How old are you?
Wait, wait...
Don't give me your chronological age. Don't say, "I was born in such-and-such year, so I am this old."
That has limited significance.
What matters is your *biological* age—that is, your age in terms of your body's physical makeup.
There are people whose chronological age is over fifty but whose biological age is just over twenty.
Conversely, there are people whose chronological age is thirty but whose biological age is fifty.
‼️Do you want to know the secret behind this?
Every human being has twenty-three pairs of chromosomes. Each chromosome is composed of DNA and proteins. DNA contains genes. These genes are the biological markers inherited by an individual; they determine how cells function—much like software in a computer. The human body operates according to this program. However, the entire program isn't set at birth; our lifestyle also shapes it.
At the tip of every chromosome, there is a structure called a *telomere*. It does not contain genes. In the human body, cells are constantly dividing. Every day, thousands of cells die and new ones are born; it is a continuous process.
Telomeres shorten when a cell divides. Eventually, they become too short, making further cell division impossible. No new cells are produced after that point, and the existing cells age. That is where aging and disease begin. Some people are born with long telomeres, and they tend to live longer. There is a famous Telugu film actor—also known for his success in real estate and politics—who is 83 years old. He recently stopped dyeing his hair; otherwise, he would look like a 50-year-old. In an interview, he mentioned that his mother also lived to be 100. People like this are born with long telomeres. Consequently, cell division continues effectively even after seventy or eighty years; new cells keep emerging, and the onset of old age is delayed. They remain healthy even past the age of eighty.
✔️✔️You can also prevent telomeres from shortening by maintaining a healthy daily routine.
1. Engage in physical activity every day. Those who spend the entire day sitting on the sofa—or fail to walk for at least half an hour daily—age prematurely. Old age begins in the legs. The moment one stops walking straight and starts swaying from side to side like a pendulum, alarm bells should start ringing.
2. Sound sleep. During sleep, the body repairs itself. Even older adults need seven to eight hours of sleep a day.
3. Proteins. Many people mistakenly believe that protein is only for the youth. However, the need for protein increases after the age of forty. Consuming adequate protein combined with physical activity builds muscle. If the body is a building, bones are the bricks, and muscles are the cement. Without muscle, the skin wrinkles and the body becomes weak. Adequate calcium intake is essential for strong bones; sesame seeds are a good source of calcium for the body.
However, the body loses calcium if there is insufficient Vitamin D.
Therefore, one should walk in the sunlight for half an hour and eat a sesame ball every day.
4. A happy life. Living in isolation after the age of fifty is dangerous; it can lead to depression and, above all, dementia—a condition involving memory loss. One should stay engaged in some activity—except when sleeping—and keep interacting with others.
After retiring, A.P.J. Abdul Kalam did not simply sit back in idle comfort. He pursued his passion—teaching—and passed away while conducting a class. He experienced a peaceful, dignified death—a blessing that money cannot buy. That is what life is truly about.
Don't just be a passive observer. Whether it involves fellow human beings, adopted children, orphanages, or pets—if you have a compassionate heart, there are a thousand ways to make a difference.
Many people believe that in old age, one should simply spend time chanting the names of God (like "Rama Govinda"). While remembering the Divine is certainly good, this does not mean one should stop all activities and sit alone at home.
The Upanishads outline the stages of life, prescribing *Vanaprastha* (forest-dwelling/detachment) followed by *Sannyasa* (renunciation). In the *Grihastha* stage (householder life), one works for oneself and one's family; in the *Sannyasa* stage, one embraces society itself as one's family. One should travel from village to village, sharing the principles of *Dharma*—distinguishing between right and wrong—with others; this is the teaching of the Upanishads.
A person is a fool if they waste time on WhatsApp or in front of the TV, thinking only of "what is mine" or believing that "everything is over."
A *Sannyasi* (renunciant) is one who works with the intention that not only they themselves, but everyone around them, should prosper throughout their life.
What do *you* wish to become?
✔️✔️Work—initially for livelihood, then for health, and subsequently for the sake of society. Do not stop working.

Paper leak !
The world is changing on a large scale .. is going to change !
The amount of change has happened in the last hundred years, that much change will come in the coming ten years.
On the one hand, artificial intelligence ! Companies have reached a stage where artificial intelligence is being appointed as CEOs . Here, our grandchildren are still discussing marks - ranks - IIT Foundation Course - CBSE .. Future skills mean that we can see it when our children finish their degree studies .
Hundred years ago there was a pandemic. Another one with the worm that was prepared and left. Will the tiger who boils blood keep silent? Another one getting ready to drop. The World Health Organization has already given an official statement. Need to let go .. Should be frightened .. Immunity should be weakened. Some people need to step up. The rest of them have to wear . Some more have to go up like that. The rest are patients and live as their ATMs all their lives, they should die and let them live. This is the plan of pharmacists. Their plan is to kill natural immunity.
Saying this, many.. many.. many..
I have got the opportunity to change the lives of a few thousand people. It is not enough if I have knowledge. First, we should educate the teachers. Through them, we should show the right path to the parents.. children. We should make each of our students like leaders of tomorrow.
For this, for the first time, I have prepared a new syllabus with a total of sixty chapters {I posted it a week ago} From June 1st, there will be daily exams for six days. Apart from this, training in teaching techniques.
Questions are at the level of civils exam. Scheme of Evaluation is ready. If the key point is not written like the civils exam, fifty percent marks will be cut. In this background, there is a little tension among our teachers. With this in mind, I am leaking the first day questionnaire. Now you can prepare and write. CHATGPT can take the help of Google YouTube. You can see my old posts for things that artificial intelligence cannot reach. One day only paper will be leaked. The rest of the days as usual .. I was leaking the paper so I increased the pass marks to sixty.
Did you know?
Some traits are genetically inherited.
Have you noticed?
Parsis, Marwaris, Jains... show better business skills.
Rajputs are more likely to display traits like boldness.
In the traditional agrarian-based landlord system, dominant castes tend to display leadership traits like decision-making and critical thinking.
But the important thing is that genes only influence these traits to some extent. That is, they are not purely hereditary.
A person can learn these in his lifetime by trying.

1. They emit 15–50% more greenhouse gases than diesel or petrol-powered vehicles.
2. Electric vehicles are 15–60% more expensive (when maintenance costs are included).

An 18-year-old man shot and killed his parents and two brothers at home.
He told the police, "They had developed a taste for human flesh. They planned to kill and eat me. That is why I killed them."
In a separate development, the government is set to implement new measures to prevent school shootings. One measure involves allowing school staff to carry guns, while the other entails training on how to deal with individuals suffering from mental instability.
Upcoming changes in the agricultural sector:
1. For many agricultural tasks—such as planting, harvesting, and weeding—the use of robots and AI-driven machinery means that human physical labor will no longer be heavily required.
2. Genetic engineering yields high-producing crop varieties; however, people are gradually realizing that such crops are not beneficial for health. Consequently, the demand for traditional crop varieties will rise.
3. Full-scale digitalization will occur regarding factors like weather patterns, crop selection, and market demand. "Climate-smart agriculture" will emerge.
4. There will be a massive demand for organic farming.
5. Vertical Farming:
Consider how many independent houses can be built on an acre of land versus how many flats can be accommodated in an apartment complex—the latter offers at least ten times the capacity, doesn't it? The same concept applies to agriculture: vertical farming.
However, this method is suitable for growing vegetables and fruits, but not crops like rice and wheat.
6. Worm meal instead of traditional grains—meaning, consuming various types of insects as a staple food.
Modifications made to rice and wheat during the Green Revolution alone resulted in a diabetic patient in almost every household.
Just imagine the consequences of consuming insects.
❌ Human bodies have adapted to specific types of food and nutritional values over millions of years. Micro-evolution takes at least a hundred thousand years. Drastic changes to our diet—consuming such substances—will simply turn our lives into an ATM for pharmaceutical companies.
✔️✔️ Given these circumstances, the demand for arable land will increase. ✔️✔️✔️Cooperative farming, organic farming, robotic farming .. This is the future.
A man borrowed 500 rupees from another man in his village.
He could not repay the loan on time.
With this, the person who borrowed the loan locked the house of the person who could not repay.
“ How much humiliation has happened? It is better to hang himself than this,” cried the sister of the person who took the loan.
The person who took the loan, went to the farm at night for security as he went daily.
The next day his body was found hanging from a tree. He was hanged for losing his dignity.
A week before that, his wife gave birth to a girl. "The bad luck mother who kept her father in her womb right after birth" has stamped on that child.
This is a 70 year old event. Our younger sister-in-law's husband hanged.
The person who borrowed the loan locked the house and married the daughter of the person who caused the death of a person to my elder sister-in-law's son. “Will you marry the daughter of a man who has done so much harm to our family?” said my grandfather and elder fathers. My uncle said, “It is his choice.”
The whole story of our village was rewinded tonight. All are gone (except our 87 year old sister-in-law).
Those who heard and remembered what the elders said said. Discussions about our house from nine to ten at night.
Pastime is not chatter.

