Young people have become accustomed to various violent video games on their smartphones.
In these games, killing is the objective, and one earns bonus points for extreme brutality. People are becoming desensitized to graphic scenes—such as a heart shattering into pieces when shot or a brain bleeding profusely for hours. Repeated exposure to such imagery programs the subconscious mind; consequently, if a real-life incident occurs, this ingrained violent tendency is likely to manifest.
It is not merely about killing, but killing in a gruesome manner; and it is not hardened criminals doing this, but ordinary youths—a trend that has recently become all too common.
Medical colleges have harbored a culture of ragging for generations, a practice that has progressively escalated into outrageous behavior. A "senior" is treated as a god-like figure, while a "junior" is reduced to a slave—that is the prevailing dynamic. In the movie *Arjun Reddy*, the protagonist declares "She is mine" to the entire class without even consulting the girl, much like he unilaterally claimed a bus seat; that is the kind of "heroism" being emulated. When PG students demonstrate in support of a criminal involved in atrocities in a neighboring state, it reveals just how deeply entrenched and organized the ragging culture has become.
When a crime occurs, one must address the root cause; otherwise, the problem will inevitably recur.
Is it enough to simply demand the criminal's execution or compensation for the victim's family?
The perpetrator should be hanged right there on the college campus—there is nothing wrong with that—and the victim's family must be supported. However, that alone is not enough.
For society to survive, there must be internet censorship. Violent video games should be banned. Suppliers of marijuana and other drugs should be publicly hanged following fast-track trials. Those who engage in ragging should be expelled and banned from colleges.
Has any political party or media outlet ever urged us to delve into the root of the problem and take such decisive action? That is the nature of the problem; they have to put on a liberal facade.
The situation is truly pathetic—look at the vaccination scenario. It wasn't long ago that we saw daily case counts in China and lived in fear of the narrative that "the bat is the source." Then came the second booster... even as the number of doses increased, people were dropping dead from heart attacks—blamed on everything from the gym to dancing. We live in a world where clever criminals cover up the real issues by attributing them to the weather.
I have posted a YouTube link in the comment section; please take a look at it. Those are popular video games—games that teenagers play day and night. How can one expect holy Tulasi plants to grow when marijuana seeds have been scattered all over the town?
Keep Your Heart Safe
1. Walk briskly for at least thirty minutes every day. Walking in the sunlight is beneficial. Do not walk while looking at or talking on your cell phone; instead, switch off your phone and walk briskly while swinging your arms. If you received a second booster dose in December, there is a possibility of cardiomyopathy (weakened heart muscles). Engaging in activities like lifting weights, vigorous dancing, hill climbing, or sprinting could be risky. Therefore, strengthen your heart muscles gradually through walking.
2. Cut down on flour-based foods. Consume adequate protein. Eat plenty of leafy greens and vegetables. Eat fresh fruit (diabetics may consume a small amount of fruit in the evening).
3. Maintain a healthy weight and keep your blood pressure under control.
4. Avoid stress. Getting eight hours of sleep daily is essential. Men should drink three liters of water, and women should do the same.
5. Eat 3–4 walnuts daily. Opt for sea fish over other meats.
6. Stay away from junk food. Quit smoking. If you consume alcohol, do so in moderation.
7. You may join a gym after six months of walking. You can engage in structured resistance training (exercises using weights), which strengthens the heart. (Those who received the second booster in December should walk at a moderate pace of 4–5 km/h, while others can walk at 6 km/h.)
8. Above all, the current vaccination doses are sufficient. The damage that has been done is enough. Don't take another dose by believing false words. They will start campaigning in another two to three months. "The new variant.. The cases are on the rise.. The third boost is inevitable". Beware of tasmath. @

Today's Misconceptions!
1. Children's mischief with cell phones is an indicator of their progress.
2. One should not exercise; entering a gym leads to an immediate heart attack and death. No one who enters a gym returns alive.
3. Eat biryani every day and drink two bottles of Pepsi or Cola in between; doing so will keep you healthy.
4. One must fill the stomach with white rice; eating even slightly less causes boredom. Along with the rice, Metformin tablets should be chewed and consumed.
5. You should not eat protein-rich foods; if you eat kidneys, they won't explode instantly with a loud bang.
6. Playing violent video games on a cell phone develops intelligence and cultivates a saintly nature.
7. Watching semi-nude or violent videos on YouTube fosters mental development.
8. Drinking beer improves health; consuming substances like marijuana, LSD, and charas brings about a state of bliss.
9. Taking the COVID vaccine ensures good health.
10. As early as the fifth grade, under the guise of an "IIT Foundation" program, we will build a wonderful future by focusing exclusively on Mathematics, Physical Science, Language, Social Studies, and Games.

For the sake of a lover!
He killed the friend who was his rival in love. Furthermore, he severed parts of the corpse—the heart, genitals, lips, and fingers—took photos of them, and sent the images to his girlfriend via WhatsApp!

As a reader?
Killing another person is the ultimate crime. No matter the circumstances, the immediate aftermath of the killing brings a mix of fear and regret; at least the initial ordeal is resolved.
Has there ever been a past instance of someone dismembering a victim and storing the parts in a freezer, or removing a heart to take a selfie?
Why is this happening now?
And consider the age of those doing this—they aren't even twenty-five yet.
These aren't isolated incidents; it is a recurring pattern.
The other day, we addressed the issue of mobile addiction with a new boy at our school; I even posted the pictures he drew in class.
Did you see the violent mania within that ten-year-old boy? (The fact that he draws well is a trivial detail—though valid, and we certainly encourage it—but the real issue lies in his thought process.)
A ten-year-old boy wanted to kill ten people; a man killed his wife (there have been four such incidents in the last three months—one involved religious arguments, but what about the other three?)
Moving past the initial shock—here is the most crucial point.
How is such violent mania infiltrating today's teenagers?
Is this a symptom of new COVID-19 variants?
Or is it due to climate change?
Or from going to the gym?
Did it come from consuming protein supplements?
Look in the mirror to see the mark on your own forearm. In this way, the latest crime news of the incidents where mother, father, wife, husband were cut and eaten. Media houses like Gothikada foxes are there to serve them by spicing them hot.
Do not discuss the actual matter.
Let's just pretend.
Let's pretend to be mad for Oscar.
Vaccine That Weakened the Heart | Heart Attack Due to Corona Vaccine | hmtv
Diabetic patients and coconut water.
Coconut water contains sugar; therefore, consuming it causes a slight rise in blood sugar levels. However, compared to many dietary sources, it is low in carbohydrates. Additionally, it has a low glycemic index—only 35—meaning the sugar enters the bloodstream slowly.
In other words, the carbohydrate intake is lower than what you would get from eating rice. Furthermore, it is rich in nutrients, including magnesium, which helps combat diabetes by improving insulin sensitivity.
This is a fact.
❌❌❌ Claims such as "exercise causes heart attacks," "drinking coconut water causes diabetes," or "fizzy drinks aid digestion" are not based on medical science; they are merely pieces of misinformation.
The post I put up last year today. Delta wave is at its peak by now.
Some precautions to be taken by those who have recovered from corona
1 corona When infected, the oxygen percentage of people admitted to the hospital may have clots { clots } formed in the blood. Doctor will find out if blood is clothed after conducting a D Dimmer test. If such a condition is told to use blood eaters tablets to dissolve the clots in the blood to normalize. Even after recovering from corona some clots in the blood may remain for people like this.. If they come into the heart valves as part of blood circulation, the valves are thin and not the blood supply to the heart. The father who feeds half of the house with the difficulty of his wings also needs food right? Also the heart needs blood. If these small lands prevent blood transfusion to the heart, heart attack will come.
"A good person passed away suddenly following a coronavirus infection. You might hear claims that the virus acted like a thief, hiding away before striking. However, the coronavirus isn't a mere 'hide-and-seek' player within the body; it is a formidable force. Even after the virus itself is gone, the damage it caused—such as blood clots in the vessels—can persist. Doctors advise patients who were hospitalized in serious condition to continue taking blood thinners for a few days even after recovery. That is the proper course of action.
2. What about those who contracted the virus but stayed home with mild illness? Even when oxygen levels remain stable, there is still a risk of blood clots forming. Does that mean clots won't form at all? We cannot rule out the possibility entirely.
We cannot ignore the chance that a small percentage of these individuals might develop blood clots. A single clot is enough to trigger a heart attack.
As I mentioned earlier, if a blood clot travels to the vessels supplying the brain, it cuts off blood flow to a specific area, resulting in a stroke. The brain controls various parts of the body; depending on which area is affected, bodily functions may be impaired. This condition is known as paralysis.
To check for potential issues—even in the absence of obvious symptoms—one should undergo a D-Dimer test and use blood thinners as prescribed by a doctor.
However, access to doctors can be difficult, and these tests can be expensive. Fortunately, the risk can often be reduced through natural methods. What can be done?
1. Lead an active lifestyle after recovering from the coronavirus. Depending on your convenience and stamina, engage in a brisk walk for half an hour. Simply strolling while chatting on your mobile phone—or gossiping with those around you—doesn't count as a proper walk. You need to walk briskly while swinging your arms. Doing this helps prevent blood clots..." They will dissolve on their own.
2. Vegetables should be part of one's diet. They not only provide the body with essential nutrients like iron but also act as natural blood purifiers.
3. One should consume garlic juice. It isn't just a trivial matter; use a bit more garlic in curries and juices. Garlic is also a natural blood purifier.
Upcoming posts: 1. Corona and diabetes; 2. Corona – treatment methods, medications, side effects, and precautions; 3. Corona and mental health issues; 4. Post-Corona fatigue, body aches, and necessary precautions.
Most of the information I share in my posts is not the result of my own research or discoveries. The credit belongs to the scientists who worked hard to develop these solutions.
When we contract an illness, a doctor would typically diagnose the cause, administer the cure, restore our health, and send us home. In the past, if a few people fell ill, such care was possible. But now, millions and crores of people are falling sick, and doctors are overwhelmed by the workload.
Priority is now given to those whose condition is critical enough to require oxygen support. Those without symptoms or with mild symptoms may only receive guidance from doctors. Compounding this situation is the frightening narrative—"You will die," "You'll be gone in three days," "Crores of lives will be lost," or "Even if you recover, the outcome is grim."
In this situation, both the educated and the uneducated need to have a basic understanding of Corona. As a teacher and a medical anthropologist, I am sharing this knowledge in a way that everyone can understand. I hold no copyright over this information; anyone is free to share it without hesitation, and there is no need to credit me. Everyone should be well; only then will we also be well. May all people be happy!
Coconut water..
1 contains magnesium. It can increase insulin sensitivity and help regulate blood sugar. I mean controls diabetes.
2. Contains potassium. It controls blood pressure. Useful for those who have high BP. Protecting the heart health.
3. Provides anti-oxidant. This protects the body from the risk of cancer.
4. Busabusa Ponge drinks provide high fructose to the body but do not satisfy hunger. That's why people who drink them often get obesity. That's the same coconut water that satisfies hunger. Provides minerals and energy to the body. I mean good for slimming down.
5. Eliminates impurities like potassium chloride, citrate and prevents kidney stones.
6. Fat free food (drink). It lowers cholesterol. Reduces wrinkles and makes skin glow.
✔️Look for coconut bonda when thirsty in the sun this time.
❌❌If you drink busabusa ponge drink because you are thirsty, it is like you have put severe damage to your body! If you drink busabusa drink after eating biryani, it is like pouring petrol into your stomach and filling it up.
Childhood is a crucial phase of rapid growth. Consuming nutritious food during this time allows both the body and mind to flourish. Parents must take special care to ensure that school-going children receive a balanced diet. However, many people perceive a "balanced diet" as something overly complex or unattainable in their daily lives. Mr. Vasireddy Amarnath, Correspondent of Slate School, explains how we can provide a diet that fosters physical and mental development in school children using easily accessible foods. Please share this video with others. Thank you.

