias Banda Siva, Kappala Nikhil along with Naseema, her mother Himambi alias Hasina, who were involved in the murder of Ramu, have been arrested and remanded.

No plastic tiffin/lunch boxes.

Many mothers send their children's snacks/lunch in plastic boxes to school.

This is very dangerous.

1. Most types of plastics contain a chemical called bisphenol. It melts into hot material and mixes into food. This causes hormonal problems. Plastic lunch boxes are the reason for PCOD and thyroid problems in many girls. This is one of the reasons why Rajaswala was born at the age of ten. Not only that this leads to reproductive issues among adults. This chemical is a cancer factor.

2. Phthalates is another chemical found in many types of plastics. This also causes hormonal imbalance.

.. Plastic will gradually degrade and release micro plastics. It can be combined with food and can cause inflammation and oxidative stress.

Other than these, there are many other types of chemicals in plastics.

In the next few months, 26 green highways will be launched in our country.

These will significantly reduce travel time between different cities.

China has introduced speed trains in their country in recent times.

Some intellectuals have suggested that India should also do the same.

If you look deeply, you will think that these green highways are better than the speed trains.

Human poppy virus infects women and men.

It can cause cervical cancer in women, menstruation, constipation, throat tonsils, and lower tongue cancer.

15,000 men in America get HPV cancer every year.

Confusion has arisen among many as the virus caused by papilloma virus is named cervical cancer and it infects only in women.

This virus infection is not the reason for all the cervical cancers in women. This virus infection is the main reason for cervical cancer in women. But there are other reasons too. Alcohol, smoking, exposure to some types of cancer causing chemicals .. For example, he is wearing a cloth and some other types of allopathy medicines, genetic causes.

To the cancer caused by the virus- to the cancer caused by cells being separated uncontrollably... Need to understand the difference

According to the CDC of America, at least fifty percent of the people who are sexually active {women and men} in their country... That means, at least forty percent of the population has this virus.

If this virus spreads into the body, cancer will not come immediately. This virus has become weak. . Immunity should be a little stronger.. This virus is going to die. In some cases, this virus avoids the immune system and remains in the body. A dormant virus does not cause cancer immediately. When a person's immunity is very weak, it becomes active. The CDC says it takes an average of twenty years for the virus to enter the body before it turns into cancer.

It is likely to turn into cancer, especially in those with very weak immunity. I mean AIDS patients.. Women who have become very weak due to consecutive deliveries are the ones who have started.

These types of cancers are the reason for more deaths due to them in developing countries.. Immunity weakness due to malnutrition, sequential deliveries, AIDS etc.

HPV vaccine in America boys and girls.. Putting it on for both of them. The US government is suggesting that this should be applied to eleven twelve year old girls. This will not be given to children above the age of nine. The US government is suggesting that people over 26 don't need it.

The government says why people over 27 don't need it. This is not my word. Suggestions from their government. A person who is over 27 years means this virus has entered his/her body till now. It should have been destroyed by immunity. If it happened like that, that person has protection from that virus. It's okay to go away once more. Or that virus should be dormant in the body. Once this virus enters the body, the vaccine will not work. So the American government corporation CDC said that 27 and older don't need this.

This virus enters the body only through sex. Female - Male, Lesbian Gay Mouthavaran Sex, Oral Sex Like This .. If the avatar person has this much virus in his body, it will spread only through sex. Skin to skin touch means through body care also. If it is for the mother, it is during the delivery time

The baby will be infected. Like AIDS disease, syringes can be spread in one or two cases through surgical instruments. This is super rare.

If the wife and husband do not have this virus by the time of marriage, on the other hand, if they do not have sexual relations with someone else, this virus will not go away.

According to the estimates of the Indian government organization National Library of Medicine, at least eighty percent of the women in our country, this virus will enter the body at some stage. This organization did not take into account the percentage of men. Eighty percent of women means almost this percentage of men can be thought. That means in the hundred crores of people in our country, this virus will enter the body at some stage. As said above it will die with immunity. Or on rare occasions being body restless.. When immunity is very weak .. Taking drugs ... Along with malnutrition, consecutive deliveries, immunity blow due to AIDS disease can turn into cancer.

It doesn't matter if Vasireddy Amarnath is scolded with stones or humiliating his personality. You thought like this until I started posting. Is it true? Is it not? Tell me..

1. Do you know the difference between cervical cancer and HPV cancer?

2. It was thought that this virus causes cancer only in women. right?

3. They thought this is not related to men.. Is it true? Is it not?

4. In India... . Sir, this is not my prediction. Estimation of government institutions.. Do you know that eighty percent of this virus will be infected at some stage in life?

5. Didn't you think that if this virus is infected, it will be cancer immediately?

6. Actually you don't know that this virus is like AIDS virus, it is spread only through sex {surgical equipment in one case per crore} right?