(I have two nieces. Husband hanged himself to death in the matter of little sisterhood. Now she's the only one left. (Elder sister-in-law, her son, elder fathers and uncle all have gone. She died last year, who was marked as a baby carrying her father in the womb. )
Do you have agricultural land?
But don't sell it ( in very uncontrollable circumstances ).
The word that traditional agriculture is causing losses for now is true.
But in the coming days agriculture will become profitable with modern methods.
Agricultural land is a good option for long term investment

This is carcinogenic!
Scientific consensus dictates that one should use plastic buckets specifically designed for hot water baths.
But it also releases a lot of chemicals...

- Educating and sensitising parents to share correct and honest feedback about their ward/s.
- Ensuring dedicated participation of Teachers.
- Making the entire system robust and transparent.

Ten big crises that humanity will face in the next ten years!
10. Disruption to public sovereignty systems. New dictatorships will come. Freedom becomes a memory of the past.
Have you noticed? The opportunity to post whatever you want on social media like a face book is gone; New dictators are emerging in many places
9. Economic inequality. Wealth is in the hands of few people. The situation is based on government help (Universal Basic Income Schemes) for eighty people to live per day.
8. Food security: An unheard of food crisis. A large population in a condition where they must survive by eating insects.
7. Drinking water problem. Wars for water.
6. Crisis in marriage system. The number of people getting married will decrease. Marriages lead to gambling.
5. Crisis in the family system. Mother Father - love affection drought. As a result many people become lunatics.
4. Harita Mandir effect. Approximately thirty percent of the areas become unlivable
3. Declining birth rate: No more marriages. Even if you do, you will not get children. Kanna is one for two. In China .. In Japan the crisis has already progressed. India's situation is somewhat different.
2. Pharmacists New pandemics, pathogenic micro-organisms are created, walk scenes are made available and every person is made a lifelong patient.
1. artificial intelligence In short it can solve all the above problems. For example, global warming can be reduced with new technology. Falling birth rates leave many jobs unfilled. Many tasks can be done with robots.
But artificial intelligence is used not to solve the above problems but to make them more complicated. Millions of jobs will be lost in America alone due to artificial intelligence. AI will further increase economic inequality. Human values perish. Destruction of family systems of marriage. New dictatorial systems emerge using this situation. Three or four, like the grandfather of Gates, run the world's humanity with a remote.
You can save this message and check it once a year in the coming ten years.

Singapore – 1. Geography 2. Administration at its finest!
Singapore is an island.
However, Singapore is spared the typical threats faced by islands—such as tsunamis, coastal erosion from all sides, and surging waves. This is because the island is nestled against the "mother" land of Malaysia on three sides, with Indonesia on the other. Additionally, the coastline has a gentle slope.
At the same time, it enjoys all the advantages of an island nation, including a prime location for international maritime trade.
Coupled with this is excellent governance (with the sole exception of the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic).
They have plans spanning fifty years.
It is a wealthy nation.
Wages for manual labor are low.
Salaries for white-collar jobs are high.
Living costs can be overwhelming.
One has to work hard to make a living; retired engineers often work as waiters or cab drivers.
Eighty percent of the population is Chinese, followed by Indians—the majority of whom are Tamils.
Being in "Little India" gives one the feeling of being in Pondy Bazaar.
Ten thousand people shop at Mustafa Centre daily; you can find everything there, from pins to spices. Every Indian living in Singapore shops there. However, the quality of the clothing is extremely poor, yet the prices are not low.
At Uniqlo, you can find better quality clothes at lower prices.
A recent study by the US-based CDC has concluded that Vitamin D deficiency significantly impacts the severity of COVID-19.

Humanity will forever be indebted to you. Discovering such a profound truth—what a feat! You guys are unbelievable! You figured this out so quickly, didn't you?
But seriously—damn you all! Just five days into the COVID lockdown, when someone suggested, "Hey, spend some time in the sunlight; if your Vitamin D levels are high, COVID won't harm you," there were idiots who mocked it, asking, "Will the heat from the sun kill the virus?"

"Yes. Even stage-four cancer patients have recovered," said my friend, Mr. Veeramachaneni Ramakrishna.
Is it true? Is it possible? I wondered.
A research article published in *Medical News Today* suggests that the keto diet can inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
"The keto diet is a double-edged sword; it comes with certain issues. However, several scientists cited in the article are of the opinion that it yields results when followed in a specific manner."

1 Childhood experiences have a profound impact on the brain. The hippocampus in the brain stores these memories.
2 During childhood, the tongue has the highest number of taste buds. This means we experience flavors most intensely during those early years. Tasting food triggers the production of dopamine, a hormone that creates a sense of happiness.
The food (or specific dishes) we eat in childhood stays in our memory for a lifetime. Eating that same food later brings a sense of delight.

Take a look at the findings of this international survey. We were telling and implementing it from many months. That's what is called Futuristic education.
Heat Stroke:
Spending too much time in intense heat can lead to heat stroke.
Symptoms include dizziness, fatigue, headache, nausea, rapid heartbeat, and a state of confusion or disorientation.
Affected individuals should immediately move to a shaded area and drink water. Delaying action can be life-threatening.
If symptoms persist even after moving to the shade, call an ambulance and seek medical attention.
To prevent heat stroke:
1. Drink plenty of water. Even if you do not feel thirsty, keep drinking water at regular intervals.
2. Consuming alcohol depletes the body's water content, leading to dehydration. Many people believe that drinking cold beer in the heat is beneficial. While it is true that beer contains a large amount of water, the presence of alcohol causes the body to lose water through increased urination, thereby reducing the body's hydration levels. Alcohol causes blood vessels to dilate and increases blood flow to the skin, leading to sweating, which is dangerous. Alcohol also increases sun sensitivity. Remember: drinking alcohol during the day in summer, or venturing out into the sun after drinking, is akin to committing suicide.
3. To minimize the risk of heat stroke, avoid going out in the sun between 10 AM and 4 PM. If you must go out, take frequent breaks in the shade.
4. Except for Hyderabad, humidity levels are high in many parts of the two Telugu states. This leads to excessive sweating during the summer. Consuming beverages like buttermilk and coconut water, wearing loose cotton clothing, and bathing two or three times a day are ways to find relief.
5. Do not take a cold water bath immediately after coming indoors from the heat; allow a gap of at least five minutes. It is best to sit under a fan or in an air-conditioned room for ten minutes before taking a cold bath. Similarly, when out in the sun, pouring water over your head can help prevent heatstroke. However, it is advisable to wait five to ten minutes after pouring water before stepping out into the sun, or to wait five minutes after moving from the sun to the shade before pouring water.
6. Fruits and vegetables like cucumber (Kheera), bottle gourd (Sourakaya), and ridge gourd (Beerakaya) have high water content. One should consume more of these; cucumber, in particular, should be included in the diet.
7. Individuals with obesity are at a higher risk of heatstroke and must take necessary precautions.