Which water should you drink?
1. Kangen Water: This is water with alkaline properties.
According to the manufacturer, specific atoms and minerals are blended into it.
It is claimed that this cleanses the body of impurities and boosts energy levels, while also improving digestion and overall health.
❌ There is little scientific evidence to support the company's claims.
❌❌ Additionally, excessive consumption of alkaline water carries the risk of alkalosis, a condition caused by disrupting the body's acid-alkaline balance.
2. Mineral Water: Water sourced from specific locations, such as hills and remote areas, is naturally rich in minerals. Companies claim to collect, bottle, and supply this type of water.
❌ In reality, much of what is sold is simply bottled water. In many areas, water is sourced via borewells or other means, bottled, and sold at a markup of up to fifty times the cost.
❌❌ Much of the bottled water available does not meet minimum quality standards.
3. RO Water.
RO stands for Reverse Osmosis.
The system uses a semi-permeable membrane—which allows only specific substances to pass through—to filter the water.
It removes impurities and provides clean water.
A common criticism is that the process strips away minerals beneficial to the body, potentially leading to mineral deficiency. However, since the body obtains many essential minerals—such as potassium and magnesium—through food, this is unlikely to be a major issue. ❌Another criticism is that RO machines alter the water's acid-alkaline balance, slightly increasing its acidity. There is some truth to this; consuming RO water exclusively for months or years could lead to health issues.
4. Tap water.
If the supplied tap water is properly purified and remains free of contaminants throughout the distribution system, it is a good option.
❌However, such ideal conditions are rarely found in our country.
❌There is a difference between collecting tap water directly and collecting water that has been stored in an overhead tank (in apartments or houses) before use. Overhead tanks are highly susceptible to contamination by bacteria and other impurities.
✔️Mineral water is a good choice when traveling.
❌Aside from hygiene concerns, bottled water sold on railway platforms can sometimes be a source of illness. Always check for the label of a reputable brand, as counterfeit labels are common. It is safer to purchase water from supermarkets or shops outside the station premises rather than from platform vendors.
✔️✔️Ideally, having access to tap water directly is the best option.
For those living in apartments, schools, or hostels, installing an RO purification system is a good idea.
Balancing your intake—such as drinking RO water for six months and tap water for another three—can help maintain equilibrium. Just ensure that the tap water is clean.

By their very nature, they attack humans.
This is not a problem for those who travel in cars.
But what is the fate of those who have to walk through alleys and along roads? Especially the issue regarding small children?

Poor children should not become the objects of the wealthy's affection for animals.

You Want Your Child to Be a Real-Life Hero or a Virtual-Life Hero and a Real-Life Zero?
Rough Draft - For Our Next Annual Day
The following is a rough draft dictated for our next Annual Day. It contains some spelling and grammatical errors. Interested people can go through the content.
Part - 1: Cesarean Delivery and Child Development
Do you know that children born through cesarean operations may have differences in their immune system development? Some studies suggest that children born through cesarean operations may have a higher risk of developing certain health problems, such as asthma, allergies, and type 1 diabetes.
When a baby is born through the mother's vagina, the baby is exposed to certain bacteria that help establish the gut microbiome. Babies born through cesarean operations may experience delayed microbiome development.
Babies born through cesarean operations may also have more breathing difficulties during the first few hours of life. When a cesarean operation is performed under general anesthesia, it may delay bonding and breastfeeding, which can affect the baby's emotional and physical development.
Therefore, one should opt for a cesarean operation only when it is absolutely necessary and when it becomes life-saving for both the mother and the baby.
Part - 2: The Importance of Natural Childbirth
Some people opt for cesarean operations so that they can have control over the timing and scheduling of their baby's birth. In other words, they want their baby to be born on an auspicious day and at an auspicious time.
A cesarean operation is neither a status symbol nor a sign of modernity.
As mentioned earlier, one should opt for a cesarean operation only when it is absolutely necessary to protect the life of the mother or the baby.
Please note that continuous electronic fetal monitoring may increase the likelihood of a cesarean operation in certain circumstances.
We should all encourage girls from their teenage years to participate in physical activities such as playing, cycling, and swimming so that their bodies remain physically fit.
Squats help strengthen the muscles of our body, including the hips and thighs. In addition, two simple abdominal exercises can be performed at home every day. These exercises help keep a person fit and may support the physical preparation required for pregnancy and childbirth.
Part - 3: Pregnancy, Nutrition, Brain Development, and Parenting
Learning Begins Before Birth
Do you know that in developed countries like America, doctors recommend that pregnant mothers, or someone close to them, such as their husbands, sit beside them and read books aloud?
A child's learning begins during the fetal stage. The fetus responds to sounds outside the womb and gets exposed to language. Such exposure may support early auditory and language development.
Listening to melodious music that creates a pleasant mood is also beneficial. Needless to say, the mother should avoid junk food and follow a healthy, balanced diet.
Nutrition for Babies
Breast milk is the best food for a baby during the first six months of life.
Once a baby is six months old, complementary foods such as cereals and whole grains like ragi and jowar can be introduced.
Fruits and vegetables are rich sources of vitamins, minerals, and dietary fibre.
Protein is important for the growth of muscles and tissues. For vegetarians, suitable protein sources include paneer, dal, groundnuts, kabuli chana, and mushrooms.
For non-vegetarians, chicken, mutton, and fish are sources of protein.
Growing babies also need calcium. Sesame laddus, cheese, and yoghurt can be included in their diet when appropriate for their age.
It is always preferable to give home-made food to babies rather than relying on ready-made foods that come in tins and boxes.
Brain Development and Neural Connections
Do you know that a newborn baby's brain contains approximately 100 billion neurons? In other words, that is about 10,000 crore neurons.
The number of neurons does not increase to one crore crore by the age of two. Instead, the brain undergoes significant development, with an enormous increase in the number and complexity of connections between neurons.
Then you may ask me: Why do some children become intelligent, whereas others struggle to learn?
To put it simply, every child's brain develops differently. Genetics, nutrition, the environment, learning opportunities, and experiences all contribute to brain development.
The more frequently certain neural connections are used, the stronger and more efficient they can become. This process continues throughout an individual's life.
This process is called synaptic plasticity. Neural connections that are not used frequently may become weaker or be eliminated as the brain develops.
We will tell you some of the best ways to strengthen neural connections and encourage synaptic plasticity throughout life, especially during childhood.
Children and Smartphone Addiction
It is not uncommon to see parents exclaiming that their toddlers are tech-savvy and can operate TV remotes and smartphones better than they can.
Many parents say that their children refuse to eat unless they are given a smartphone.
Many parents feel that giving a smartphone is the only way to keep their toddlers busy.
But why do children get attracted to television screens and mobile phones?
Have you ever thought about this?
"Naya zamane ke bache, naya technology." This is what many people think. However, this explanation is not scientifically accurate.
Times may change, but the fundamental characteristics of human beings do not change overnight.
Human beings have undergone millions of years of evolution. Even today, humans continue to experience evolutionary changes, including microevolution.
Microevolution is a gradual process. Some evolutionary changes may take hundreds or thousands of years to become noticeable.
Change does not happen suddenly or overnight.
Children, especially toddlers, are naturally attracted to things that are:
- Moving
- Colourful
- Producing sound
These are some of the ways in which the human brain responds to and learns from its surroundings.
How Our Environment Influences Children
Please remember that human beings spent most of their evolutionary history living in natural environments.
Humans were nomadic during the Stone Age. With the advent of agriculture thousands of years ago, human beings gradually began leading settled lives.
Life remained predominantly rural until relatively recently. Even urban life was very different just a few generations ago.
Increasing urbanisation and the resulting urban congestion and population growth have paved the way for what can be called apartment culture.
An individual now spends a major part of the day confined within the four walls of an apartment and may have limited exposure to natural elements such as the sky, sun, moon, clouds, trees, animals, and birds.
The human brain is naturally attracted to things that are colourful, moving, and produce sounds. These characteristics helped our ancestors respond to their natural surroundings.
Wild animals, natural phenomena such as rainfall, gusty winds, dawn, and dusk all provide sensory experiences.
Now apply this to modern apartment life. What is it inside the house that moves, produces sound, and looks colourful? What else could it be except the television screen?
A child who is seldom taken outside the house or apartment and who rarely gets an opportunity to experience natural phenomena such as the sky, rainfall, sunrise, sunset, and the chirping of birds will naturally be attracted to television screens.
Agar gaai khet mein graze kar rahi hai, toh uska calf khet ke bahar reh sakta hai kya?
The Role of Parents
The parental generation of today has an important responsibility in shaping children's habits.
There is no doubt that mobile phones have become an inseparable part of modern life. But how should we use them responsibly?
A man may get up from bed and not find time to greet his wife or children. He may think he is too busy to help his wife get the children ready for school.
However, he may find plenty of time to forward "Shubh Somvar" and "Shubh Mangalvar" messages to more than twenty WhatsApp groups in which he is a member or administrator.
Women are not far behind in this regard.
Gone are the days when mothers had enough time to take their babies outside while feeding them, showing them the moon, twinkling stars, crows, and dogs.
Gone are the days when parents, especially mothers, had sufficient time to make their babies sleep in their laps or beside them while singing lullabies or telling bedtime stories.
Nowadays, mothers may be busy watching television serials or using smartphones. Some may feel that their children disturb them while they are occupied.
They may simply say, "Aye, chup re!" and hand a smartphone to their children to keep them quiet.
Virtual Reality Versus the Real World
Fantasy is thousands, or even millions, of times more spectacular than reality.
In real life, a muscular man may be able to beat two or perhaps four people in a fight. However, in films, when a hero throws just one punch, a hundred men, many of them bodybuilders, suddenly fly through the air.
They may land ten metres away or even a hundred metres away.
When children are familiar with the real world, introducing a fantasy world for a short time as entertainment may be acceptable.
But think about this: What happens if a child has never seen a real cat or a real rat?
In the child's virtual world, a rat may scold a cat. The sun may talk, the moon may cry, and trees may run.
What would happen if children were introduced to this strange virtual world before they had a chance to understand the real world?
The real world may no longer seem exciting to them. It may appear very boring.
They may want to spend more and more time, or even all their time, in the virtual world. As a result, they may miss out on important real-life experiences and learning opportunities.
Real-Life Heroes or Virtual-Life Heroes?
Do you want to see your child becoming an IAS officer, doctor, or engineer only in the virtual world?
You can simply consult a technology company that creates virtual scenes in which your child is shown hosting the national flag, even on Mars.
But will that be sufficient?
You want your child to be a real-life hero or a virtual-life hero and a real-life zero?
A boy.
He is about four years old; I don't know the family personally-I've only seen them in the media.
I guess the boy suffers from moderate autism. No one seems to have noticed this until now. Early detection has some benefits.
I am trying to convey this information to the family. I know it won't be easy; I risk being accused of seeking publicity.
Here is another incident. It happened about ten months ago. A minister had passed away. The news was being posted as "breaking news" in a journalists' WhatsApp group. I suggested, "Sir! This might be the reason." That was it-two or three people in the group lashed out at me. They told me not to stir up unnecessary controversy. I immediately fell silent.
That's the group... News about the deaths of around ten VIPs in these ten months. I'm not going to pursue it further.
"What is this? These are deaths of famous people... Another post yesterday saying..."
"You can wake up those who are asleep, but..."
One thing is true: the willingness to help those in need is lacking. "Let them be lost"-ouch. There are far more people who merely offer superficial sympathy.
I wanted to tell them, "Don't weep for the dead... weep for the living."
It is said that Duryodhana saw everyone in the world as bad. Similarly, when we tell such people something, they assume it is for publicity. It's their own mindset, poor souls-they project their own nature onto everyone else.
Please don't ask for details about the four-year-old boy. And please don't make comments based on guesswork. I want to ensure no one is inconvenienced. I am trying to get my analysis to that family within the next week or ten days through one or two acquaintances.
First of all... regarding television...
On the flip side...
1. Stress builds up, triggering the release of hormones like cortisol and adrenaline.
2. Resulting anxiety, depression, and physical fatigue.
3. Emotions: Disappointment, helplessness, pain, and sorrow.
4. Insomnia, loss of appetite, and lack of concentration.
5. Rapid heartbeat and breathing difficulties.
Consider this...
The potential consequences of repeatedly watching scenes of funeral processions and last rites on TV for hours on end:
When someone you admire passes away:
in person to attend the last rites.
Or, keep a photograph at home and pay your respects for fifteen minutes.
Furthermore, perform a good deed—no matter how small—in memory of the deceased.
In contrast, if you simply sit at home for hours with the TV on, listening to funeral dirges and mourning music...
I'm sorry; I can't even describe the impact.
Several decades ago, M. N. Srinivas, a renowned social anthropologist, developed the sociological concept of "Dominant Caste."
Different castes have been dominant in different parts of our country based on the following factors:
1. Numerical strength.
2. Rights over cultivated land.
3. Economic dominance.
4. Political dominance.
5. Position in the caste hierarchy.
It is said that these factors have contributed to the emergence of dominant castes.
Developments over the last 30 years:
1. Migration to foreign countries.
2. The agricultural crisis and the sale of agricultural land.
3. The emergence of new occupations in rural areas, such as granite mining.
4. Simplification and authenticity.
Due to these factors, some dominant castes have reached a stage where they are gradually losing their dominance.
New dominant castes are likely to emerge over the next ten years.
From an academic perspective, I have enough material to speak about this subject of social analysis for five hours.
However, today's social conditions are not conducive to such an in-depth discussion.
The situation is likely to descend into chaos.
That is why I am limiting this subject to this intellectual post.
Lancet study.
If a study is published in *The Lancet*, it is considered irrefutable scientific proof worldwide!
A *Lancet* publication confirms that protection against Covid infection (T-cell protection) is stronger than protection provided by vaccines.
A gift awaits anyone who can state on my timeline exactly how many times I have posted over the past three years.
I will come to your home and share a meal with you.
“Oh my! The trouble of counting! And the cost of the meal on top of that! You’ve got quite the appetite—cucumbers, walnuts, almonds, protein!” ...Is that what you’re thinking?
(That is precisely why it was said that since almost everyone in India was infected during the two waves and developed T-cell protection, vaccines were no longer needed!)
You don't know who is in this photo. But can you tell which region it is? Andhra Pradesh? Telangana? Tamil Nadu?
Or which one it isn't? It is a place called Medan in Indonesia. I looked up its location on Google Maps. A relative of ours in Malaysia-Pushpa, who is in Medan, Indonesia-told us that an entire colony there consists of our relatives. We found a connection dating back three generations, and another link involving Singapore.
A 'Cheetah'-style lesson on the Telugu language!
Here is what the news on Telugu TV channels and in newspapers might look like in another ten years:
Experts are saying that air pollution in Hyderabad city is rising sharply and reaching dangerous levels. Against this backdrop, people are mostly staying indoors and asking their personal robots to go out and run errands. Older people are saying that the situation was very different twenty years ago.
Next news...
A leader from the Chicago Telugu Association arrived yesterday and urged Telugu people to read Telugu books and cherish their language. Everyone must read and write Telugu. Long ago, Krishnadevaraya declared that Telugu was the best among regional languages.
{With apologies to the Telugu language: The average Telugu person has zero pride in their language; instead, caste fanaticism and selfishness abound. If they learned even ten percent of the linguistic pride that Tamils possess, the situation would improve somewhat. The 'Chiruta' (leopard) has turned into a 'Cheetah' (foreign import). Has a spell of black magic been cast on the Telugu language?}
Can't imagine a world without cell phones today.
corona After pandemic, school children also got mobiles. Why, we are seeing situations where children who are not even one year old are fed with toys in mobile. Then slowly children are also getting addicted to cell phones. Behavioral, educational and psychological problems caused by cell phones in children are seen a lot these days. Slate school correspondent Vasireddy Amarnath is telling the reasons and solutions for cell phone addiction in children.
There are two types of childbirth:
1. Natural childbirth and 2. Caesarean delivery.
❌ Governments in the Telugu states are initiating action against private hospitals, as they are performing Caesarean sections—driven by greed for profit—even when natural delivery is possible.
Caesarean operation – associated issues:
1. In natural childbirth, the baby emerges through the mother's birth canal (vagina). During this process, the baby is exposed to certain types of bacteria present there. The baby's immune system destroys these bacteria, thereby strengthening its immunity right at the time of birth. This does not happen in a Caesarean delivery. Consequently, a baby born via natural delivery tends to have better health, whereas a baby born via Caesarean section may have a weaker immune system.
2. Every human body possesses a "microbiome" (a community of microorganisms). Our bodies contain more bacterial cells than human cells, and these are essential for our survival. In babies born via natural delivery, this microbiome forms quickly and is robust. In contrast, the formation of the microbiome is delayed in babies born via Caesarean section, and it is likely to be weaker.
It has been scientifically proven that the risk of asthma, allergies, and Type 1 diabetes is higher in children born via Caesarean section compared to those born via natural delivery.
Babies born via Caesarean section may experience breathing difficulties for a few hours after birth. The stress experienced by the baby while passing through the birth canal during natural labor is a physiological necessity.
In Caesarean deliveries, the mother is administered anesthesia. Because of this, the baby will not be able to breastfeed for a few hours after delivery. This leads to certain issues, as the breast milk produced in the first hour is essential for the baby.
✔️Allopathy is a remarkable science. In certain medical complications, a Caesarean section saves the lives of both mother and child. The problem here lies in the greed for money among private hospitals. Even when unnecessary, they subtly scare the mother and her relatives into performing the surgery. They instill fear by claiming that labor pain is unbearable or that complications might arise. Some people even opt for a Caesarean section because it allows the baby to be born on a chosen day and at an auspicious time. According to data released by the Andhra Pradesh government, there are hospitals where *every single delivery* performed throughout the year was a Caesarean section—not a single natural delivery took place. It is the height of deception!
❌Do not simply assume that a Caesarean section is inevitable when you visit a hospital. If complications arise during delivery, the health of both mother and child could be at risk.
Honest doctors still exist; seek them out.
Humans are not meant for drugs; medicines are meant for humans.