7. If this virus spreads in the body, it will be cancer immediately.. They thought that if you get cancer, it will be death. Is it true or not? Twenty years average between the two .. That's when immunity is so weak .. Did you know that thing first?

Till yesterday all you know is that if you get infected with this virus you will get cancer. That means this virus is the reason for all types of cancers. If this vaccine is taken, it will be cancer .. That means all types of cancers will not come to the worst .. Didn't you think so ?

Where is the mistake ?

Why haven't you received the right information.

Think . Whom is the loss due to the awareness I am creating ? Is this awareness a gain or loss for you ?

They said they were thankful that they got out.

Revathi garu, Ms. Vanaja, Kondaveeti Satyavathi garu:

Regarding the posts you tagged me in and the issues you raised within them—here are the answers.

1. When I say "all oranges are fruits," it doesn't mean "all fruits are oranges," right?

Regarding cancer caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV)—which is transmitted through sexual contact with an infected person—it does *not* imply that all women with cervical cancer have had sexual relations with multiple partners.

I never wrote anything of the sort in my posts.

What can I do if that is how you interpreted it?

What would happen if I were to burn clothes on my head while claiming it was "against women"?

If the virus were the *only* cause of cervical cancer, why did I write about alcohol and smoking in my post regarding Poonam Pandey?

Why did I make a video about sanitary napkins? Why did I explain how the ingredients used in them contribute to cervical cancer?

You didn't see those posts. Why didn't you check them before burning clothes and pinning a label on me?

What you failed to realize is that cervical cancer is common. There is no ambiguity in the posts you *did* see. HPV is transmitted through sexual contact. Regarding the mention of multiple partners: in my post, I clearly stated that the woman or man involved was a wife or husband. Where is the controversy in that?

A woman who has had sexual relations *only* with her husband can contract the virus if her husband has had contact with an infected person, right?

What I stated is based on science.

Did you not understand what I said?

What do you hope to achieve by branding me as anti-woman?

Revathi garu, it was reported that a seventy-year-old woman in your apartment complex is also suffering from this.

My posts are clear. They discuss different types of cervical cancer. Regarding the post about vaccines that sparked controversy this morning: I wrote that the vaccine protects against that specific virus. Science shows that the virus spreads only through sexual contact. Is the situation different for a case involving one crore [rupees]?

The seventy-year-old woman you mentioned is likely suffering from cancer caused by factors other than this virus. But Andy, within an hour of my posting about it, the information reached a seventy-year-old woman... I should be happy... Even though I saw it in the post, you didn't explicitly state it... I don't understand why she should feel bad about being misunderstood.

... Satyavathi garu... I respect you all. We are referring to organizations like the National Cancer Society in America. Please be patient and check their website. Parents in Europe are saying their daughters don't need the vaccine... the reason being that they aren't sexually active. Plus, the number of people refusing vaccination is growing rapidly. That is the point I made in my post.

Not all cases of cervical cancer are caused by the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). In fact, cancer caused by HPV should technically be called HPV cancer.

It is incorrect to assume that taking the vaccine currently in the news will provide protection against all types of HPV viruses.

At the same time, there is little evidence of adverse effects caused by it... that is exactly what I posted. Furthermore, it offers protection against ninety percent of cancers caused by this virus.

I am stating this again for clarity: ordinary cancers are different. This vaccine does not protect against cancers like blood cancer or skin cancer, which result from uncontrolled cell division.

It offers protection against certain types of cancer caused by the aforementioned virus.

This virus spreads primarily through having multiple sexual partners.

It spreads when one has sex with strangers without using protection like condoms.

This virus also infects men. It is wrong to think it is rare in men; the prevalence is sixty percent in women and fifty percent in men.

Even if a husband and wife have been vaccinated, one of them could still contract AIDS if they engage in sexual relations with strangers. If you die with this cancer or die with AIDS, you will die.

Put the children on the right path. Make your eyes on education in the student stage. Wedding on the other side . Single marriage . Don't see sex as a sport. Don't be confident that you will not get cancer if vaccinated. Sanitary napkins are the cause of cervical cancer. So be vigilant .. This is the essence of my post

Night { white people jamuna} after studying for almost three hours .. I have read international medical magazines and posted it so that everyone can understand.

Your posts comments on me, the words that hurt me are true.

But I am talking about the subject. There are no unscientific things in my posts. Even if you create controversy over me and make me go to jail in Chenchalaguda.... I will not support it as long as the truth is on my side. I will not be afraid.

That's why I said it exactly in the morning post .. Everyone should be fine. It doesn't matter if I am in it or not. Loss due to today's post due to the sanitary napkins I kept for pharmaceuticals. I know I'm being targeted. Otherwise I didn't expect you to stir up controversy with things I didn't say.