It is about the nation that ruled us for three hundred years.
❌ The roads there are terrible, and the infrastructure is outdated. The growth rate has been stagnant for a decade. There is an economic recession and rampant inflation. Universities suffered severe revenue losses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
❌ It is a renowned university; people here hold it in such high regard that they even name local neighborhood schools after it. Yet, that very university now has an adult film actress serving as a guest lecturer.
Are there any depths of decline left to plumb?
❌ In 'E' country, housing rents and food prices are skyrocketing.
Parents here have a strong desire to educate their children abroad at any cost.
Sending local students abroad has become a major business for certain consultancies.
❌ Few people speak the truth.
Do you have the capacity to bear the expenses if you go abroad? Without considering their children's educational level or aptitude, parents are swayed by the allure created by consultancies.
A total of 130,000 Indian students are currently in 'E' country.
❌ The reality dawns on them only after they arrive there.
Some even resort to suicide. Those who end up becoming sex workers... those tormented by not knowing what to do... those who have slipped into depression.
When it comes to extremes, the Telugu person is always first...
❌ Telugu girls who—without changing their names or even dropping the caste suffix attached to them—publicly advertise in local newspapers that they are sex workers.
Now for the second part of the post...
About this country, that country, and the other country...
In short, about all those nations where our people believe they can gain entry into heaven while still alive.
'Govinda' in the crowd... 'Narayana' with four!
It is our own people in those countries who lament: "Since the year 2000, the influx of 'junk'—low-quality talent—has increased. People arriving with fake certificates, those who can't string together a sentence in English even if their lives depended on it, and those who haven't even passed the 10th grade are pouring in. They are the reason locals have developed a negative attitude towards Indians."
Never mind those who went twenty years ago and managed to secure a Green Card... what is the fate of the 'Phobs' (recent arrivals)?
Against the backdrop of experts predicting that 80% of jobs will vanish in the coming decade due to Artificial Intelligence...
What will become of the hundreds of thousands of 'Phobs'—who spent lakhs to get there on student visas and subsequently work visas—but lack high-tech knowledge, future-ready skills, and, crucially, cognitive flexibility?
If they lose their jobs tomorrow?
They cannot return to India. Once children cross the age of ten, they simply won't agree to it, you know!
Even if one were to return, the village farmland that Father sold to fund one's education is gone. Ties with the village are severed; connections with relatives are minimal. The status and dominance once enjoyed by ancestors in the village have vanished. It all comes down to having money in hand—without it, is there anyone who would even answer your call?
Fortunes have completely reversed—the high have become low, and the low have become high. Land ownership has shifted to those lower down the caste hierarchy; local political power now rests with those who hold the numbers and the land. What a transformation in just twenty years!
Human history is full of migrations.
In the past, those who migrated did so out of sheer necessity—struggling just to survive.
But in these last twenty years, it is the well-off families who are migrating.
In the Telugu region, this involves one, two, or three specific castes—particularly the first two, which are agrarian communities that held positions of dominance.
❓ Consider the generation now in their fifties or sixties: they sold the lands earned by their fathers and grandfathers to educate their children, moved to cities, and lived comfortable lives. Now, they enjoy life—riding in cars driven by chauffeurs—on money sent by their sons from abroad. Do they realize the future consequences of their actions?
What happens when this "lucky" generation—which enjoyed the income of both the previous generation and the next—passes away? What about their children and grandchildren? What does the future hold for them?
Meanwhile, countries like China, Japan, and South Korea are racing ahead with new infrastructure. India, too, is showing some measure of progress.
❌ The West is clinging to an outdated allure.
❌ That country is effectively out of the race.
Emerging technology in the hands of *this* country—combined with the dominance of the dollar—is enough for them to support at least seventy percent of their citizens with Universal Basic Income in the age of robots. Our 'coconuts' and China's 'bananas'—which have already invested millions—are happy enough... but... but... what about the rest?
Is the greatest crisis in human history just a step away?
Let us hope such a situation does not come to pass.
Yesterday was May 13th.
Exactly 22 years ago on this day, I founded Slate School.
Two incidents occurred yesterday—on Slate's founding day—that are worth sharing.
Incident 1:
Context: The Slate CBSE School in Tirupati. The 10th-grade results were announced recently. It has been six years since we started Slate in Tirupati. The students who took the 10th-grade exams this time had joined our school in grades 5, 6, 7, or 8. Many of them lacked a solid academic foundation when they joined, yet we admitted them. Some had even failed the internal exams we conducted during the 10th grade. We worked to boost their confidence and conducted special classes for them.
The final results turned out much better than we had anticipated. Had we abandoned our philosophy of holistic education and instead focused solely on exam scores—conducting endless practice tests and encouraging rote learning—the students might have secured even higher marks. However, beyond the school and parents boasting for a week about the scores achieved, such an approach would have served no real purpose; in fact, it would have compromised the students' conceptual understanding.
That would have, to some extent, hindered their future growth. So, setting aside the goal of merely seeking parental approval, we focused on ensuring our children would excel in the upcoming robotic era. Viewed from that perspective, the students' marks were satisfying.
Yesterday, early in the morning, an unknown person commented on the Slate Tirupati Facebook page: "They spread a lot of hype, but there is no real substance. The 10th-class results are shameful."
I took a screenshot, shared it with our Slate executives group, and asked, "Is this one of our parents?" The answer was no. I remained silent, realizing that some people simply cannot tolerate our growth.
That got me thinking.
It wasn't enough for us to be happy with the results; we needed to know what the parents thought. Around 11:00 AM, I assigned a task to five of our executives: "There are 45 students in total; call all the parents and find out their reactions."
By 3:00 PM, the feedback was posted in the group.
Total students: 45.
25 – "We are extremely satisfied with our children's results and the overall education provided; thanks to Slate."
8 – "Our children say, 'We wrote the exams very well... we should have received even higher marks.' We plan to apply for re-evaluation. We are extremely satisfied with Slate's educational standards."
4 – "You guided them very well. The children had lost their way during the COVID period, and you put in great effort to get them back on track. However, our children didn't show the necessary determination. The fault lies with our children, yet we have no complaints." 2 - The children understood the concept well. However, had we conducted a few more tests and provided additional practice, the results would have been even better.
4 - The call did not go through. We will speak to them today and gather their feedback.
One parent said, "My son got terrible marks. Given his potential, he should have scored 75%, but he didn't even get 50%. Vasireddy Amarnath talks a big game, but there is no real substance behind it. My son would have scored higher even if he had studied in a government school. Tell him to refund the fees if he has any shame."
"Sir... he didn't attend classes properly during the COVID period; he completely lost his academic focus. He failed two subjects in the pre-final exams. Even though he wasn't a hostel student, we kept him back until 7 PM for special classes. The boy, whom we feared would fail, managed to secure 50%. His father knows this, yet he is speaking this way," was our staff member's explanation.
I immediately picked up my mobile, recorded a voice message, and provided an explanation to the parents. "The children studying at Slate are like my own. We did everything within our power—sincerely and wholeheartedly—for their future. We are always ready to rectify any shortcomings. If we pressure them solely for marks, students get into the habit of rote learning. Regardless, one parent remains dissatisfied." "No... it isn't our fault; it wouldn't be fair to say the boy is to blame. That boy is my child... I want him to be happy and well. I am punishing myself. I am refunding the entire fee that parent paid for the tenth-grade year."
Second incident:
It was five o'clock in the evening. A studio in Jubilee Hills. He had summoned five story writers. I narrated my story.
"Oh dear... you have the plate for idlis, sure... but where are the idlis? Where is the story? You narrated the screenplay. I once planned a scene in a movie where a character bows down to touch someone's feet with blood-stained hands. That’s the kind of impact a scene needs."
"I once included a scene like that in a top actor's son's movie. A story needs twists. It needs 'highs'—dramatic peaks. There should be three highs before the interval and three after. Your story has novelty, but it lacks drama."
I told him, "I am leaving for Singapore on Tuesday. Once I return—by the following Wednesday—I will make the changes you suggested and send the script," and then I walked out of the studio.
The friend who had accompanied me in the car (he was a writer too) said, "Amarnath... he made a big mistake. He should have narrated the story to the director alone. Instead, he sat four writers down together. One writer never praises another."
I replied, "Shankar Prasad... I..."I treat everything as a lesson. I will add the dramatic elements—as suggested in the story—and send it back. If they like it, fine; if not, I’ll just post the whole thing on Facebook. Is this a profession for me? No, it is merely a passion. I don't insist on always coming out a winner. I’ll send audio messages from Singapore; you transcribe them, and we’ll send them over next Wednesday.
Failure... Humiliation... my constant companions.
Failure is my teacher; my life is the lesson it taught me.
The strength derived from humiliation is what drives me forward—faster and ever faster. May 13, 2023.
On the day 'Slate' was born, my old companions—Failure and Humiliation—came calling again.
They patted me on the back, saying, "We are here; we will stand right by your side."
I am grateful to them.
Happy Ganga jatara to all Chittoorians.Enjoy the nostalgic festival on 16th and 17th of this month and be blessed by our Goddess Gangamma.
This is not a political post.
I do not discuss politics.
This post is about exit polls.
What do you get from conducting an extensive survey and delivering accurate exit poll results?
Exhaustion!
Taking the same bookies' money... What if the result is manipulated?
The bettors will fall right into the trap!
Ill-gotten gains... going to the bookies... and to those who conducted fraudulent exit polls.
So many schemes devised just to lay hands on public money!
One thing is certain.
Your own weakness is your enemy!
No one else can deceive you!
Greed and a lack of common sense—these are what bring about your downfall.
Gun culture...
In that country...
Details of mass shootings occurring in places like homes, shopping malls, and gas stations (defined as incidents where at least four people died)...
There have been 200 shooting incidents so far this year...
600 mass shootings annually over the last three years... That means, on average, two incidents per day.
In 2021, the death toll from shootings was 48,830 (this figure includes suicides committed with guns)...
Deaths caused by shootings have risen by 50% over the past three years...
In the last fifty years, 1.5 million people have died due to these incidents...
An average of 120 guns per 100 people... It holds undisputed global leadership in gun ownership... Saudi Arabia is in second place with 50 per 100... In India, it is just 5 per 100...
Indians account for 60% of the fatalities in mass shootings at places like gas stations (the primary reason is not that Indians are specifically targeted, but rather that a large number of people working in such places are our own)...
Over there, death is just like a wedding, brother...
A century ago, people were often unaware of what was happening across the country or the world.
Those who made the effort to stay informed seized new opportunities and forged ahead on the path of progress.
Information became accessible to everyone about thirty or forty years ago.
Nowadays, there is a massive influx of information—including things one might not even want to know—coming from YouTube, websites, and WhatsApp.
One person claimed there is no need to consume salt, arguing that the body instinctively knows what to absorb and in what quantities, and simply expels any excess. Conversely, another person maintained that salt intake should be kept within limits. One person claims vaccines strengthen the body, while another insists they aren't needed at all. There is a distinction between standard vaccines and the COVID-19 vaccine; while vaccines used in our country for years are essential, some argue against the newly introduced ones.
One person blames vaccines for the rise in heart attacks, whereas another attributes it to gym workouts, liquid diets, dancing, or surgeries.
Some believe an IIT foundation course guarantees a bright future, while others insist on CBSE schooling; meanwhile, another argues that the teaching method matters more than the brand.
Then there are politicians and parties that feign enmity in public while maintaining friendly relations behind the scenes.
One person, who has spent years educating the public, now urges them to buy a specific product, while another dismisses it as a fake.
People are left in a state of confusion—unable to distinguish truth from lies, or what is genuine from what is fake—unsure of whom to trust.
The situation is further complicated by criminals accusing the opposing side.
With a deluge of information flooding the media and social media, the majority of people are bewildered. There is a prevailing mindset that anyone stating something must have a hidden agenda.
One thing is certain: we are living in an era of information overload—or, to put it another way, an era of misinformation. For the mafia, dons, crooks, criminals, and swindlers, information is the weapon; they kill and plunder using information.
For heroes, well-wishers, and progressives, too, information is the weapon.
But who is the hero? Who is the villain? Who is the crook? Who is the upright soul? Who is the loafer? Who is the teacher?
How does one tell?
One should listen to what is said, yet not rush to judgment without careful analysis; only the one who discerns the truth amidst appearances...
Yes, only the one who knows the truth will survive.
In the era of Artificial Intelligence, critical thinking is the only real intelligence.
It is essential for survival; otherwise, one risks losing assets, status, and ultimately, even one's life.