Seven youths of Aurangabad died in a road accident. The reason is the burst of car tire.
Cases of vehicle tires bursting on the newly constructed expressway are coming to the fore these days
So many people are losing their lives daily in this.
One day the question of why there are so many accidents on the state-of-the-art roads of the country puzzled in my mind.
And there's only one cause of the accident, and that's because of the tire burst...!
What kind of spikes did the highway builders put on the road to make everyone's tires burst?
The mind has become chaotic, so today I have to find out this matter, I thought.
I called a friend for that experiment. And we just got into a Scorpio SUV..! (Notice the real problem is flat tire)
First we checked the pressure of the cold tire and wound up to 25 psi by international standards..!
(The same air pressure will be kept in the cars of all developed countries)
In our country when people don't know or put more air in tires than needed to save fuel
It is usually 35 to 45 PSI..!
Now let's go ahead..!
After this we drove the car on a four-lane route. With 120 - 140 km speed, we reached Udaipur by driving a car for two hours...!
When I stopped and checked the tire pressure again, it was shocking.
Now tire pressure is 52 psi...!
Now the question is arising how the tire pressure increased so much...!
So when the thermometer was placed on the tire for this, the tire temperature was showing 92.5 degrees Celsius...!
Due to the speed of tires on the road, due to the heat generated by rubbing of brakes, the mystery of the air inside the tires is now revealed...!
It means that the air pressure inside the tire has increased a lot...!
However, since the air pressure in our tires was already within international standards, we somehow managed to get out of the car without them exploding.
But tires with high air pressure (35–45 PSI)
run the risk of bursting!
So, adjust your tire pressure before hitting the four-lane highway and enjoy a safe journey!
I also request the Expressway Authority to educate drivers...
...so that a highway trip doesn't become one's final journey.
I request all your Facebook and WhatsApp friends to share this post as widely as possible.
Doing so—and saving even a single life—will make your human life truly meaningful.
It is crucial that this important message reaches everyone—especially those who travel long distances by car.
I just shared a news story on my timeline about Vitamin D deficiency.
Four years ago, when I posted about "Sunlight and Vitamin D," I faced counter-arguments claiming that going out in the sun causes skin cancer.
I hadn't mentioned this before, but for the past two days, newspapers have been rife with reports about the rampant use of Caesarean sections. Ideally, surgery is avoided unless there is absolutely no other option—that is, no chance for a normal delivery. Yet, driven by the lure of money, they are "cutting and stabbing" patients; government medical officials themselves are saying this. I even saw WhatsApp messages—misleading the public—that framed the surgery as a "woman's right."
An *Outlook* magazine article described the Indian pharmaceutical industry as exporting "weapons of mass destruction"—referring, of course, to the pills sold here... essentially "passports to the journey to the afterlife" (Vaikunta Yatra).
Meanwhile, they hold virtual conferences and—much like a thief shouting "Thief! Thief!"—market products in containers as weight-loss or diabetes medications. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of people who have ruined their kidneys by consuming them.
Just one or two cases? Come out and face the truth, you swindlers!
Is the home a prison?
What is a prison?
A person behind bars...
...that is the image we have formed from watching movies.
But what is the reality?
Excluding sub-jails, in district jails and—even more so—in central jails...
Each barracks houses ten to fifteen prisoners. They are required to return to their respective barracks only after dinner in the evening.
This means that throughout the day, subject to certain restrictions, they can move around the spacious prison premises.
Prisons feature amenities like televisions, libraries, courts for tennis, handball, football, and cricket, and even a gym (Are you wondering if there is a gym too? Well, while not everywhere, some jails do have them), as well as workshops, kitchens, laundry areas, and much more.
Every prisoner spends the day interacting with many others. From Monday to Saturday, they must work in one of the dozen or so industries located within the prison complex—such as furniture making or bookbinding—based on their aptitude, interest, or skills. Alternatively, they might engage in cooking, laundry, or—in open-air jails—agricultural work; they remain busy with some activity or another. Sundays are for leisure and sports.
After dinner, the barracks are locked. Inside, sharing the space with ten others, a prisoner can watch television; they stay informed about everything happening in the outside world. When a man accused of raping a four-year-old girl at a school entered the prison on remand, the other inmates taunted him, saying, "Look, *he* has arrived," and made his life hell for two or three days. He wept, wondering, "Did they come here after performing noble deeds? Why do they harbor such spite against me?"
The point is...
There is no solitude in prisons; one lives among many others—it is a communal existence.
Committing a crime leads to imprisonment.
But what happens if one commits a crime *after* entering prison?
What if one smuggles in narcotics or commits atrocities against fellow inmates?
In such cases, subject to certain regulations, the prisoner is placed in solitary confinement. Although such practices are rare now, during the British era, prisoners were locked away alone in dark cells.
Solitary confinement is considered a very severe punishment.
Spending a long time alone in a cramped cell can lead to: 1. Insomnia; 2. Mental issues like hallucinations or delusions; 3. Depression; 4. Suicidal thoughts; 5. Anxiety and agitation; 6. Loss of mental stability, leading to paranoia, urges to attack others, or self-harm; 7. Diabetes; 8. High blood pressure; and 9. Memory loss. Muscle weakness... and a myriad of other mental and physical health issues arise from this.
If one is hanged, life ends in a minute. But what if one has to endure solitary confinement in prison? That is a replica of hell.
Why is loneliness such a severe punishment?
Humans are social beings.
In the course of evolution, humans emerged four million years ago. From then until about five thousand years ago, they survived by hunting and gathering food. During that phase, they lived in groups—each group consisting of twenty to forty people. A group was essentially a massive joint family. Agriculture arrived five thousand years ago, bringing with it the joint family system.
Everyone knows what villages were like until quite recently. Nowadays, even in villages, people close their doors at dusk and spend their time in front of televisions or on mobile phones. But until recently, there were front porches (*arugulu*), communal gathering spots (*rachabanda*), temple courtyards, sleeping outdoors... and so much more.
Where was there any room for loneliness?
But... today...
City living...
Migration from villages to towns in search of a comfortable life. The urban population now exceeds the rural population!
An apartment is essentially a solitary prison cell reminiscent of the British era!
For the wealthy in cities, there are gated communities, villas, and high-end apartments. In some high-end apartment complexes in Hyderabad, amenities like a temple, supermarket, and hospital are available right on the premises. However, these are exceptions; such facilities are usually limited to luxury apartments.
As for middle-class apartments...
Whether in Lalaguda, Amberpet, Mallepally, or Malakpet—or indeed in almost any city across the country—every middle-class apartment has effectively become a prison; specifically, a prison of solitary confinement.
Why this self-imposed punishment?
The answer often given is that real estate prices have skyrocketed—soaring far beyond reach—leaving people with no other choice.
But...
Where there is a will, is there not a way?
A single-bedroom apartment is one thing, but must one spend the entire day with windows shut and curtains drawn, without stepping outside for even half an hour, glued to the TV or mobile phone?
The mental and physical health issues associated with confinement aren't limited to prisoners; aren't city dwellers facing them today? Think about it.
What should be done?
1. Keep the windows open as much as possible during the day. At least keep the curtains open. It makes the home or room feel more spacious; otherwise, a sense of mental confinement is inevitable.
2. Even in small apartment complexes, there are usually common areas like the ground floor, the terrace, or a shared hall. Do not spend all your time cooped up at home like a prisoner. Depending on your age, health, and interests, engage in indoor or outdoor activities within the apartment complex—such as playing games (on the terrace, in the cellar, or on the ground floor), socializing, chatting, and occasionally organizing community get-togethers, lunches, or dinners.
3. Visit nearby parks or public spaces every weekend. In cities, you can go window-shopping at malls—walking around without necessarily buying anything—or visit multiplexes.
4. The city you live in...
There are countless picnic spots within a radius of one or two hundred kilometers. For Hyderabad residents, there are places like Devarakonda Fort, Rachakonda forests, Vikarabad, Undrugutta, and Vizag Colony; for those in Tirupati, there are Penchalakona, Kailasakona, and Talakona; for people from Vijayawada and Guntur, there are Kondapalli, Kolleru, Amaravati, and the banks of the Krishna River; and for Vizag residents, there are the Borra Caves and Araku—the list goes on and on.
Did you know? You only get about six thousand days to spend playing and having fun with your children.
Wondering how that figure is calculated?
Once they enroll in a degree program, children often end up living in hostels. Then come higher studies, jobs, and marriage—eventually, your children will visit you only as occasional guests.
The window of opportunity to spend time playing and laughing with them lasts only until they turn seventeen.
Do you really have to wait for the *Karthika* month for an outdoor picnic? Think of the various groups you belong to—office colleagues, childhood friends, apartment neighbors, extended family...
Step out. Socialize with others.
Don't think, "Mixing with people leads to unnecessary conflicts; it's better to stay home for peace of mind." There is such a thing as social intelligence. If you don't interact with others, how will your children develop social intelligence? Upon reaching adolescence, they often lose the ability to distinguish between what is real and what is fake, or between what is dangerous and what is harmless. If they become accustomed to isolation at home, it can lead to dangerous consequences: forming risky online connections with strangers, drug abuse, running away from home, suicide, and various other reckless acts.
Just yesterday, there was an incident at a school—not ours—where a tenth-grade girl became pregnant. If she undergoes an abortion now, there is a risk that any children she has after marriage could be born with mental disabilities or genetic defects. Furthermore, the tenth-grade board exams are only two months away; her education will be ruined, and her life could be destroyed.
Adults sit in front of the TV, mindlessly glued to their phones. There is no conversation or playtime with the children. Consequently, the children fail to develop essential social and emotional skills.
If life continues this way...
Adults face the risk of dementia.
Children suffer from psychological trauma.
This is not a punishment imposed by someone else; it is a self-inflicted penalty.
Reflect on this. Do not go against nature.
Humans are social beings.
TVs, smart TVs, home cinema systems, and mindless phone usage...
Doors bolted, windows shut, and curtains drawn...
That is not a home. It is a prison—or worse, a solitary confinement cell.
Protect yourself and your family.
That is the greatest service you can render to society. Share this message with everyone.