I am posting for the welfare of society. There are no past agendas of the person in this. Holding on to a post .. Read that very boldly .. Don't get it twisted you

burnt my shirt. I have been turned into a curse today.

Thank you .

To all my Facebook friends .. Kindly do not make male comments on anyone, especially on women.

One last thing. I am not against any party. Even those who run the government may not be aware of some things. There may be forces that mislead them. The purpose of my posts is to raise awareness on the issues.

Some people believe that if Hpv vaccine is taken, there will be no cancer.

The point is that this vaccine only protects against cancer caused by the human papilloma virus. It has nothing to do with normal cancer.

There are many types in cervical cancer or HPV cancers. Only a few of them are protected from the vaccine. That means there is no guarantee that cervical cancer will not come by this vaccine. (This does not work on ten percent human puppyloma viruses)

Cervical cancer infects men too.

Then why the vaccine for girls?

No one would ask.

Why go door to door to administer the vaccine that is only required for sex workers?

Parents are giving this vaccine to the house girl, does it mean that they don't have faith in their upbringing?

Okay, if you get this vaccine, you won't get HPV virus and cervical cancer. But if you have multiple sex partners, won't you get AIDS? Isn't it fatal to get AIDS?

If you don't get AIDS by wearing a condom, then HpV virus also won't spread.

That means this walk scene is six thousand together.

The media that didn't tell you such a small thing!

hello sir

In those days while watching K Vishwanath movies, there was a lot of happiness, pain, agitation, enjoyment. By the time I came home after seeing all the emotions, I felt that we have watched a good movie. After that, after watching yesterday's program, I felt like that. After the climax scene is over, Anna was happy to put your cutout and anoint you. We used to go to cinema halls and spend money, the violence shown by him, not able to see the rubbish, not understanding what the cinema is trying to say, we used to come home with a shock. After watching yesterday's movie 'Mee Tuniga Tuniga', with tons of information, knowledge of how to be and how not to be, I fell in the emotions of the movie and came back with the joy of getting up. This happiness will last till next year's annual day. I remember the dialogue in a movie "that heart which makes ten people live has to live man" he says what do I feel means your heart which keeps lakhs of people on the right path has to live, not hundreds of years but thousands of years.

Thank you for putting in lot of hard work for us .we are enlightened every with your msgs and such like programs

Is dating not sex?

Just ask Google. The answer is that dating is a romantic relationship. What does "romantic" mean?

Love... A relationship devoid of feeling...

It involves hugs... Are there kisses?

Yes. That is why it is called "intimacy."

(Note: "Intimacy" here isn't just about physical closeness; it paves the way for a deeper connection.)

Let's set that aside—what does Google really know? It just repeats what someone else said. Let's look at reality.

Dating for older adults (aunties and uncles) is different from dating for young people.

Two mature individuals—say, in their thirties or forties (perhaps going through a divorce or looking for a second or fourth marriage)—decide to date.

They might go to a park, a pub, or a coffee shop. They try to understand each other; that is the main point of dating.

Even here, in ninety-five out of a hundred cases, the man is waiting for *that* moment to happen.

The elders call this the "male instinct."

In ninety out of a hundred cases, it is the woman who applies the brakes.

She says, "No rush; we need to understand each other... that's the whole point of dating." She adds, "If our hearts truly connect, I will surrender myself to you, won't I?"

In short, it’s like an old movie song—specifically the "Mama Mama" song—which asks, "Isn't it wrong to touch before tying the knot?"

(Don't ask if women don't crave sex; that's a different topic. If I cover everything, this page would turn into a battlefield. Most men are like a whirlwind—it comes and goes in two minutes. Most women are like a cyclone... I can't elaborate further than that.) Sorry...

Even as times change, mindsets and biological instincts do not.

It is the male species that yearns for sex and makes the first move.

Just look at a rooster, a dog, or a young bull; there is a fundamental scientific principle behind this behavior.

A woman knows that if she surrenders herself completely, the man's fascination with her will subsequently wane.

Okay... consider those intoxicated by alcohol or drugs—there are women who succumb faster than men, though they represent a smaller percentage.

In yesterday's post, I discussed individuals who lack maturity—both men and women.

I spoke about teenagers dating.

What happens when people driven by hormonal urges get close?

Dating in schools and colleges begins innocently enough... then moves to a second stage... and eventually—often quite quickly—leads to physical intimacy. Kisses, embraces, the bushes at Sanjeevayya Park, and—oh—the hotels...

Why does this happen? One might argue that dating is meant for understanding one another.

Just take a look at Sanjeevayya Park—peek into the bushes—or check out the latest Oyo hotels.

You would see how many couples are in the romantic mood of "the auspicious moment when eyes meet," and how many are in the mood of "burning passion" (intense desire).