The US Needs to Re-evaluate Its Approach to the Taliban
Microaggression means...
Subtly—or sometimes overtly—belittling, demeaning, or mocking others, or asserting one's own superiority.
This is a daily occurrence in universities abroad.
The feeling that a white man is superior is ingrained in his genes. No matter how many constitutions are drafted, that mindset will not vanish.
Once one reaches a certain stage in life, it doesn't matter much if someone else tries to outdo or belittle us. However, young people often lack that level of self-assurance. They crave recognition and want others to acknowledge their talent; they feel deeply hurt if they perceive that others are looking down on them.
This happened ten years ago. We were visiting America for the first time (we have been there four times since). We applied for a visa. (Our administration department handled the logistics; my only task was to sign the documents.) They asked for a myriad of details—information about our organization, my position within it, the monthly salary structure, and so on—all of which we submitted.
The visa office was right next to our home. I thought, "Why dress up in trousers and a shirt for such a short distance? I'll just go in the shorts and T-shirt I wear at home." But I was told, "No, sir... that wouldn't look right." So, I changed into formal attire.
I stepped into their office.
I see it every day—people applying for a visa for the first time, others coming for renewals... poor souls, for whom it is often a matter of life and death. Think of all the sleepless nights and the anxiety spent wondering if the visa would come through—that tension is often plainly visible on people's faces.
Then came the time for the visa interview.
Dressed formally, she looked intently at me and asked, "Why do you want to go to America?"
Standing there was Vasireddy Amarnath.
"I want to help your country's tourism and, thereby, your economy..." I said, and gave her a wink.
She burst into laughter, flashing a wide smile, and didn't say another word. She stamped the passport and said, "Bon voyage."
You may or may not have realized it, but in that split second, I had engaged in a form of 'micro-aggression' with her.
I had subtly conveyed a message: "Who are you? And what is your country? Do you even have the standing to offer a job to Vasireddy Amarnath? I am the one who creates jobs. I am visiting your country. Granting me a visa benefits your nation; denying it is your loss." I communicated all of this gently—through a single remark and the right body language—in a friendly manner.
She was sharp. She was taken aback by my answer but didn't let it show; she masked it with a smile. Her expression seemed to say, "Hats off to your self-confidence." It all happened within thirty seconds.
Regarding white people and racism—well, it’s not as if they are always like that; often, they are incredibly friendly. As soon as we appear in the elevator, they greet us with a smile and a "Hi," even if we are strangers. When we gesture for them to exit first upon reaching their floor, they say "Thank you."
People often say our people lack discipline, yet I hold the view that they follow rules perfectly—and there is some truth to that.
It takes at least three minutes for the doors to open after a plane lands. In India, it is common practice for passengers—even those in middle seats—to stand up the moment the seatbelt sign turns off; the scene is exactly the same in America.
I was once traveling from Los Angeles to San Diego, sitting in an aisle seat. After the seatbelt sign was turned off, the white gentleman in the window seat next to me stood up. He looked at me as if asking, "Aren't you going to stand up?" I remarked, "Does the pilot refuse to allow deboarding unless everyone stands up?"
He laughed heartily—much like a visa officer might.
He liked my answer so much that he kept chatting with me right up until we collected our luggage. A friendly guy.
Crows? Or the solitary ones?
✔️If a crow dies, the rest of the crows in the area will immediately reach there.
They caw and create a commotion.
The one who kills the crow will be chased and tortured.
❌A young woman went to a shopping mall. A gunman arrived there. She was not his enemy; it was her very identity that he found objectionable. "What business do you have in our country?"—that was the sentiment held by him and many others like him.
The gunman shot and killed that young woman and several others.
❌A young woman with a promising future lost her life.
There was no protest.
No one asked, "What is this?"
It was treated as if it were normal—dismissed as an everyday occurrence. A shameless society.
Come, let us question this and demand answers.
❌Minds... Our people... The media keeps hyping things up: "Our people in key positions," "Our people in top posts," "Our people are at the top in terms of income."
The media went on and on about all that...
❌But where are they now? These 'mighty' people don't seem to have even offered condolences. There is no sign of even a thousand people gathering in one place to ask, "What is this? Is there no security for our lives?"
❌Reports emerged that the government very generously made arrangements to send her body back here.
Should we consider that a great favor?
It is not as if this is an unprecedented incident, is it?
In the same village, a year ago, another gunman entered a school and killed twenty children and two teachers.
Is there no courage to stand up to the gun mafia? Want to sell guns?
You have to instigate conflicts between nations. That’s how you sell guns.
In that country, buying a gun is as easy as buying a *paan* (betel quid) here. You can just walk in, buy one, and walk right out.
For every stupid thing you do... "The Rights"... grand posturing in the name of "Democracy"...
It’s the reign of the "Build-up Babais" (show-offs)!
❌Just yesterday, school students in that town held a protest rally. Do you know what their demand was? They wanted the minimum age for buying a gun raised from 18 to 21.
Wow... what a demand!
✔️Why not demand that guns shouldn't be sold publicly, or that existing guns held by the public be confiscated?
They can't ask for that...
And even if they did, it wouldn't make a difference.
That’s the power of the gun mafia. They spend millions on lobbying. They won't change the laws—or if they do, they'll only tweak them to ensure *more* guns get sold.
❌The "Elephant Party" introduced a bill after last year's school shooting incident. They proposed giving guns to teachers.
❌Good grief... thank goodness they didn't say they'd turn the army into teachers—like in the movie *Jambalakadi Pamba*!
Our people aren't just "one man"!
It is the "coconuts" who mostly mock and belittle the FOBs!
"FOB" stands for "Fresh Off the Boat."
Mind you, I didn't coin this term.
It’s a name given by the "coconuts" themselves!
It’s just like how we say, "Look, he just got off the red bus" (implying someone is a fresh arrival from the village). Those who arrive on a visa are often called "FOB"—meaning "Fresh Off the Boat," or someone who has just stepped off the boat.
These visa holders live in fear.
They worry that participating in a protest rally or making a social media post could cause problems when it comes time to renew their visa. After all, their parents sent them there with high hopes; they need to survive and fight the battle for a livelihood.
To make ends meet, some take up odd jobs while still on a student visa—even though it is illegal. Getting caught by the police would mean trouble.
Once they finish their studies and start working, some juggle three or four jobs; they might even outsource some of that work to people back in India. They earn well, and in that country, money is the very breath of life—the oxygen. After all, having crossed the seven seas, one has to earn money.
Of course, this practice is illegal.
Consequently, visa holders live in constant fear and lack the courage to stage protests.
Now, let’s talk about "coconuts.
There is a proverb that says a garden lizard (*thonda*) eventually turns into a chameleon (*oosaravelli*). A garden lizard doesn't actually turn into a chameleon—it’s just a saying.
However, when brown-skinned people go there, they eventually become citizens of that country after some time—or years. Their children, meanwhile, acquire citizenship of that country by birth.
That is when these brown-skinned individuals start viewing themselves as "white masters."
Mind you, I didn't coin this term—it is a name they gave themselves: "Coconut."
A coconut... what color is it on the outside? Brown. And on the inside? White. They believe that is exactly who they are.
They think they are Indians simply because of their skin color—because they aren't white. They are the "brown-skinned white kings."
❌ They don't even like to admit that their ancestors are Indian. They don't visit India; if they do, it’s only once every ten or twenty years. The children born there have no desire to bond with their cousins here. And when these folks go there, they are looked down upon.
Of course, not everyone is like that; there are good people both here and there. I am speaking about the majority.
Do you have an idea now of who the "Fabs" are and who the "Coconuts" are?
As for the Fabs—poor souls—the moment they step out of the airport, they get targeted by schemes designed to bleed them dry; and a large number of the people doing this are "Coconuts." The saying "a woman is a woman's worst enemy" needs to be rewritten here: "a man is his own worst enemy."
❌ It is the "Coconuts" who mock the Fabs by imitating their accent.
There is a woman here who is always lecturing on how to pronounce English—you know, the one who makes a big deal out of rolling the 'r' in "water." Poor thing, she left America, but the "hangover" hasn't worn off yet.
❌ A "Coconut" refuses to even acknowledge their Indian heritage. How, then, would they stand in support of a Fab girl who fell victim to a shooting at the mall?
"The whole world is my family..." yet one lives in solitude.
Continuing from the post shared just moments ago...
In that country, only forty women serve as CEOs of Fortune 500 companies...
Consider another key corporate role—General Superintendent—where women account for merely two percent...
Then there is the position of Street Supervisor, also at two percent. Even if one argues that this is a tough job—one that women might not prefer...
What about the role of District Commercial Superintendent? That is a position well-suited for women—yet here, too, they represent only two percent...
The situation is a thousand times better even in African nations and in the Gulf countries—regions often perceived as male-dominated worlds.
❓What kind of husband would you choose for the girl in your family?
Depending on your age—whether she is your daughter, younger sister, or elder sister...
Think about the kind of husband you would select for her...
..... Have a read ..
1. The 'Trump' type? ❌
Wondering who this is?
You’ve heard of the Taliban, right?
A woman exists solely to give a man pleasure in bed, to bear his lineage, and to boost his ego. If a woman is educated, she will become fearful [of the status quo]. If a woman reads, her intelligence will not make her a coward [submissive]. Therefore, girls cannot be sent to school.
..... In short, this is the philosophy of the Taliban currently ruling Afghanistan.
You read about the Taliban. You were likely shocked, wondering how people could think so barbarically even in this day and age, right?
The Taliban’s methods are crude.
Would you like to learn about the 'Soft Taliban'—people who adopt the Taliban's mindset but present it in a very subtle, 'civilized' manner?
Then continue reading the post. If your thoughts are also somewhat similar to the Taliban's, stop reading the post here.
Civilized Taliban:
There is a country. It is a 'beautiful lie.' Its name also begins with the letter 'A'.
Why did I say that? Wondering what a 'beautiful lie' is? Well, there are many such examples. I can't cover them all in one post. For instance, under that country's laws, even mentioning the word 'race' is prohibited. Concepts of racial discrimination are against the law. However, in every school, college, and public place, a form of "micro-aggression" constantly occurs. You might ask, "What is micro-aggression?"
Let’s discuss that another time; otherwise, this post will become too long. This post focuses on a different topic.
In that beautiful, idealized country, gender equality is strictly enforced.
The laws are stringent.
Violating the law guarantees arrest.
If some "idiot" starts harassing a woman—perhaps with lecherous stares...
She doesn't need to be the Police Commissioner's daughter. Even an ordinary girl—whether she arrived on a student visa from Africa, China, or India—needs only to make a single phone call; the police will appear within moments. Hooligans and "idiots" inevitably face jail time.
Sometimes, even if they are let off with just a warning, the police mandate that they must not come within a hundred meters of the woman. That rule must be obeyed. Attempting to contact her via email or WhatsApp also results in punishment.
That is the country which gives such security to girls.
This is one side of the coin.
Would you like to see the other side that you don't know about?
There is a world-renowned university in that country. A festival takes place there on the first full moon of the academic year. Undergraduates—young people pursuing their degrees—have reached the age to choose a life partner, so the university organizes a "Kissing Festival" to encourage them to move forward. On a full-moon night, the students gather in an open space. There is music, dancing, and—before long—kissing. But it isn't just about kissing anyone at random; the girl must be willing. If there is any coercion, one could end up in jail the very next day—after all, there is the matter of women's freedom. If she consents, anything goes. A guy can kiss as many girls as are willing, and the same rule applies to the girls. Mutual consent is key. Soon, the students reach a mindset of, "We were born naked, so why cover up now?"
This doesn't happen only during that annual moonlit festival; the same ritual plays out in pubs every Friday—girl-on-girl, boy-on-boy, girl-on-boy—all sorts of combinations. Consent is what matters most.
"Our country is different! No one forces anyone here; it all depends on individual preferences. Don't sit in India and pass judgment," is an argument often heard.
Poor American guys and girls...
If something is done publicly or posted on social media, and a visa officer happens to see it later, that visa could be revoked. They don't just brush it off; they are afraid of the consequences. This is their outcry...
Until that day, the country had a president. He wasn't just an individual; he was a symbol for hundreds of thousands of men in that country. "White-skinned people are superior"—that is their philosophy. It didn't stop there. Girls had to be "size zero"; they existed solely to provide pleasure to men.
They wanted a white girl—but wait, Iranians are white too. No, they wanted a white girl of authentic European stock. How? If the hair was black, she wasn't considered truly white; the hair had to be blonde.
They would recruit only such girls. If a girl was intelligent or achieved high grades, she would be sidelined.
A girl with little intellect... beautiful... with delicate white skin and blonde hair... who would come to the bedroom the moment she was beckoned—those were the kind of girls they recruited.
This wasn't merely a personal matter; it had become institutionalized. They operated in groups known as "Frats" or "Dorms." Seniors trained juniors. Girls sought their patronage to earn money. They evaded the law because everything happened with the girls' own consent.
When one joins this group and rises to lead major companies, jobs are reserved for "white-skinned dolls"—favors, sugar daddies, and the like. Essentially, a woman's beauty is quietly stolen with her own consent.
It is extremely difficult for an intelligent girl with self-respect to advance in that environment.Consider a four-hundred-year history of democracy. The reason not a single woman rose to the position of President—or even held the right to vote for many years—is precisely this.
This is the story of the "soft" or "civilized" Taliban.
Would you marry your daughter off to a womanizer—someone like Trump who views women merely as sexual objects?
A woman's sexual desire tends to diminish around the age of 45. That is when men like Trump would simply abandon the relationship—jumping ship in the middle of the ocean.
...After that, the woman's life becomes bleak and uncertain. After all, she no longer has her youth or beauty to sell!
Need a Martin?
Let me offer an alternative example from that same country. A woman there was highly educated and became a prominent judge. Her husband understood her, encouraged her, and respected her individuality. He wasn't the type to feel insecure or resentful if his wife was more educated or earned more than he did. He embodied the concept of *Ardhanarishvara*—believing that man and woman are two faces of creation, and that creation is incomplete without either one. His name was Martin.
Do you want a Martin for your daughter? ❓
Then raise your son to be like Martin. ✔️
What we give to society is what comes back to us.
You cannot expect your son-in-law to be a Martin while your own son turns out to be a Trump. Because... ❌
Society is a boomerang...