Breaking news: A research team from Monash University in Australia has discovered new cells in the immune system.
These cells have been named 'Resident Memory Natural Killer' (NKRM) cells. They have been identified as a subset of Natural Killer (NK) immune cells. It has been determined that these newly discovered cells protect the body by preventing the immune system from overreacting and attacking the body's own tissues—thereby preventing autoimmune issues.
✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️
I have been saying this for three years... In a nutshell...
A vaccine is not a drug that kills the virus; rather, it is an artificial substitute for the virus—essentially mimicking it. When administered, our immune system perceives it as a real virus and produces antibodies to destroy it. These antibodies remain in the body for about nine months, providing protection. Additionally, it offers protection via T-cells; T-cells provide immunity that lasts a lifetime, or at least 15 years.
Antibody and T-cell protection are also generated if one is naturally infected by the virus.
Vaccines are essential for life-threatening diseases.
Like the flu, COVID is a rapidly spreading disease. It is airborne and mutates quickly. Developing vaccines for such viruses is extremely difficult due to numerous challenges. And what happens if a vaccine is introduced within a year without proper trials?
During the first wave, people were infected with the Alpha variant. The resulting immune response generated antibodies and T-cell protection. That is sufficient for survival.
Regarding the question of whether the vaccine was given to those who hadn't been infected—well, the virus has since affected everyone. It behaves more like a virus now. I mean the actual... another fake accompanying it...
This virus has changed its form—from Alpha to Delta. After the antibodies generated by the Alpha infection wore off, a Delta infection occurred. Antibodies from the Alpha vaccine do not prevent the entry of the Delta variant because the virus has mutated!
Just put yourself in the position of a "natural killer" cell for a moment and think.
Total confusion... Which one is the pathogen? Which is the infected cell? Which is the original virus? Which is the new virus? It’s all just a muddle... utter confusion...
It drives the system mad. Unable to distinguish between a good cell and a healthy cell, it attacks the body indiscriminately.
If it attacks the blood, clots form—if those clots lodge in the heart vessels, it causes a heart attack; if they get trapped in the brain's blood vessels, it causes a stroke. There are a hundred thousand tissues in the body like this—there is no telling what it might attack.
The lucky ones survive. Wherever an unfortunate person's natural killer cells attack, a problem arises.
✔️We need to observe what happens. We must examine those with complications. We must uncover the truth. This is science; this is what ought to happen.
But what is happening around the world?
❌❌Oh my god... You all don't understand the science. What are the risks of vaccination? Are you mad? Are you crazy? By suppressing that and spouting magic words in the name of science... another booster... another booster on top of that... even those who escaped the first two jabs will get trapped here.
Science—today, it is like a parrot trapped in the cage of "Grandfather Gates"; it sees no truth, listens to nothing, and speaks nothing.
✔️Come, let us set the parrot free...
Masks - protection against Corona - spitting...
✔️Initially: The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in February 2020 stated, "No masks required."
❌Second instance: CDC Director Robert Redfield stated in April 2020, "Masks are the most important weapon in our fight against Corona."
✔️Third instance: Breaking news – Research by 12 researchers from world-renowned universities (covering 78 controlled trials; peer-reviewed and published by the Cochrane Library—whose publications are considered the gold standard in science). Their conclusion: "Masks have nothing to do with the spread of Covid. Whether you wear a mask or not, you can get infected with Covid." They also noted: "There is no connection between Covid infection and the type of mask used—whether medical, surgical, or N95."
It just won't go away...
"If you wear masks, Covid won't disappear"—these words might sound good, but in reality, it's impossible. It's like swimming in the Godavari River while holding a dog's tail, or trying to kill mosquitoes by hand while sitting on an Andaman beach at night, or reciting the "Onti Sambam Meda" poem... It seems like someone has spent many sleepless nights trying to educate people, doesn't it?
To those who claim he doesn't understand science; to those who roam around wearing masks day and night; to those who say "Corona cases are rising because people aren't wearing masks"; to those who attacked others for not wearing masks; to the governments that imposed fines over masks; and to the innocent public—what is this? Where are you all now?
✔️The Moral: You can say anything in the name of science. You can manipulate millions of people. If anyone questions it, you can attack them by claiming they don't understand science. "May all people be afflicted by disease" — Pharmasura.
✔️✔️ Conclusion: Science—that parrot is currently held captive in Pharmasura's cage; it repeats only the words he commands it to say. Come, let us set it free.

Bio Metric is a loss if care is not taken.
Two days ago, the Panchayati secretary garu called me and asked me a doubt. If delinking Aadhar number with bank account number, will the salary paid by CFMS be removed or will there be any problem. There may be no trouble. But the bank don't do that I asked. No sir they just said get it done. What was the need to be done like that, I was speechless after listening to his answer.
Ten thousand rupees have been withdrawn from my bank account since the last three days. When I looked and asked in the bank, they told that they withdrew with Aadhar number. What is that I didn't do it, how can they do it without my knowledge. If it is amount, it will show that money has been drawn by using aadhar number. When asked how it would have happened, they said that someone might have made your thumb impression and drawn money through it. But they said that they will delink bank account with your Aadhar number.
How could that have happened?
Panchayati Secretary garu will have to put biometric in many places as part of duty management. Those who work with him may have copied the thumb impression.
Biometric may have been placed anywhere in the order of taking the new Sim card.
And how can we escape from this deception?
We can copy by sticking like cello tape on the device where we put biometric. So you have to be careful while applying biometric
The second thing is that after applying the biometric, immediately wipe with kerchief on the device. It's okay if the avatar treats us like mad people.

Ideally, children should be full of energy, much like playful fawns.
But is that the case with today's children? Far from it. School-going children-especially those in corporate schools-are increasingly resembling caged poultry; they lack fitness and are gaining excessive weight, leading to numerous health issues. In fact, maintaining fitness has become a major challenge for this generation of school children. Vasireddy Amarnath, Correspondent of Slate School, offers advice on how to address fitness needs amidst changing dietary habits and a lack of physical play among today's students. Please share this.
Under the leadership of Kruthika Vasireddy
the semi-finals of a debate/discussion competition are underway among students from five SLATE branches in Hyderabad.
The format mirrors that of international law schools like Berkeley Law, featuring debates on topics ranging from magazines and print newspapers to digital media.
Feeling that the level of discussion needed to be elevated, I conducted a session following the semi-finals!
We covered the evolution from print media, Kodak film cameras, and audio cassettes to the digital age. Topics included news creation, misinformation, critical thinking, social and emotional intelligence, cyber honey-trapping, and discount offers—all discussed over a half-hour session filled with real-life examples.
Finally, we addressed the challenges of the misinformation era—distinguishing truth from falsehood, navigating information sources, and utilizing tools like ChatGPT.
SLATE Ameerpet defeated SLATE Bowrampet to emerge as the winner of the finals. Congratulations!
“My friend’s wife has entered into a sexual relationship with another person.
Could you tell me what he should do now?” – A question received via Messenger.
Such incidents—and the crimes that often follow—have increased in recent times. That is why I am sharing this as a public post.
WHYYYYYYYYYY ?!? ️
Visiting a new place brings happiness to the heart. Tasting a new dish satisfies the palate’s craving for variety. People desire novelty; this is a biological reality.
The touch of a new person often triggers a stronger sexual urge.
❌❌ But what happens if we leave this entirely to individual whim?
Back in the early days of the Paleolithic era—when humans had just evolved from animals—sexual promiscuity was reportedly common. This meant engaging in sexual intercourse without regard for kinship or social boundaries.
Humans are social beings.
Survival is impossible without society. If society is a building, the family is a brick. Recognizing that marriage and family systems are essential to meet sexual, reproductive, economic, and cultural needs, human societies established these systems and created rules to govern them.
Male dominance began during the era of hunting and gathering. With the exception of a few matrilineal societies, this dominance has persisted. It is a fact that social norms have largely favored men, and gender discrimination is a reality.
Monogamy became an ideal not just in our society, but in many others. Many societies prohibited pre-marital and extra-marital sexual relationships and devised various methods to enforce these norms. ❌Modern period:
Societal pressure on the individual has been reduced. Society will look down on the person who has done a mistake. By doing things like disclosing, everyone should follow social obligations. But due to factors like urbanization and increase in individual values, social commitments have weakened in modern times.
❌❌❌❌Digital Age:
The person got a smart phone in his hand. Porn movies at that. Not only visuals but also words to justify non-marital, marital - pre-sexual relationships .. The scenes .
It is a fact that men are the ones who see more of these things. It is also a fact that women are victims of sexual violence.
But ...⁉️
At least a trend has started in low numbers. This is likely to become more widespread in the coming days.
It is a fact that today women in teen age and twenties are getting more attracted towards porn.
We are in the commercial world. He knows how to turn everything in demand into a business thing.
Once upon a time in the parks .. Guburu in the bushes .. The security persons there used to say that each place is this much per hour and give it to lovers. Privacy belongs to them.
❌ Time has changed. What happens in the parks is cheap. If you want to change this into a business of lakhs? Some multinational got the idea. Oh my god .. Hotels .. Room bookings by the hour. What about the police raids? . Meanwhile, the verdict is that in the name of gender equality, extra marital relationship is not against the law. And that's how they get set.
❌❌Social pressure has been reduced. Smart phone in hand. The law has also been in favor.
Is it like that?
A new trend:
The arrogance that some or few people have .. Turns into a movie / video. Meaning art imitates real life. Alanti got inspired by them.. And some will imitate it. Real life imitates art. That is the kind of 'craze' that will likely become a trend in a few years. A lack of social values and commitments, combined with the absence of proper public discourse in the media, accelerates this process.
❌ It hasn't quite reached the 'trending' stage yet, but in urban India—especially within higher education institutions—practices like group sex, swapping partners (boyfriends/girlfriends), and lesbianism (occurring not just among those naturally inclined, but also among modern women influenced by platforms like Netflix) are emerging. In some European countries, husbands even permit or encourage their wives to have sexual relations with other men. Male chauvinism—or perhaps other factors—is currently preventing such trends from fully taking root in our country.
However, instances of women engaging in sexual relations with other men—sometimes leading all the way to murder—are occurring today. The incident mentioned earlier is part of this pattern.
What to do?
The law currently favors women. (I reiterate: atrocities against women and male supremacy remain severe issues in our society—that is true. However, this post addresses a different angle of the problem.)
A woman might remain patient if she knows her husband isn't having sexual relations with another woman; a man, however, often cannot tolerate it. This is the impact of generational masculinity.
But what can he actually do?
If one attempts to intervene regarding a wife and her lover within the bounds of the law... it leads to crime, evidence of crime, and jail time. Seeking revenge in a moment of humiliation results in years of imprisonment.
Is there a legal path to take?
There is a proverb: "Won't a woman who has learned adultery also learn to lie?" A woman who has cast aside social norms knows exactly what she is doing. Police, Media, Law.. It will all turn in her favor. What if you say that husband is beating and that he is not able to give her sexual pleasure? The dignity of dignity is going away. Jail .. Bailu .. Climbing the police station gate .. Getting down .. At the end, the only thing that