What I am saying isn't just a theory;

it reflects the actual reality.

Does the same thing happen in America? (You might wonder what I—someone running a small school here in India—could possibly know about America. Let me put it briefly: I am in touch with many students who have studied or are currently studying there.)

Anyone might claim that dating in America is about mutual understanding. As I mentioned earlier, that *can* be true for mature adults. But when it comes to teenagers, undergraduates, or even post-graduates... well, that is a different story. Let’s visit Stanford—the world's number-one engineering university—on a moonlit night at the start of the academic year in August. There is a dating festival organized by the university called "Moon Quad." Graduate students go there; initially, it’s all just conversation. But by the time the second drink kicks in—meaning, past midnight—they shift into a state reminiscent of the song "Putta Puttagaane" (which implies a state of being born naked). Perhaps they believe that wearing clothes prevents hearts from truly connecting? Shall we count how many people actually converse while fully clothed at Moon Quad after midnight?

Consider pubs in America—especially on Fridays. I am talking about the youth and the scenes that unfold there, particularly after leaving the pub.

Theory differs from reality.

One more thing: I am an anthropology instructor.

I have studied hundreds of human societies.

There are concepts like marriage by probation, marriage by trial, marriage by intrusion, youth dormitories, and many others. If I were to elaborate, I’d essentially be handing out ideas to YouTube channels.

So, a request to my Facebook friends: whenever I post on a topic, it is akin to writing a book.

I used to post about YouTube channels, Telugu cinema, or Google, thinking that what was visible there was the whole picture.

Vasireddy Amarnath... a walking encyclopedia...

A Tapestry of Happiness: SLATE - The School through the lens of proud parents.

Poonam Pandey passed away due to cervical cancer.

What causes cervical cancer?

1. Viral infection.

2. Excessive alcohol consumption.

3. Engaging in sexual activity at a young age.

4. Having multiple sexual partners.

5. Smoking.

6. Wi-Fi radiation.

7. Contracting sexually transmitted diseases.

8. Stress and a weakened immune system.

Nothing is known regarding the seventh point, but the others apply to her.

She used to spend two hours a day in front of her cell phone—drinking, smoking, and hosting live videos via Wi-Fi. She would chat with fans and engage in nude chats. She herself stated that fans who paid a higher amount would get a chance to have sex with her.

One shouldn't speak ill of the deceased, but this generation needs to know the facts.

The front part of the brain is called prefrontal cortex.

This gives a certain personality to a person.

It will be fully formed at the age of 20-25.

That is, people under 25 do not develop a certain personality.

Ninth standard children - means 14 years. Not even half of their prefrontal cortex. Meaning a picture that hasn't drawn yet their personality.

Should have told the children at that stage "this is not the age for love and marriage. You didn't even have a personality. How do you know what kind of life partner you want when you don't understand who you are? At this stage, focus on education. Knowledge and skills that are required to live is to be transferred. After 25 years .. You can think about love and marriage at least after crossing 20. If you think about these at this age .. In the name of love, if you get trapped by hormonal.. Destruction of the future. Oxytocin hormone will be overwhelming.

Teaching dating lessons to ninth standard children means childhood marriages .. Inducing childhood sex.

This is an international conspiracy.

This does not stop here.

In the second phase, they will start with "gender lessons".

Then your boy comes home from school and says “ I’m not a boy “.

Likewise girl "she is also a boy.

If you say no, then parents will go to jail only.

Pharmacists spend crores of rupees with gender change surgeries, hormonal therapies and enter the legislative assemblies and make new laws.

This is what is happening in America today.

If everyone is not vigilant, the same will happen here too. The days are not far when you will get into cases if you call a girl “ Emmamma “ and a boy “ Babu “.

Wake up Indian !

Do you want to teach lessons to your children through Vasireddy Amarnath in your village too?

Do you get cold and cough if you eat guava fruit?

Peeling of guava fruit.

Guava is a crop of tropical countries.

Bacteria is high in the atmosphere.

Jam collection in transit .. If the upper part of the guava (skin) is torn, bacteria will go into it.

Put the guava fruit in hot water for five minutes before eating.

Bacteria and any contaminants will go away. Cough and cold don't come.

As it is said, guava fruit is many times better in nutrients than apple.

The moral that should be understood by everyone in the episode of Dasari Kumari who is running a roadside hotel at Madapur (Rayadurgam)!

1. Those who work hard will always get jobs. Making money is possible.

2. Social media is growing into a powerful tool.

3. There are few people who understand Revanth Reddy completely as a political leader.

✅should have woken up :

In the matter of roadside food stalls, there should be government permits with certain terms like abroad (America Thailand).

We should ensure that the food is not contaminated and local raids are not looted.

❌It should not happen: Those who have carry bags under the neck are also calling middle aged women as "aunty".