She is 33 years old, and her father is a well-known political analyst.
"I don't want to get married. If a truly good match comes along, I might consider it, but please don't even bring up the topic of marriage; if you do, I won't even come home. Four of my friends got married. What happened? Unable to bear the misery, they divorced within a year. Do I need that? Are there men these days who respect women? How can they expect a wife to be just like their mother or grandmother? Times have changed. Whether it’s the 10th-grade exams, Intermediate, CLAT, NEET, or JEE, girls are dominating the field. After pursuing higher education, should I set aside my academic and career achievements just to do drudgery at home in the name of marriage? Should I come home from work and cook or do housework for a husband who is less educated, has a lower-ranking job, and earns less than I do? While he sits back with his feet up? And if I hand over my salary to him, will he generously give me some pocket money? Men these days are misogynists who might openly ask, 'Who’s going to wear the pants in the relationship?' during the very first meeting. I want a husband like Martin. Where are such men? Besides, can't we survive without getting married? Many of my friends haven't married. Can't one live without it?"
These are her words. "Parents raised the boy as if he were a girl, yet they failed to instill in him the culture of respecting women. Consequently, educated women are becoming afraid of marriage. The female population is already low, and on top of that, women are reluctant to marry. As a result, many men are remaining lifelong bachelors. We visited a village recently where almost all the men were unmarried. For so long, women endured countless demands made in the name of marriage; can't men tolerate it now when women make just a few demands? In some places, men from upper castes, unable to find brides within their own communities, are marrying tribal women from nearby areas." — This is the analysis of a feminist leader.
He is someone you all know; I won't give any more hints than that. He wanted to make a movie to launch his son as a hero. "Please tell me, Guru-garu, if there is any writer who could craft a good story based on this contemporary theme," he asked when we ran into each other at the park the other day. I sent him a storyline via a WhatsApp voice message.
He absolutely loved it. The story was registered immediately. Now, I am delving deep into society to flesh out the script. So many unexplored facets—so many—are coming to light. For the past four days—especially since returning from my tour—I have been fully engrossed in this task.
I know what you are wondering... I can answer the questions in your mind before you even ask them...