"Prescribing a remedy by merely citing the name of a tree..."
We are well aware of how quality control for allopathic medicines is handled in our country.
"At least fifty percent of the drugs available here do not qualify for export abroad," said a senior pharma manager. An employee in Quality Control messaged: "We just mark it with a tick (✔️) and send it off, sir. We knew we were making a mistake... but it wouldn't be detected."
There is a focus on Ayurveda among the public, with hundreds of Ayurvedic products being sold via online and direct-to-home marketing.
There is a regulatory body under the Ministry of AYUSH to oversee the quality of Ayurvedic products.
However, the question remains: is it effectively controlling the quality of these hundreds—or thousands—of products?
Failure to do so amounts to gambling with people's lives.
I recently visited the 'Greengo' online site and found Ayurvedic medicines with all sorts of bizarre names.
What kind of labeling is this? It brings to mind the proverb about "taking medicine by merely citing the name of a tree"—a practice that renders the saying all too real.
Manish Narang—is it real? Or is it a fake?
I tried to find out. I visited the website; it belongs to a company called Greengo Online. I provided my phone number, expressing interest in the diabetes medication they advertised. A short while later, I received a call.
He started talking about the medication. First, I asked him to tell me who Manish Narang was. He said, "Sir, he is our panel doctor." I asked for details—like which medical college he was from—but he didn't have that information and simply started talking about the diabetes drug again.
I told him I didn't want the drug and hung up, thinking to myself that it was time for the gym and I didn't need any more medication.

A person who conducts research on a subject and uncovers the facts is a "Scientist."
A person who treats diseases is a "Medical Doctor."
A "Teacher" is someone who studies and comprehends a complex subject and explains it so that everyone else understands it.
You decide what to call someone who—when a teacher studies complex topics and explains them in a way that is easy for everyone to grasp—scoffs, "Oh, listen to this teacher acting all high and mighty," or asks sarcastically, "What is he, a doctor?"
It is not just about what we say; how the other person perceives it is equally important.
According to information in peer-reviewed medical journals, 24 to 31 percent of those who took Metformin are likely to develop vitamin B12 deficiency. Similarly, other side effects occur in a certain percentage of users.
According to Dr. Aseem Malhotra, 8 to 10 people out of those who took a vaccine used in our country experienced side effects.
What am I trying to say?
In our country, ninety percent of the population contracted the coronavirus during the first two waves and developed T-cell immunity. That is why Omicron could not wreak havoc. If we combine Omicron and its subsequent variants, approximately 95 percent of the population has been exposed to the virus and developed T-cell immunity. At one stage—whether due to a lack of awareness or other reasons—people got vaccinated. That is enough. Repeatedly taking dose after dose is actually dangerous.
How do some people understand this?
"Oh my... we got vaccinated, yet this person is talking about danger. Is there really a risk?" Initially, there is doubt and fear. That feeling eventually turns into anger towards me. If someone tells them these are just rumors, that news brings them relief and happiness.
The same applies to diabetes. In my personal experience, Metformin suppresses appetite and causes extreme emaciation, making a person look like a skeleton. My experience shows that the condition can be overcome through diet control and exercise. What I would say is... Sir... there are side effects like this—{perhaps it was a mistake on my part not to quote the person's exact words in that post. We had shared it previously; the original was in English, and I thought we had already conveyed the message here in Telugu. I posted that in a bit of a rush—in a nutshell...} Why resort to medication? Here is how you can live a healthy life.
How was this perceived? Did people think, "Is this person wishing for the demise of everyone who takes these medicines? We use them, after all, and haven't faced any issues—so why is he telling us to stop?" {Even upon close scrutiny, I don't see anywhere in my post where I abruptly told people to stop immediately. In reality, I had been advising those who asked me via Messenger. As the number of inquiries grew, I released a video last Sunday along with a text message.} Those who didn't read the post—or failed to grasp the underlying spirit of the message—harbored suspicion and anger toward me. To put it briefly, what I proposed was a remedy—a way to recover through natural methods. This might not be feasible for those with severe health issues; I did mention that in the video. The problem is that if a post is too long, people don't read it; they don't view every post. They latch onto a single post, misunderstand even that, and get angry.
There is another group of people, too.
There was one comment saying, "I will perform *Yagnas* [rituals]..." If you look at who this person is—someone who has been asking me for the past seven years about how to prepare for the Group-2 exams, or asking what course their son should pursue after the 10th grade! What harm did he suffer if I performed a *Yajnam* once in a while? If you ask him via Messenger, there is no answer.
There was another person who sent a request via Messenger six years ago, offering to provide certain services to the children at my school—though "service" in this context didn't mean it was free. I realized he didn't quite have the capability for the task, so I politely declined. Since then, he has harbored a grudge against me and started posting negative comments. I even called him on Messenger once to ask, "Why do you hate me? Why not just focus on your own work?" Yet, he didn't stop.
It hurts to see negative comments. I blocked his ID, wondering why I should even engage with him. Even after I blocked him, he didn't cease his hateful comments about me. The other day, some friends took screenshots of his remarks. In truth, I’m so busy with my work that I rarely have the chance to visit other people's Facebook pages; it is usually friends who send me screenshots via Messenger, saying, "Look at this, Sir."
Hundreds of people on Facebook—and even more via Messenger—tell me, "Don't pay attention to all this; your posts are incredibly useful."
After all, when the ocean was churned for *Amrutam* (nectar), poison emerged as well.
One has to become *Garalakanthudu* (the one who swallows poison)—there is no other way.
Why do aliens bring to America?
In America, the discussion of aliens has started again. Their Air Force has taken down three of the plane/balloon that is flying above its skyline. These are the aliens' debates now. In the last hundred years, there are many discussions like this in that country. Apparently some alien came and had sex with an American woman.
Let us think for a while that there is truth in this. So do those aliens always have their eyes on America? Did you keep your eyes on China, India which has more population?
In my opinion, all these are time pass rumours. The earth is alive somewhere else. But the aliens are here.. Such news are just scientific fiction.
Another news that an earthquake was created in Turkey by sending powerful waves from space. There are points in this matter also that cannot be argued. Who sent those waves? Why are they targeting Turkey? If the waves are powerful enough to go inside the earth and create a vibration, then the buildings have to collapse before the impact of those waves, right? Buildings collapsed in Turkey. True .. But they were shaken by an earthquake.
If the generations are true, buildings should be demolished before the earthquake company, right?
I am not angry at those people who spoke badly about me in a post posted by a doctor.
Today is 13th February. Exactly 17 years ago, our little girl Vasireddy Rithika passed away on this day.
Don't know what sin we have committed in which birth. Experiencing the grief of pregnancy.
Know how horrible a stomach ache is. Know the value of life. That's why the help of the squirrel is through Facebook.
I am not a doctor. In other words, I was unable to get a seat in MBBS by writing medical entrance.
(Since 2005 every year 13th February is observed in our organization as the day of re-enactment to profession)
My final post on Metformin.
There is an authorized agency in America called the FDA (Food and Drug Administration). It examines the quality of drugs and either approves or rejects them.
It determined that the drug Metformin-ER contained levels of nitrosamine exceeding the permissible limit. It concluded that consuming NDMA in excess or over a long period could lead to cancer. It ordered five companies (whose names were not disclosed) to immediately recall their Metformin-ER products.
Here is my personal opinion on this matter:
I have learned from personal experience that Metformin has severe side effects.
That does not mean it affects everyone in the same way.
Metformin is a 4,000-crore industry. When combined with other related molecules, it becomes a 7,700-crore industry.
Here is what I have to say regarding global pharmaceutical interests:
Even though there are side effects, they will downplay them, insisting that "everything has a downside."
Now, a new drug is set to replace Metformin. They have started a campaign highlighting Metformin's side effects—originating in America and spreading worldwide. This campaign will gain momentum in the coming days. Just watch and see.
To those who trust and follow me: On February 12th (Sunday), I shared a video and a text message explaining how to overcome diabetes through natural methods. Please follow that advice.
In my view, diabetes is a blessing.
It is a challenge for you. With a healthy lifestyle, 90 out of 100 people can overcome it.
People who have already been using Metformin for years are concerned by my posts.
My apologies to all such people
I bear no ill will towards those who spoke negatively about me in a post shared by a doctor.
Today is February 13th. Exactly 17 years ago, on this very day, my youngest daughter, Vasireddy Rithika, passed away.
I do not know what sins we committed in a past life to endure the grief of losing a child.
I know how excruciating a stomach ache can be. I understand the value of life. That is why I offer this humble assistance—like the squirrel in the Ramayana—through Facebook.
I am not a doctor. In fact, I am someone who took the medical entrance exam but failed to secure a seat for MBBS.
(Since 2005, we have observed February 13th every year in our organization as a day to reaffirm our commitment to our profession.)
Two interviews about Metformin in four days. Two doctors have declared that it is not just a medication.
What's going on?
1. Is the website distorting its campaign?
2. Is this pre-release marketing for a drug intended to replace Metformin?
Or…
3. Are the facts finally coming to light?
What's going on?
We need to be aware.
It is essential to know.
I don't understand what all this is about, especially when I am following a low-carb diet.
Dr. Aseem Malhotra.
A British-Indian cardiologist.
There has been talk about banning the RNA vaccine in our country.
This news went viral a week ago.
He has now arrived in India. Over the course of a week, he plans to deliver evidence-based lectures explaining the adverse effects associated with this vaccine.
Professor Sanjay K. Roy from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi has also come forward with the same demand.
Dr. Amitav Banerjee, a professor at Patil Medical College in Pune, has also stepped forward to explain the risks associated with this vaccine.
Some view this as an attack on the government; I, however, consider it to be advice offered to the government.
Dr. Prem Swami - Endocrinologist -
He is the author of 32 medical books and has written approximately 100 articles.
In an interview given to a website, he stated:
"Treating diabetes using Metformin is merely an illusion. Only uneducated patients and doctors engage in this practice. If a doctor recommends Metformin, stay away from them. Using Metformin damages the liver and kidneys."
He used very harsh language in the interview. Some people might misunderstand me if I quote it all; you might think I am acting out of spite. In the interview, he explained how the kidneys are affected. Furthermore, he suggested that Metformin could be the cause of other diseases as well.
And now...
1. Either the person named Prem Swami is a fake...
2. Or the website distorted his words and attributed statements to him that he never made. If he did not actually say those things about the country's diabetes doctors, then everyone should file a case against the website.
3. Or else, his statements must be true!
Seek the truth.
Galla Arunakumari madam's question!
"Amarnath! Isn't tea and coffee habit from childhood?"
" No ma'am. Not used to ".
Sitting next to me is Rami Reddy (Head of Golconda Hotels). “What a good habit!!”
On the other side, Aruna Kumari garu and Ramachandra Naidu garu asked for Amarnath butter right? Still not sure? "
Yesterday's heartfelt moments.
Diabetes
It is of two types.
First type {Type-1}:
This affects children. It occurs when the immune system—which is supposed to protect the body—becomes confused and attacks the body itself.
This post focuses on Type-2 diabetes, which is seen in adults.
Reasons:
1. Lack of exposure to sunlight – leading to Vitamin D deficiency.
2. Overweight/Obesity – lack of physical activity and excessive food intake.
3. Genetic inheritance {There is a risk of developing it if even one parent has it}.
4. Tension – Stress.
5. High carbohydrate intake in the diet – and a significant lack of protein and fiber.
How to prevent it?
✔️ Keep children away from junk food like fizzy soft drinks, pizza, burgers, and potato chips from an early age. Encourage the consumption of seasonal fruits. Children should engage in physical play.
In the past, diabetes typically appeared in people aged forty or fifty. Now, Type-2 diabetes is affecting some people in their thirties, or even in their twenties. Compared to the past, the number of people suffering from this condition has increased manifold. Diabetes occurs when the pancreas fails to produce sufficient insulin or when the body does not respond effectively to the insulin present in the blood, causing blood sugar (glucose) levels to rise significantly.
⁉️ What should blood glucose levels be?
You can check your blood glucose level at home using a device like Accu-Chek.
You should check your levels an hour and a half after a meal. A reading of 140 is fine; up to 180 is not a major concern. A reading above 300 indicates a serious problem, while exceeding 500 signifies a critical, dangerous situation.
How to conquer diabetes naturally?
1. Engage in brisk walking for at least 30 minutes daily in the sunlight (morning or evening); this helps the body obtain Vitamin D. Physical activity boosts insulin production and improves its efficiency. Weight loss further contributes to managing the condition.
2. You need to avoid mental stress. Blood sugar levels can rise when you are ill or under tension; while occasional stress might be manageable, prolonged tension increases the risk of diabetes. Whether through yoga, listening to music, or NLP, one must learn to live peacefully. Adequate rest, sleep, happiness, and contentment are all essential.
3. To overcome diabetes without medication, you need to adjust your dietary habits. Significantly reduce the consumption of dishes made from refined grains or flours, such as rice and wheat. Brown rice is better than white rice, and Basmati is better than that; however, millets are superior to all of them. You should significantly reduce the consumption of rice and wheat-based foods, as they essentially turn into starch (flour) in your system.
Think of your meal composition in terms of six food groups: only one part should be rice, while the other five parts should consist of vegetables, proteins (such as chicken, mutton, fish, eggs, or paneer), lentils (dal), groundnuts, legumes, and mushrooms.
Not every food needs to be eaten daily; consumption depends on your capacity and the situation.
However, leafy greens and vegetables should be included every day—ideally, at every meal. Some vegetables, like cucumbers, can be eaten raw, while others can be cooked according to your taste.
Among vegetables, potatoes are comparable to rice because they are high in starch; therefore, you should limit their consumption. If your blood glucose levels are high, you should avoid them entirely.
Chicken, mutton, and paneer provide essential protein. It is a myth that consuming protein damages the kidneys; generally, you need 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight (e.g., 60g for a 60kg person). However, those with pre-existing kidney issues should not consume excessive protein.
Monitor your glucose levels daily for a month or two. If your reading stays below 140 even after eating two cups of white rice, it indicates you do not have a diabetes issue. That said, consuming too much white rice can lead to obesity and potentially cause diabetes in the future. If your reading is under 250, reduce your rice intake at the next meal and increase the consumption of foods like cucumbers and chicken. If you monitor your blood sugar levels daily for a month in this manner, you will come to understand your body's unique physiology. You will realize that your reading stays below 140 regardless of the food you eat. Try to keep it under 140 as much as possible; a reading up to 180 is acceptable. If you adhere to these dietary guidelines and keep your reading below 140, a temporary spike to 250—perhaps caused by succumbing to a craving for sweets—is nothing to worry about; it will come down within half an hour.
If you manage to keep your reading below 140 while following these dietary rules for two or three months, you can then start eating a piece of fruit in the evening. Choose fruits other than very sweet ones like mangoes, grapes, or bananas. This practice strengthens your pancreas and helps eliminate the diabetes problem.
If you monitor your readings for two to three months, you will gain insight into what to eat, how much to eat, and how your readings respond to specific foods. You will essentially become your own nutritionist. This is how diabetes can be conquered permanently.
✔️I have been... for ten years...
I did this before. Now I don't have that problem.
If your reading exceeds 300, you may have a serious insulin problem. There is a risk of massive sugar levels spike if you quit the metformin you are using. Also, high protein diet is not good if kidneys are damaged. When it is like that, you can spit on the method that I have told and follow slowly in a risk free way. It is good if people like this take good doctor's advice. Or you can follow Veeramachineni's diet too.
Controlling diabetes through natural methods!
“There is no such person as Manish Narang.”
“Even if he exists, he’s a fake.”
“There is no such organization at all.”
“Manish Narang is lying just for publicity.”
“We have been using Metformin for 25 years.”
This is the kind of commentary appearing on the posts I’ve shared.
Here is the research conducted at the medical university. It was peer-reviewed and published in a medical journal.
A request to the friends sharing my posts: naturally, those who have been taking these pills for years are frightened.
My posts are intended for those who do not yet have diabetes or are in the early stages of the condition—to illustrate the consequences of allowing diabetes to progress unchecked once it sets in.
I hope you grasp the underlying message of my posts. My intention is not to scare those currently using Metformin. People unnecessarily challenged me and accused me of lying; that is why I am presenting this evidence.
One more thing: isn't a teacher capable of explaining a research study in a way that everyone can understand? Are you implying that Vasireddy Amarnath is a doctor?
If an object is slipped from the top, it will fall down. This happens all the time.
The principles of physics do not apply to humans as well.
If the smoke goes down, it is called cancer.
Even if you don't smoke, you will get cancer. Falana person (someone why our China uncle garu) used to smoke cigarettes for many years. And yet the cancer did not come.
So how is it unscientific to say that smoking will get cancer? How do you say smoke and there is nothing wrong?
Five days ago, a Facebook friend shared an interview clip featuring Professor Manish Narang via Messenger and asked me to post about it so the information would reach more people.
The points raised in it align with my own long-standing experiences. Writing about Metformin often upsets people.
I didn't have time to write a detailed post, so I simply shared the interview clip. I suspect Facebook's algorithms limit the reach of posts containing YouTube or external website links; they don't seem to get much visibility.
A day later, I posted a brief summary of the key points—specifically, that the drug can damage the kidneys and liver. I didn't explicitly tell long-term users to stop taking it immediately.
It depends on an individual's health status, diet, insulin production levels, and kidney health. I am explaining this to those who have asked me via Messenger.
The logo on my post was meant to be satirical. Just now, a Facebook friend named Nagaraju Munnuru informed me via Messenger that three or four people are badmouthing me.
What is this all about?
Is it a crime to speak the truth? What is their problem?
One person claims, "I've been using Metformin for ten years and nothing has happened to me."
Studies show it can cause Vitamin B12 deficiency. Am I the one insisting that we must take it?
Even after so many studies, there are still people who claim the Corona vaccine is beneficial.
Why get angry at what I said? If you are on the side of truth, why be impatient?
You are free to say whatever you want on your own Facebook page.
When I mentioned that pigeons can damage one's lungs, someone posted a spiteful response telling me to go ahead and happily raise pigeons in my own home. Maybe anger on me, impatience is something else.. Look at what you are doing to those who believe in you.
Many who retired as DGPs or University Vice-Chancellors are now living happily—either in villas they purchased in Hyderabad or with their children in America.
A remarkable man who, after settling in his hometown, is rendering immense service to the people there.
A living example of the true value of education!
Is it one person? Or two? They are the reason thousands of people across two states have found indirect employment!
Mr. Galla Ramachandra Naidu!
To sit on the dais beside such an eminent personality and be felicitated by him!
For an ordinary person like me to experience such a privilege—it is all thanks to the power of education
Professor Manish Narang!
He is working as the head of National Research Center of India. He is considered as the best biomedical expert not only in India but also in South Asia. He spent his lifetime research on endocrinology, type-2 diabetes in adults.
Here is what he said in an interview...
There is no cure for diabetes to date. Fraud is taking place in the name of diabetes treatment.”
Metformin is prescribed for diabetes treatment. It destroys the kidneys and liver. While it lowers blood sugar levels, it wreaks havoc on the body in the long run. Taking Metformin for diabetes is akin to undergoing radiation therapy just to cure a common cold. First Metformin, then insulin—that is the pattern.”
It isn't just some random local pharma company; the National Indian Research Centre developed a diabetes drug two years ago. It contains Stigma-cholecalciferol—essentially Vitamin D—along with other nutrients like Vitamins A and B and magnesium. It completed clinical trials and hit the market two years ago.”
It was developed by world-renowned scientists. As I mentioned earlier, this isn't a product of a private pharmaceutical company; it was created by our country's own endocrinology institute!”
“Countries like the USA and China are booking and acquiring this medicine in advance as soon as it is produced. It is unavailable in the Indian market.”
These are the words of Professor Manish Narang.
!? ️!! ❓If a world-famous scientist claims that Metformin is excellent and inexpensive, yet it is not reaching the Indian market—and I share this information—I leave it to you to consider why there is such a push promoting Metformin as being so beneficial!
✔️Demand that the government ensures the diabetes medication developed by the National Research Institute is made available in the Indian market.
(I will explain how to overcome diabetes using a low-carb diet in another post.)
Amarnath Vasireddy sir!! Please..
I study a subject very carefully before posting anything about it. If necessary, I consult experts in that field. I am not forcing anyone to believe my posts.
Deciding whom to trust is entirely up to us.
It is our life.
It is our future.
Does metformin damage the kidneys?
Vaccines are good, one person who satires on me saying Amarnath is cheating people for his publicity, here he is again posting that I am cheating on Metformin.
I have posted an interview image below. Look at the level of the person who said that. No one decides with you.
That said, in 2011, I took Metformin for 6 months and I was exhausted. I just stopped. If I had taken it without stopping, I would have gone in the first wave.
I would post the same if I had personal experience. I posted that I don't want Metformin because such a big authority has said it clearly. (I posted the link of that interview four days ago. That is in English. No one is looking much. That's why I have posted points in Telugu in brief.
Now I told those who asked me in messenger how to stop metformin.
I study very carefully when I post anything. If necessary, I will talk to experts in that subject. I am not forcing anyone to believe my posts. Who we believe is our decision. our life Our future
Our obnoxious grandfather's idea was to become a boy again through the age reduction method.
Watched a movie on TV tonight after so many months!
*Malliswari*, starring Venkatesh.
Here are some thoughts I had while watching the movie:
1. Venkatesh has built a great physique, but due to a lack of dietary control, his abs aren't lean. It’s what you’d call "muscular fat" (fatty muscle).
2. Where is Mirzapur? It’s a village near Vikarabad. There are no *Zamindars* (landlords) in that village. There is also a village with the same name in Uttar Pradesh, but the people there don't speak Telugu.
3. What’s with the Mirzapur *Zamindars* staying at the Lalitha Mahal Palace in Mysore? Don't they have a home of their own? Besides, the Lalitha Mahal Palace is currently run by Karnataka Tourism; they’ve degraded it to the level of a roadside eatery. And their dining table—it looks like something straight out of the Falaknuma Palace! The Tata Group manages the Falaknuma Palace, and their management is always top-notch—though the rates are unaffordable, man.
A moral to the post:
1. Once upon a time, I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Now that I’m older and wiser, silly questions and logical critiques pop into my head. If I keep thinking like this, how can I possibly enjoy the movie?
2. Don't assume Vasireddy Amarnath only posts useful content; occasionally, he shares silly posts like this too.
In the poisonous embrace of pharmacists!
It is a wealthy nation... a dreamland for Indians!
People are out there seeking medicines... but these drugs are not meant for humans.
There are countless attempts to keep the average person in a state of chronic illness.
There is treatment only for the symptoms of diseases.
❌The actual causes of many diseases remain unknown—or rather, they aren't *allowed* to be known. Research into the root causes of diseases is neither conducted nor permitted; even if the truth is known, it is dismissed as unscientific.
Diabetes, BP, ADHD, autism, allergies, autoimmune disorders—these have become massive industries there. They are proliferating rapidly year after year, yet the claim remains that their root causes are unknown.
❌They market diseases; diseases are sold as commodities. You are turned into a lifelong patient—pharmacists treat you like an ATM. Once you contract a disease, it stays with you for life, and the system tries to saddle you with four more diseases as a "bonus."
❌Your illness is their wealth—their *Kamadhenu* (wish-granting cow) and *Kalpavriksha* (wish-fulfilling tree).
You must swallow pills daily just to stay alive; if you don't, you die. If you do swallow them, life becomes a living hell. You are trapped in a cycle of living and dying—only after death does the suffering finally end.
❌It is a population of patients...
That country accounts for only 4% of the global population...
Yet, they consume 50% of the world's drugs. ❌Drugs every day... medicine is food... drugs are life.
70 percent of the population in that country consumes some form of medication daily (or frequently).
In that country, the average family spends 20 percent of its income on medical expenses (including medical insurance); meaning, if one earns fifty thousand a month, ten thousand goes solely toward medical costs.
❌Pharmacists there sell disease... diseases are the biggest business.
Everyone knows which country that is!
To ensure our home doesn't turn into America...
India must follow its own medical policy.
The global pharma lobby has already transformed major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru into an "America." People here are surviving only because medicines are cheap.
Our country should have its own medical policy.
We need medicines for people... not people for medicines.
Medical science should exist for health... not for diseases.
Research should focus on the root cause of diseases... the cure should address the root of the disease, not just the symptoms.
Allopathy is a great science... but it must not become a caged parrot in the hands of the pharma lobby.
Greater attention should be paid to other medical systems like Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathy.
Health is the greatest wealth.
Survey: People are happy!
Raise awareness among everyone. Save future generations from the grip of the pharma industry.
I talk about critical thinking a lot.
If you want to rule in the era of robots, this is essential. Critical thinking means ? Knowing which one is cake, which one is choco and which one is feko. Watch the video below. What does it make you feel ? Oh my God, do you think how well that girl has understood English? Then think once again. Watch the video carefully next time. Especially the second part of the video! Micro phone in hand .. Camera in front ! Say it now. What did you think?
Did you know ?
Vitamin D deficiency is the main reason for diabetes (Type - 2 diabetes). If you walk in the sun, you will not have vitamin D deficiency. Metformin tablet will be given if you get diabetes. If you eat this, kidney and liver will be damaged in three years. Rate this translation
Self-pity!
Self-pity...
That means feeling sorry for oneself.
This is a kind of mental affliction!
I’ve been suffering from this since yesterday!
I can recall a period from two years ago.
Take a specific incident, for example!
It’s been a few years...
A function in our village. We had gone to Tirupati a day early.
We used to stay at the Bliss Hotel back then; after my school days, we continued staying there.
After a long time, we decided to go to Bliss. We checked in for the evening.
I slept through the night and woke up at dawn as usual. The plan was to bathe, have breakfast, and head to the village.
I just checked Messenger. At least ten Facebook friends had shared the same screenshot.
Some genius had posted a satirical comment calling me a "vaccine fool." It’s so ironic... claiming I know nothing... He posted that I was misleading people for the sake of publicity. There was even another sarcastic comment on that post by Padmashree-garu.
I am not a fool who insists that my words are gospel truth...
It is open to discussion.
But a personal attack on me?
It has left me completely upset!
Who are these people?
Why such spite towards me?
Do we really need this Kanchi Garuda Seva? Is it such an insult? Call your students who work in the tax departments. He ought to know who you are. If not, it becomes a matter of respect. My mind is restless; it’s in turmoil.
I can't seem to calm it down. My bath was delayed, and breakfast was late. My wife kept insisting, "Get up, get up!"... Eventually, we checked out of the hotel and set off for our hometown. It was an hour-long journey—an hour filled with mental agitation.
Finally, we reached the town.
Do you remember those times?
The vaccine brokers of those two years... the 'innocent emperors'... so many events.
Reflecting on it all now, I feel sorry for myself.
In a couple of days, I’ll shake off this shitty feeling!
That’s a guarantee.
This disease is so rare that even half of all doctors are unaware of it.
If it affected just one person, ten people, or even a thousand, one might dismiss it as a minor issue.
But it affects a million people—and that is within the span of a single year.
What could be the reason?
Climate change? Genes? Diet?
Come on, intellectuals—you have to give us a reason!
Grandpa Gates! You really take the cake!