America has a democratic history spanning 350 years, whereas ours is merely 75 years old.
Our country has seen a female Prime Minister and a female President. Yet, despite its long history, America has never had a single female President. Islamic societies are often perceived as male-dominated, yet women have served as heads of state in many Islamic countries. Is American society deeply entrenched in male dominance? Think about it. The women who have risen to the highest positions in America have roots in our country-specifically, they belong to a particular linguistic and caste background. However, this does not imply that caste alone provided the opportunity; rather, it points to a culture that encourages women to pursue higher education and fosters their growth.

Neo-Nazis in America.
“White supremacy must be maintained”
“ No amount of violence should be hesitated for this”
Continuing the suppression of minorities (i.e. non-whites) in America is their tactic.
1. The man who killed nine people in a Texas shopping mall was a member of a “suicide squad” belonging to a neo-Nazi.
2. In another incident in Texas, a car rammed into people standing at a bus stop, killing eight people.
There is also a Telugu girl in it.
Was this an accident? Or was it intentional? It remains to be seen. If not, the presence of a minority camp there raises suspicions about neo-Nazis

Hey there! Hey there!
I have a question!
Is it a biryani leaf that didn't cook properly?
And if it *did* cook... was it from mutton biryani? Chicken biryani? Or veg biryani?
I have another doubt, too!
Was it Hyderabad biryani?
Ambur biryani?
Or Nellore *Kunda* (pot) biryani?
The cruise ship arrived in Goa today (anchoring at Vasco).
We were taken to Candolim Beach by bus. I had lunch at a beach shack there. I sat there for nearly two hours conducting interviews (connecting with shortlisted candidates via conference calls with the principals).
So, what did I do at Goa beach? Lunch... but also work.
Employees have specific duty hours, but one ends up working on holidays and Sundays if it involves one's own tasks!
We returned to the ship.
It has ten decks in total. The tenth deck features a swimming pool, gym, rock climbing wall, and a food court. There is a movie theater on the fourth deck. Food courts are spread across three decks. Most people spent their time there, but I made use of the gym as well.
My room number is 8000—on the eighth floor.

On days when I didn't go to the gym, I used to see actual people!
Now, all I see are mountains of fat!
What a strange perspective!
I need to change it—and fast!
Since yesterday, on this ship, it’s been nothing but mountains of fat—mountains of fat everywhere.
Mountains of fat that sway like pendulums from side to side as they try to walk forward, making life’s journey feel incredibly heavy.
As if that weren't enough, they shovel in massive quantities of food—as if born solely to eat—while washing it all down with Cokes and Pepsis!
Strange creatures spawned by civilization!