A story from way back!
The person running a private school received a forwarded voice message. It was a message from the District Education Officer—a directive issued to all private schools under his jurisdiction: "Vaccinate all the kids in classes eight, nine, and ten! If even one is left out, we’ll shut down the school."
Consider the disparity between a private school owner and a District Education Officer. Usually, if such an official were to visit, the owner would stay up for nights on end, putting up banners and making elaborate arrangements to welcome him.
Maybe he is a rascal—someone who doesn't know how to navigate life.
Did that officer send a voice message specifically to *his* school? No way! He sent it to everyone. I suppose if someone like Narayana—with his vast resources—had managed the vaccination drive for all the children, it would have been a job well done.
I told you he was a bit of a maverick, didn't I? He called that officer directly!
Normally, he is a man who treats everyone with respect. But that day, the maverick was furious. Without even pausing to consider that the person on the other end of the line was the District Education Officer, he blurted out: "Hey! What is this order? Do I have to forcibly vaccinate everyone just to keep my school running? If a thousand people get it, two or three might die, and another fifty could suffer serious health issues. I won't run a school built on the corpses of children. I won't force it. My stance is to tell all parents *not* to get the vaccine. If any parent insists on it, we’ll arrange it only for their children. I’m even ready to shut down the school; the children's lives matter most to me."
The officer, who had likely never encountered such a brazen, hot-headed individual, was initially taken aback and demanded, "Who are you? How dare you speak like this?"
The 'madcap' on the other end stated his name. It played out exactly like a scene from the movie *Baasha*—I swear, it was identical. The officer’s tone instantly shifted: "Sir... please don't take offense. We are under official pressure. Here, speak to our District Officer..." He then hung up, saying, "I'm done with this."
That 'madcap' didn't stop there; he bypassed the district official and called the state-level officer directly, declaring, "I will not force parents to vaccinate their children, no matter what happens."
It is unclear exactly what transpired next, but it seems the state-level officer likely gave a verbal directive: "Don't mess with that madcap. Don't force the issue." After that, no one tried to enforce the mandate. "What is this? While schools nearby are achieving 100% coverage, here it isn't even 3%," remarked the nurse who had come to administer the injection.
Every phenomenon in nature has two sides,
and this principle applies equally to the technology emerging from scientific advancements. The crucial factor is whether we use constantly evolving technology for constructive purposes or for harmful ones. The revolutionary ChatGPT learning model, which has recently come to the fore, is creating significant waves in the education sector. Against this backdrop, Vasireddy Amarnath-Correspondent of Slate Schools and a veteran with extensive experience in education-analyzes whether ChatGPT is beneficial or detrimental for students and how it should be understood. Please share. Thank you.
Initially, after reviewing my blood test results, my doctor advised against taking it.
They said that it should be taken for the second time...!!
That was all in the past, and I wonder what I'll do about it now...
I haven't taken any COVID-19 vaccine. I feel relieved about that now.
I can say that this opinion of mine is mostly influenced by Amarnath Vasireddy's posts.
If I say too much, it feels like I’m just patting myself on the back.
...But alas, I have no choice.
I possess data that no hospital, research institute, or scientist in the world has managed to gather. It involves thousands of people—perhaps one or two hundred thousand.
I said it based on that.
Some people are cursing me; yet, I spoke to you without fear. "The vaccine offers no benefit! In our country, the 'poison' from Pune is the worst of them all"—I told you this two years ago. Most people didn't believe it.
Now, it’s all over the magazines and TV. Doctors are openly admitting it.
Let it be.
At least believe what I’m saying now.
If it has been six months since your last dose and you haven't experienced any adverse reactions so far, nothing new will happen. Follow simple health principles—greens, garlic, walking, sunshine, good water, nuts, fewer carbs, more protein, peaches, and a worry-free mindset—and have a happy day.
Nope... After all, who are you to say? Go get some tests done. Swallow a handful of pills daily. And brace yourself for the side effects that might follow. (All the best.)
For two years, people didn't believe me when I refused the vaccine; if they were to reveal who they are now... oh my god, the impact will last for another two or three years. Do you really trust all these tests?
Only the mutton shop trusts him!
One last word.
Medicines are for humans; humans are not for drugs.
You are blessed if you understand. Forgive me if you don't.
Deeply hurt. Exasperated.