Her father is an IPS officer, and her mother is a senior official in the Tax Department.
The daughter studied at IIT Bombay and secured a scholarship seat at Stanford. She landed a job with a major company offering a lucrative package and has been living in the US for seven years. She has reached the age for marriage but is afraid of it. Her father requested counseling for her.
My counseling sessions began. First, let me share what the other person had to say... here are her words:
"Marriage proposals have come in—and keep coming. There are even those who approached me directly with a proposal.
1. They have lower educational qualifications than I do. Their salary is half of mine—sometimes even a third. I’m okay with that part. But the expectation is that, after marriage, I must transfer my entire salary into his account every month. He claims he would be 'very generous' with money for my personal expenses. The argument is that once you become husband and wife—a family—there is no 'yours' or 'mine'; it becomes 'ours,' and there’s no need for accounting. I agree with that sentiment. But during these initial marriage discussions... right off the bat... they talk about finances without any hesitation. Does this mean I have to deposit my salary into his or his mother's account and then wait for them to dole out 'charity' to me like a beggar? Don't they trust me? If they don't trust me, how am I supposed to trust them? Does marriage mean domestic slavery? Am I expected to hold a higher-ranking job with a heavier workload, come home to handle cooking and housework, serve him and his family like a maid, and hand over my earnings to them? On top of that, under US laws, if we were to divorce later, I—being the higher earner—would be the one required to pay *him* monthly maintenance.
2. Money, money, money... money is their very breath, their sleep, their life force; they would do anything for it.
Principles, rules, and ethics are just empty words to them. You might say, 'Not everyone is like that, Sir'—but four of my friends have had this exact same experience. After getting married..." They have endured two years of hell and have finally escaped. In India, there is at least the concern of what others might think. Here, it is every person for themselves—an individualistic mindset. Mothers-in-law can make life a living hell; their schemes are extraordinary. They are obsessed with money—veritable demons. You, living in India, cannot possibly grasp what happens when sadism and a craze for money collide, Sir. Just take a look at the lives of our people in America; truly horrific stories come to light.
3. Once they move past the Green Card stage and acquire American citizenship, the situation becomes indescribable. Thirty years ago, they too arrived on visas just like us and settled here. Forget about concern or respect for us; they don't even view us as fellow human beings. Especially their children—since they hold birthright American citizenship, they harbor a sense of racial superiority. They believe they belong to the white race, despite having brown skin. No, Sir... as you suggested, these aren't just one or two isolated cases; it is the norm—this is exactly what we have witnessed.
In campus life, they wouldn't dream of even saying "Hi" to students who arrived on visas. White people are a thousand times better.
When relatives from India visit their homes, they aren't treated like human beings. They are viewed as uncivilized or barbaric. They put on an act because their parents force them to, but that facade often crumbles. I recall an incident where a girl, in the presence of relatives visiting from India, spoke to her father... "Hey Dad... F..." she said. That four-letter word is their catchphrase. They are known as ABCD—American-Born Confused Desis. They wouldn't even consider a marriage proposal from someone like me. And if a marriage *did* happen, there would be torture from the mother-in-law. The son might be having an affair with a white woman. If the daughter-in-law asks, "What is this, *Attayya* (Mother-in-law)?" the reply is, "It's common here, dear; what can we do?" Yet, the daughter-in-law is expected to serve them just like a traditional Telugu girl. What kind of double standards are these?
That is the gist of what she told me. She became emotional and cried several times during the conversation.
I don't think everyone settled in America is like this; I told her that repeatedly. It seems even Dharma Raju couldn't find a single good person, while Duryodhana couldn't find a single bad one.
One thing is clear: while not everyone is like that, the problem is severe there. People here are unaware of the reality. The media here projects life across the seven seas as a paradise.
Are there people like this in India, too?
Oh, absolutely!
...But one wrong act cannot—and should not—be a justification for another. In politics, if a party or leader is corrupt, people often ask, "Are the others any better?"
But what happens when that same flawed logic is applied to social issues?
Yesterday's post was about what she shared, and today... well, this is the post. She spoke for nearly an hour, and after listening to her, I counseled her for over an hour. I am not posting the full details of what I said here (as the post would become too long).
Consider a highly educated woman—someone with a high-ranking job and a good salary—who is afraid of marriage.
I acknowledge her perspective to some extent.
But is society not at fault?
Money is essential for survival; anyone who denies that is a fool.
But...
What if one treats money as the be-all and end-all? Placing infants in daycares, spending no time with them, getting them hooked on junk food and mobile phones—and then mistaking this for civilization or a modern lifestyle?
...A heap of vaccines... ADHD, autism, allergies, or autoimmune disorders in every household... affairs... live-in relationships... remaining unmarried even after turning forty... or, if married, ending up in a broken relationship?
Money can, at best, provide...
A way to live a riot.
But money is happiness.. What if you live as money is life?
It is not about judging someone's lifestyle.
An attempt to warn those who are sitting on a nuclear bomb and playing with its trigger.
One last word.. When the families of individuals decide that they can do anything for money... Pharmacists for money, they made and released corona and put needle medicines on the other side.. Hiding the news of its deaths.. Putting it on and on. Science will take care of everything.. If you propagate that mad people will flow something.... Can we get them wrong? Should we think as much as we have done to those who have done it??
Money is the source of the world??
If civilization is about killing humanity and human values, then I prefer to live as a rioter.
-----I am an activist who feels it is my minimum social responsibility to warn that a society without human values
Congratulations Sai Teja
I just posted something about "our people" in America. The first news item I saw when I opened the paper to check the headlines was this:
A Bollywood actress, who married an American and settled there, attended an event wearing a necklace worth 200 crore rupees...
The doubts that immediately crossed my mind were:
Won't she contract Corona now?
Is it okay even if one gets vaccinated?
If she doesn't bathe, won't her body emit a foul odor?
Doesn't she attend to her morning ablutions?
Does that process emit a pleasant fragrance?
Will it survive for thousands of years?
Won't she get sick?
Won't she age?
She is someone who knows how to navigate life. Ten years ago, she came to Hyderabad—saying "Rana? ... I am Rana"—and set her sights on a young man from a wealthy family. He wasn't exactly innocent, mind you; he was quite a seasoned operator himself.
Later—who knows how she worked it out—she managed to woo someone in America and settled there. She is enjoying that life now.
That is her life... she likes it... that's true.
But when the media projects people like this—and their antics—as something... something... grand?
Won't the youth who read about it think this is the path—the highway—to follow?
Years ago in Kerala, thousands of people crowded the streets to welcome a porn actress. When people asked, "What is this? It's outrageous!", some intellectuals stepped in to list the many good deeds she had done.
That could be true. She might be a good person by nature.
But consider the people in Kerala who stood in line for her—drooling, hitching up their dhotis, and sweating as they jostled for position—what exactly did they come for? Why the confusion?
Society rolled out the red carpet for a porn actress. Fast forward to the present, and hundreds of college girls are now in the same profession.
Shunning or loathing those who did wrong used to serve as a form of negative social sanction. Once that vanished, the situation changed: today, scoundrels have become heroes and role models for society.
You cannot expect Tulasi plants to grow if you sow Datura seeds!
Do "our own people" look down on "our own people"?
{This information was shared with me by an individual who has lived in America for a long time and closely observed the society there—while I was counseling them. If this seems far from reality, please let me know in the comments section; I will delete the post if necessary.}
They migrated to America thirty-five years ago; they pursued higher education and careers there, and raised a family. It started with a visa, followed by a Green Card, and eventually, US citizenship. Their children were born there—holding US citizenship by birth.
Then there are those who moved to America more recently and are still on a visa.
They have a daughter or a son.
Would the former group marry into the latter?
Well...
Why even talk about marriage?
The established group looks down on the newcomers.
They won't even let them get close.
Confused?
Let me explain in detail.
Read this carefully.
Those who migrated to America thirty or forty years ago and have since obtained citizenship often consider themselves superior. They look down on those who have arrived more recently to work on visas. They are unwilling to marry their sons or daughters into such families.
More than the older generation, the second generation—those born there and holding US citizenship by birth—harbor a strong sense of racial superiority.
They view themselves as "White people with brown skin."
What does that mean—"White people with brown skin"? Are you wondering?
Yes, indeed. Even though their parents migrated from "some country in Asia"—leaving them with brown skin—they believe that, in reality (in their mindset and manner of speaking English), they are white. They look down upon Indians who are there on work visas.
In colleges and offices, these "brown-skinned white folks" do not mingle with the visa-holders; they keep them at a distance. When it comes to marriage, they marry only others like themselves—fellow "brown-skinned white folks" (though, mind you, same-sex marriages between men or between women haven't quite gained momentum among them yet). They view visa-holders as an inferior class; marriage with them is out of the question. Marriage bureaus there even maintain separate sections: one for "brown-skinned white folks" and another for "visa-holders."
But isn't America known as a melting pot of races? Isn't it considered wrong to even mention race there? And don't people marry across racial lines, forgetting such distinctions? Yes... I asked the very same question.
It is, after all, a capitalist country. Apparently, there is a calculation for everything.
Which is the best race in that country?
The white race, of course—according to their calculations, that is.
Second place goes to the "brown-skinned white folks." This refers to those born to immigrant parents from countries like India or China, who acquired citizenship of that country by birth.
Then there are those working on visas at the lower rungs of the employment ladder.
Would a white woman marry a 'brown' man—or an African man—belonging to that second category?
It happens quite naturally... statistically speaking.
Consider a scenario: a man of African or Indian origin has earned a lot of money, while the white woman is unemployed or holds a low-paying job. She essentially trades her racial status for his success. If she marries a Black or Brown man who has achieved 'star status,' he gets the satisfaction of having landed a white woman, while she secures a steady cash flow. And if the marriage falls apart—even if she intentionally causes it to fail—she walks away with half his salary and half his assets. It’s a case of killing two birds with one stone.
The idea of races blending to create a new kind of humanity is just a myth.
Instead, entirely new 'species' are emerging.
These new species are defined by skin color, Green Card status, neighborhood, and salary packages.
There is another twist here, too.
South Indians are said to be somewhat liberal, whereas those of North Indian origin are considered extremely shrewd.
Concepts like humanity, human values, or shared roots are all just empty words. Are you an American citizen, or do you hold a Green Card? If you have a Green Card, you are treated much like the people who arrived on the 'Red Bus'—looked down upon. On top of that, it all comes down to your salary package and your bank balance. ..
Did it end there?
Where did they study? Even if you are there on a visa... if you are an IIT product, there is some respect. But if you are a product of those Chinese "chicken farms" [diploma mills], you are apparently looked down upon. There are specific terms for such people; someone mentioned them, though I don't recall the exact words right now.
Do you feel a mix of disgust and sadness while reading this? I feel the same way.
As I said earlier, if this is far from reality, I will delete the post.
But if this *is* the reality...
...Someone please tell the media here... whenever they write or say "our people" (*manollu*), it evokes a certain feeling. Finally, even "our Kamala-mma" [Kamala Harris]... If Kamala-mma falls into the "our people" category, then Joe Biden, Barack Obama, Chun Wan Uch selling goods on a sidewalk in China, Isabella and Kerimen—migrants from Mexico working in American households—everyone... everyone... everyone is "our people."
After all, they and we belong to the same species: *Homo sapiens*.
I am ready for that...
But isn't it utterly repulsive to eagerly champion people who lack that sense of kinship—people who lack basic human values—and still call them "our people"?
Why is there such an inferiority complex... such an identity crisis?
An incident occurred in Serbia (Europe).
A 14-year-old boy opened fire at his school. Eight children and a security guard lost their lives, while many other children and teachers were injured.
Children with mobile phones in their hands, playing video games that involve killing—this is the kind of outcome that follows.
Introverts and Suicide:
An introvert is someone who is inwardly oriented.
Some people do not like socializing; they prefer solitude and tend to be reserved. They bottle up their feelings—whether anger or sorrow—within themselves. When forced to interact with others, they find it difficult and constantly look for an opportunity to withdraw; socializing leaves them feeling exhausted.
These are introverts.
To cite a fun example, consider the characters played by Prakash Raj and his daughter Shruti Haasan in the movie *Race Gurram*.
Psychology texts state that introversion and extroversion are genetic traits, that the brain structure of an introvert differs from that of an extrovert, and that an introvert cannot be transformed into an extrovert.
There is some truth to this. However...
The environment in which children are raised and their childhood experiences are the primary factors that determine whether they become introverts or extroverts. "My child was an introvert until they started school... but now there is a huge change," is something many parents often say.
1. Raising children in a way that prevents them from mingling with others.
2. Others criticizing, mocking, or belittling the mistakes they make.
When such things happen during childhood, children tend to become introverted.
1. Children should be allowed to mingle with others.
2. They need to understand that when others point out our faults, correcting any genuine shortcomings of our own actually benefits us.
3. When faced with criticism, one should engage in self-reflection. If it becomes clear that we are not at fault—and that the criticism or mockery stems from the other person's jealousy, envy, hatred, or sadistic nature—then we should simply ignore it. We should take it lightly. Paying attention to it only encourages those with malicious intent; ignoring it causes them to eventually stop, though they will have wasted their own time in the process. Children should be instilled with this kind of resolve and self-confidence. They should be raised with the mindset: "Once I commit to something, I don't even listen to myself" (i.e., unwavering determination).
4. While grasping textbook concepts and enhancing academic intelligence is important, social intelligence is equally vital. Schools, homes, and the households of relatives and friends—society as a whole—are the environments where children learn social intelligence.
Parents and teachers should discuss various topics with children.
5. Social intelligence can also be developed by reading good stories and watching classic movies. ...can be cultivated. In the *Mahabharata*, consider Dhritarashtra, Karna, Vidura, Duryodhana... not just one or two, but so many characters!
The shrewish aunt (Suryakantham)—goodness lies beneath; the old man (Nirmalamma) whose weakness is his inability to spot deceit, yet who holds love in his heart; the kind-hearted soul (Ranga Rao)... Oh my god... characters that mirror real life... not just one or two, but scores of them.
In the movie *Thatha Manavadu*, can the child—whose heart was deeply imprinted with values—distance himself from his parents after growing up?
Do those influenced by the film *Pandanti Kapuram* not wish to gather like a joint family at least once a year during festivals?
Did the fathers who watched the father character in *Bommarillu* change even slightly?
One final thought.
When a pressure cooker is placed on the stove to cook rice or lentils, it eventually starts making a hissing sound. It has a safety valve that releases excess steam from within. What if there were no safety valve? Wouldn't the pressure build up and cause it to explode?
Humans are much the same; one must share anger and hardships with others.
Otherwise?
What if one remains introverted?
When facing severe hardship, one might suffer in silence and drift towards suicide. While there are many reasons for suicide, the majority of those who resort to such drastic acts are introverts!

Proud to be a Father of Slater.
(SLATE - The School, Bowrampet)
hi sir,
I am very glad to share, my heart full of thanks to Slate. My daughter (Sri Lasya Anwita) is studying in 4B @ Bowrampet Branch, since she started schooling in slate, we have observed a lot of change in behavior and the level of self-confidence, she is being built. Lot of my friends and relatives suggested to change the school, but somehow, I was not convinced to change her, reason is the process of teaching and supporting the kids not only academics and motivating them in leading their lives in this fast-track social life. Here we have the best experience with my Kid, while coming back from home, she used to watch TV OR Tab for some time and do some homework, later when slate initiated the Real Homework, One day she came to us and said that she wants to spend some time for which she can be good other than academics. The way she thinks on her future on what she can do the best in future is really awesome moment to us as a parent. Then she decided to join in Classical Dance, and today as a parent we are very proud that she performed her dance in front of hundreds of people and got the appreciations. Thanks to Slate, as they are growing up kids in such a level as they can think on their own and what they can really adopt for future. As a parent we can support kids and encourage their interests, but as a school the methods of teaching will definitely take a vital role in kids life.
Here the Lasya Performance in Silparmam yesterday in classical Dance.- this is the best example and I will recommend Slate is the best School for our future kids.
Once Again Amarnath Sir, for you esteemed vision and execution
Dear Parents,
We have been receiving photos, videos of the Real Homework and the productive engagement of SLATERS during the summer break!
_It is really overwhelming to see children so involved in all the activities and making good use of their leisure time._
We have a few more suggestions to make to parents.
You may consider these additional inputs for even better summer break with children:
✅ Do's:
Encourage children to read books and engage in learning activities.
Continue to assign and monitor real homework.
Support and encourage children to complete the summer fun activity work assigned.
Spend quality time with your children, engaging in meaningful conversations and activities.
AVOID cell phone and screen time.
AVOID junk food, instead promote healthy eating habits.
Additionally, depending on your family's budget, plan a summer tour or vacation to spend quality time together as a family.
Whether it's a trip to your native village or a destination of your choice, the important thing is to create opportunities for bonding and connection!
Wishing you all a happy vacation once again!!
Thankyou!
Geoffrey Hinton-known as the "father of artificial intelligence"-resigned from Google.
He stated that artificial intelligence poses a grave threat to humanity, admitted that he made a huge mistake by developing it, and expressed that he would regret this work for the rest of his life.
If we think we can't be together, we can divorce immediately.
What becomes of the children if parents separate?
Who gave parents, governments, or courts the right to snatch away a child's right to a happy childhood spent with both mother and father?
Do they not have the right to a happy childhood?
Mother, father, siblings—a blissful family life; this is a right every boy and girl has experienced for hundreds of thousands of years.
In a live-in relationship, who is the father? In a gay relationship, who is the mother? In a lesbian relationship, who is the father? In a remarriage following divorce, will the new mother or father offer the children the same love?
Did you just drop down from the sky?
We are the heirs to hundreds of thousands of years of human cultural and social evolution. That is our origin; that is the secret of life. Without it, we would not exist.
If you want unlimited rights, then go ahead and die!
Die, and then drop down from the sky again... survive without a mother's womb, a father's love, a mother's milk, or a father's guidance... and *then* ask for and claim unlimited rights.
You owe a massive debt to humanity; simply declaring "unlimited rights" won't cut it.
If you separate amidst bickering and deprive the child of a mother's or father's love...
What if that child grows up to become an anti-social element?
Your rights extend only as far as the tip of my nose.
We are in the same boat. If you say, "It's my seat, my choice—I'll drill a hole in the bottom," we will throw you overboard.
A whole potful of milk from a sacred cow!
What is the point of just writing about it? Unlike the narcissistic psychopaths or those who merely chase follower counts...
It is strange how, in the digital era, some people amass huge followings...
A whole pot of donkey's milk...
So, we believe that quality matters more than quantity, right?
What about 'Vaasi' (Substance/Quality)?
Take the Facebook profile of 'Vaasi' Reddy.
Thirty thousand followers {plus another five thousand friends, and a thousand more on the waiting list}.
These aren't mindless people who go into a frenzy and share posts the moment they see something like "Hi there... I'm from Tarnaka"...
Writers, Editors, Doctors, Student/Youth Leaders, Reporters, Educators, Social Reformers, Psychologists, Politicians...
It is all about 'Vaasi' (substance/quality)...
And not just one or two... but thousands...
Among these thirty thousand followers are celebrities and people with massive followings of their own...
Virtually everyone who is a 'Who's Who' among Telugu people...
I am on this side... you are on that side... yet Facebook has brought so many of us together...
No stardom... not a celebrity... no political posts... no glamour... not a young woman... but...
'Vaasi' Reddy's Facebook timeline is the ultimate example of the kind of reception 'quality content' receives.
Quantity combined with quality...
Content combined with substance...
A whole pot of pure, high-quality cow's milk...
Thirty thousand followers...
A salute to all... and deep gratitude...
A celebration was held at Slate Vijayawada with the ayahs, drivers, office boys, and 'One Mothers'!
Celebration with Slate's drivers, van mothers, ayahs, and office boys (last night - songs, dances, and dinner).
An old post, shared again.
Vasireddy, who has bestowed a wealth of knowledge...
Amidst the unfolding crisis...
Corona!
On one hand, lives are dropping like birds!
Corpses piling up in heaps!
Family members are afraid
even to touch their own kin!
On the other hand, the government itself
has announced school holidays!
Parents are fearful
about sending their children out!
In these circumstances...
Would anyone step up to do this?
They feed the hungry!
They help the needy!
They shake hands!
They boast about their deeds!
But...
Who thinks about
future generations?
Who worries about
the future of these little ones?
Who concerns themselves
with the nation's true wealth?
The government?
Voluntary organizations?
Caste leaders?
Religious leaders?
Who?
Who?
And he—recalling those days—
proposed reopening schools!
He launched the 'HEADS' program!
He invited those with 'heads' (intellect) to join!
He asked them to trust his vision!
He reassured the mothers!
He spoke of turning dreams into reality!
He didn't ask teachers
to come merely as a duty!
He asked them to come with a vision!
Not for the sake of a salary,
but for the sake of lives!
Not just for mere survival!
He asked them to come for the sake of the future!
Not by relying on logic alone!
He asked them to come believing in the power [of vision] too! At first, no one believed it,
Starting with just one person,
Supporting one another,
Inspired by each other,
Eventually,
One by one,
Everyone joined in!
Faith became reality!
Hope breathed life into it!
The vision became reality!
The dream came true!
This is the story of a year!
The following year—
It was a year of great success—
The same story unfolded again!
But,
Hope was renewed!
The vision was revitalized!
For two years,
Even though they attended school only half-time,
Their education never stopped!
Now, with examinations approaching,
No one was daunted!
The outcome was proven
In the 10th-grade exam results!
Joy for the children!
Happiness for the parents!
Celebration among the teachers!
Astonishment in the community!
Yet, within him,
There was a lingering thought!
Looking to the future—
What challenges lie ahead?
What are the consequences?
How can we prevent them?
What solutions can we devise?