She was yesterday's meti heroine. Acting with eyes only. A green rainbow of hopes is tied in the sky.
Suffering from memory loss right now. Forgot the steps. It has gone far to dance. The idea of opening a dance school has also stopped. Became able to remember even dialogues, she moved away from serials. After the death of her husband, she thinks that she has lost her memory.
We are in an unfortunate society where we don't know what happened and for what reason. The same problem faced the four female TV anchors whom you all know. They are out now with my suggestions.
1. Eat four to five walnuts a day. Similarly, pistachios and almonds should be eaten four to five times a day.
2. If you are non-vegetarians, you should eat sea fish from time to time.
3. Need to cut down on the carbs. Need to get more protein. Drink three to four liters of good water a day.
4. Always keep busy at work. Need to talk as much as possible. This is more important than anything else. The single life is not too
5. Avishe, the pumpkin ... Nuts, greens, guava, fresh teeth should be taken frequently.
6. Sleep well.
Above all, at least from now on, we should stay away from that misery. No more new boosts.
By doing this, she and anyone who is suffering from memory loss will get new wings.
Or else is dementia.
At what level will it be, forgetting his name, home address and leaving the house with some thoughts, living like an orphan on the footpaths of no return.... She's going to have to move on. Terrifying...
Some people will cry if said but Andy ... Did anyone tell me what is the reason for the death of that sweet singer who is living as a brindavanam even after 78 years of age? If there are clots in the blood, it can lead to stroke. The eyes roll first. Usually, there is a difference between the clots in the blood to rotate the eyes. That's why she fell so hard.
Why do you have clots in your blood?
Age is over .. Climate change .. Chennai cold .. Chennai sun .. Because of drinking water.. Because of fasting .. Just because of going to the gym .. Due to the presence of sea in Chennai ..... People will always tell the reasons like this.
That's it!
Regarding the SLATE Karmanghat annual day event that concluded last night...
A parent just sent a message stating, "One of the individuals there is a police officer-both of their children study at SLATE."
Yesterday's anniversary program that stole the hearts of thousands of people (Slate Karmanghat)
"My child has become addicted to the cell phone or TV and refuses to even touch a book!"—this is a common complaint among some parents.
1. Children learn what we teach them. Without our involvement, children—especially those under five—will not learn anything.
2. Children tend to imitate us.
Try this approach:
1. Do not give cell phones to children under any circumstances. Simply tell them, "That is for adults to use when necessary."
2. Cut down on the time you spend using your cell phone or watching TV.
3. Read books that interest you; children will imitate this behavior.
4. Spend time with your children. Teach them various games and play with them.
5. Tell stories to your children and discuss them. This fosters critical thinking. Above all, your children will learn to listen to you—a habit that will persist into adulthood—and your opinion will be respected.
6. Children will eat when they are hungry. Appetite decreases when there are health issues, such as intestinal worms, which require medical treatment. If you feed them high-calorie foods like sweets or ice cream at 4 PM, they won't want to eat a proper meal three hours later. Do not force-feed them in a way that makes them lose interest in eating altogether. Keep children away from junk food.
The body is said to be the temple, and the indwelling soul is the eternal Divine.
Cast aside the impurities of ignorance and worship the Self with the realization, "I am He" (Soham).
I will not retire from work; Kalam is my inspiration in this regard.
After many years... if I find a moment of respite, looking at these allows me to delve into layers of memories. After all, photographs are like turning back the wheel of time, aren't they?
Family life or asceticism—one has to choose one!
"What if the party happens after I’m gone? Wherever the world goes, what am I? She is beautiful!
She is a great actress...
Behind the glamorous lives of stars seen on the silver screen... alas, there are so many tears and stains...
First of all... a great actor used her. He was a massive star in the industry. A beautiful girl... If he felt she could work as a lead actress, he would sign a contract with her... for three or four years... to work on his films... Was that all? ... And so much more...
If one gets the chance to work with such a great hero, enthusiastic actresses are usually waiting in line.
She had that chance.
While working as a lead actress, she fell in love with another hero. He was already married. They wanted to get married. Whether the first hero sabotaged it... or the second man's true nature was revealed to the world... ultimately, the marriage didn't happen. It was a tragic situation where he couldn't even acknowledge his own daughter as his child.
The first hero asked her to join politics. She joined the party and played a crucial role. He fell into a coma shortly after taking office. She found an opportunity with this new situation and took on the responsibility.
But it was a deeply entrenched male-dominated society. Since he was supreme in politics, she faced many humiliations... a scenario reminiscent of Draupadi being disrobed in a crowded assembly.
This turned the situation misogynistic... in a way, she began to hate society.
No human being can live in isolation; that isn't a life. Another woman entered her solitary life. She brought into real life something we usually only see in movies!"
Slow She was poisoned and made to fall ill; those in power held her in their grip; she was subjected to horrific torture in her final days; and after her death, her body was taken to the hospital—a series of tragic charades played out.
The legendary actress's life ended in a state worse than that of an orphan—leaving everyone who knew her story to sigh in pity.
What if she had truly had a family? A husband, a son, a daughter, and grandchildren?
Despite having millions of fans, she lived and died in a state more desolate than an orphan's.
"What will become of the world after I am gone?" "Her words have fueled hatred within society!
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
These words cannot be easily summarized. Even if a person passes away, their children and grandchildren—their heirs—remain. There is love for them, and concern for their future.
A true *Sanyasi* (ascetic) would not speak such words. The reason is...
A monk is someone who views the entire world as his family.
Many people mistakenly believe that a monk is someone who abandons society to perform penance in the Himalayas in isolation. That is a misunderstanding.
A monk should step into society, move among the people, and embody *Dharma* (righteousness). He should treat the universe as his family; that is how salvation is attained.
This is the essence of the Upanishads.
The great danger posed by fools...
✔️There is a difference between a *Sanyasi* (ascetic) and a *Sannasi* (fool/idiot)—you know that, right?
He is a *Sannasi* (fool). He has no faith in God—that isn't the problem. But he has no respect for society either—that is the real issue!
What does society mean?
You didn't just appear out of nowhere. Your mother—that great mother—carried you for nine months, nourishing you with her own blood and flesh. Your father supported you.
Mother and father... the grandmother from the previous generation... the other grandmother... the two grandfathers... go back further, and there are eight people... then sixteen...
In this way, you are the legacy of thousands of generations—your genes, your culture. Without them, you wouldn't exist. Your life would have been completely different if your grandfather had done something foolish.
Why look any further? Did you make the bed you woke up in? Water flows when you turn the tap—think of the collective effort behind that. Toothpaste... a toothbrush..." ..and still more
Just imagine once .. If gates grandfather plan is fully implemented .. If everyone else is gone.. In your village .. In your colony.. In the apartment.. If you're the only one left/
.. What life is like. You will die in one day. If you don't get death, you will kill your mother in law.
❌that's your life. The idiot who thinks you have full patent rights on your life.. Realize the reality. If you think my life is my choice .. If everyone thinks like you .. You don't exist .. Society does not exist .
That's why you have to respect the society. That's mine you're going through. If you keep chilli .. Water is falling down right under you. Water grave on the other side.
Are the corpses born or not? Vemana said.
It means that a man has to achieve something after his birth...
It means not to live for name and prestige.
If you live your life .. Be a good father if you follow the right path.. As a mother .. Personally, Professionally, Name... Respect is coming. Four people will shed tears if they lie. That is the meaning of human birth.
When you are born you cry alone. People around you laugh. You will not be there to see what happens. Then how many people cried for you is your life ...the marks awarded for it.
Not everyone grasps things from a scientific perspective... so, regarding *Dharma* (Righteousness), *Artha* (Wealth/Purpose), *Kama* (Desire/Lust), and *Moksha* (Salvation)—salvation is attained only by the one who gives meaning to their life by properly balancing these three categories. Otherwise, there is rebirth. If you spend your days drinking vodka and unleashing "evil arrows" (harmful actions) upon society, you will be reborn as a pig in a filthy drain.
If you view life through the lens of Sociology or Anthropology, you realize your life isn't just about *you*; you are merely a link in a larger chain. There must be a sense of social responsibility.
Householders love society... and so do ascetics.
Even those who do not believe in God are akin to ascetics if they possess social responsibility; they, too, love society.
The true *Sannasi* (in the derogatory sense of a fool or good-for-nothing) is the one who thinks, "There is no God... I don't care if society goes to hell." Regarding the woman mentioned earlier—if she harbored hatred toward society, it is understandable; society left her with lifelong anguish.
But those who enjoy the benefits provided by society while thinking, "I don't care what happens to others; my life is my own business"—they are the true *Sannasis* (fools). They are far more dangerous than the coronavirus.
Common people do not understand this philosophy; that is why...
Dehmera Temple - Shankarudu.
Service to humanity is service to God - Ramakrishna Paramahamsa!
Are all who are born truly human? Are virtuous men distinct from the rest? - Vemanna.
✔️Householders... Ascetics... both are righteous beings.
❌❌❌Another name for such fools (*Sannasis*) is "termites." They strike at the very foundations of society.

Just a reminder, in case you had forgotten.
December 20–23, 2022.
Eric Feigl-Ding, a renowned American epidemiologist, stated: "In the coming three months, millions—I emphasize the plural here (meaning many millions, or tens of millions)—will die in China."
No sooner had the 'Guru' tweeted about Feigl-Ding than it became a banner headline here. They hyped it up as if *not a single person* would survive in China.
Stop right there?
They talk about XBB... and BF.7. As if they were the ones who delivered the baby, cut the umbilical cord, and named it... they trumpeted, "These 'baby demons' are coming to India! Now we're in for a chaotic spectacle—a wild, frenzied mess."
Innocent emperors trusted.
❌❌❌ The "The wolf is coming!" story belongs only in books...
✔️✔️✔️ In India, the story plays out in reverse... People can be intimidated by any number of 'experts'.
Millions believed it.
Those who wore masks...
... those who took the vaccine...
.... Because of that, they have already relegated their well-being to the very last priority. ....
... "No, no, the problem isn't with the needle. It's those who are thinking about climate change..."
.... There are many such worlds.
The common thread among everyone is this: not a single person asked, "Hey Epidemiologist, where are those 'millions' of deaths you predicted? It’s been 45 days." “What about XBB? What about BF7? You spoke of ‘immune escape’ and ‘lightning speed’—yet why didn’t anyone ask why not even a pair of *chidatalu* (small cymbals) was played, let alone a *mridangam*?”
Soon, another tweet thread from ‘Pindam Sir’ will appear.
That is when the headlines will surface again.
That’s when the ‘Sudi liquor’ will make its rounds here.

*Drug use among school students in Hyderabad*
*- Rising drug culture among girls*
*- Over 100 affected students in rehabilitation centers*
Parents of a 12-year-old student from an international school in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, took him to a rehabilitation center after noticing he was not sleeping well at night and frequently isolating himself. Experts who examined the student revealed that he had become addicted to inhaling petrol fumes.
The parents were shocked. When asked about inhaling petrol, it was revealed that the boy—already accustomed to substance abuse—was using petrol fumes as a substitute for conventional drugs. It was found that he would pour five or six drops of petrol onto a handkerchief and inhale it whenever he felt the urge, drifting into a state of intoxication.
Drug use is on the rise among school students, particularly those in the 8th grade and above. Some students are using substances like petrol, pain-relief oils, painkillers, glue, and correction fluid (white-out) as alternatives to narcotics. Others are consuming edible drugs. Currently, over a hundred students addicted to such substances are undergoing treatment at rehabilitation centers. It is noteworthy that many of them are girls.
*Parental vigilance is key*
Parents' responsibility extends beyond merely giving pocket money to their children; they must also monitor how that money is spent. Smartphone usage among school students has risen significantly. Consequently, parents are advised to pay attention to the websites their children visit and the information they access online. They are urged to monitor purchases made using credit and debit cards and to be aware of the nature of the online games their children play. Experts emphasize that a lack of supervision leaves children vulnerable to going astray.
Manufacturing and selling homemade edible drugs!
Police recently arrested a former student of an international school in Gachibowli. His interrogation revealed shocking details. Highly proficient in using the internet, the student had taught himself to manufacture edible drugs using hash oil and cannabis. He would melt bakery products like chocolates and wafers, mix in hash oil, let the mixture set, and then repackage it to resemble the original chocolates.
He would join groups within gated communities and on various social media platforms to promote and sell these products to school students. A senior police official stated that children are consuming these chocolates during sports training sessions—such as basketball and skating—to avoid detection by parents and teachers, who might notice if they consumed them at home or on school premises. They reportedly order and receive these items via bike-hailing services like Rapido and Dunzo. Investigations revealed that students from international schools use them to enhance the "party mood" and to relieve stress.
*Suspect these signs:*
►Sudden bouts of hyperactivity; suddenly shouting loudly.
►Inability to sleep properly at night; a preference for solitude.
►Gradual weight loss; reddening of the eyes; frequent use of eye drops.
►High level of activity and enthusiasm on social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter.
►Communicating in code language; chatting extensively on social media.

What is the utility of lessons delivered through audiovisual formats?
Physics, Chemistry, Biology – Useful.
Maths – Very limited utility.
Social Studies – Useful for Geography; not particularly useful for Civics, History, or Economics.
English, Telugu, Hindi – Not of much use.
Essentially, this implies it is useful only for science subjects, while the other five subjects derive no benefit from it.
Yet, the marketing hype generated by EdTech companies is on such an unbelievable scale... Good grief!
QR code in the text book.
If you scan it with cell phone, the video related to that lesson will come in cell phone.
That means the lesson is visible in the form of visual listening.
Children will understand the lesson in a good way.

Isn't it nice?
A mother met in Tirupati the other day. The words she said while crying. " My girl is in eighth grade. Took a bath in the bathroom the other day. How long is the sound of shower on! Been there like what man. Forgot to set the bathroom clock. . Took a peek inside. Watching porn film on smart phone. Put the shower on to convince us. Didn't even give her a smart phone. My husband's old phone. Not getting used to it. That's not going to work at all. How did it repaired? When did it happen ? Don't know. She says with us that I will be a doctor. If you see this..
"Someone or two will fall sideways. Our children will scan the QR code properly and watch the lessons," says the parent.
If they are intelligent, children will be misguided in a small percentage. They think this is useful for other children.
❌❌ my last word. The worst things are happening only if you give phone for three to four hours a day for online studies. Now in the name of QR code lessons they will do by keeping it between books and see what happens.
