What will I do if bird lovers get angry. Is it a crime to tell the truth?
One man asked when did the danger that was not there for so many days come now! The answer is very simple. Their population has increased exponentially and they have come to your house.
Moroccan asked if he just came to know. Posted it five years ago! (The other day someone said why did not post on corporate schools. If I put it many times, he asks to put a screenshot. I thought of asking how do I look to your eyes. I blocked the discussion with this kind of person ) I took steps not to enter my apartment.
Moroccana takes one step forward and satire to mention the things caused by dogs considering the presence of puppies in our house. Sir, we will bathe the dogs that are raised at home once in ten days. Otherwise they are also the cause of allergies. What you want to understand is that pigeons are a thousand times dangerous compared to dogs.
Pigeon - The flying bomb . If actions are not said, destruction is inevitable.
I will speak the truth without fear. You can block me if you don't like it.
Just now I have posted the link of the clip telecasted by T News. You can see it.
Actress Meena Husband Death Mystery | Pigeon turns the Main Reason | T News
How did pigeons become a problem? :
1. Pigeons can survive even in the absence of trees, making their homes on structures like house windows. They are primarily urban birds.
2. The pigeon population is growing at a rate of 20% per month. This explosive growth creates a food shortage for other birds, such as cuckoos, crows, and mynas.
3. Many people believe that feeding pigeons brings good fortune or helps atone for sins; this practice is a primary reason for their population surge.
4. Nature maintains a balance between different species. For instance, if predators like lions were to go extinct in a forest, the deer population would spike, leading to a food crisis. Similarly, birds of prey—such as eagles and hawks—used to hunt and consume pigeons. As the number of trees in cities has declined, so too has the population of these predators, which is another factor contributing to the rise in pigeon numbers.
5. Pigeons, which once lived in ruins or desolate areas, have multiplied and moved into human habitats. Apartment complexes and individual homes—specifically window ledges and spaces near air conditioning units—have become their new nesting grounds.
6. Pigeon droppings are highly acidic and contain harmful, invisible particles that act like toxins. Coming into contact with them or inhaling the dust can lead to various respiratory issues. This is a significant factor in the recent increase in asthma and other allergies among urban residents (though air pollution and cigarette smoke are also major contributors).
7. Pigeons carry certain types of fungi that can be dangerous if they enter the human body. If a person has a strong immune system, their immune cells can destroy the invading fungus. However, if the immune system is weak, the fungus can proliferate and cause a respiratory infection. This is what occurred in the case of the husband of film actress Meena; there was a large number of pigeons at their residence. He got a respiratory infection with this. On the other hand, the weak breaths of breath could not recover due to Covid infection.
8. Pigeons are seen in large numbers in some places in some cities like Hyderabad and Ahmedabad. It is noteworthy that allergies and asthma are more present in those areas. Allergies don't kill instantly. They will show you hell while alive. These are stubborn diseases. Once you come, you won't go easily. The business of allergy medicines like antihistamine is increasing gradually. If you eat these, it will only be temporary relief.
9. The correct solution for this problem is to increase immunity and stay away from things like pigeons and bats for pollution.
10. Kapothas of peace .. True .. But don't give them money to buy more nuts and feed them. Because of what you have done, a small child may become allergic. A person who has weak immunity can suffer from breathing problems. That sin will surround you. Wherever a man puts his finger, there are problems. Monkeys live happily in the jungle. Cutting down trees is one side.. Feeding the companion monkeys for this.. If you pass through the black mountain forests, there will be monkeys on the roads waiting to stop the car and feed them. So they have discontinued their naturally prepared food collection. The food we put in affects their health. Where has the situation gone, in cities { for example places like Gandhinagar in Hyderabad } monkeys are doing self-marriage. Violently entering houses and smashing things and causing property loss.
Mosquitoes, monkeys, pigeons.. Adapted to modern city living. If appropriate measures are not taken, these will lead to many problems in the future.
Vasireddy Amarnath | A brilliant, thought-provoking, and engaging speech || IMPACT | 2022
Pigeon droppings can be lethal—be careful!
Are there pigeons near your home’s windows or toilet exhaust fans? If so, your life could be at risk.
Exposure to pigeons can lead to respiratory infections, which can be fatal.
This is what happened in the case of actress Meena’s husband. He contracted an infection linked to pigeons, which caused severe damage to his lungs. Although everyone in the household also contracted COVID-19, he was unable to recover from the respiratory complications. The primary cause of his death was a lung infection stemming from exposure to pigeons. Please be aware of this fact.
Pigeons carry a fungus called *Histoplasma*, which causes a lung infection known as histoplasmosis.
Bats also carry this same fungus.
While individuals with a very strong immune system might survive for a few months despite being near such droppings, the risk of developing a fungal infection remains high. Please exercise caution.
A Role Model: Vasireddy Amarnath!
Yes, you read that right!
Following a session for 10th-grade students the other day, today was dedicated to 9th-grade students.
I conducted a counseling session covering topics such as cell phone addiction, video games, teenage romance, alcohol and tobacco consumption, drug use, and exposure to adult content—and much more. This wasn't just a moral lecture; I addressed the consequences of these common addictions from a scientific perspective. The goal is to prevent students from going astray and to help those who have already lost their way—and so much more.
(Apologies for not being able to go live!)
What do you think is the connection between the trendy outfit I wore to class and the lesson?
"Enjoying life doesn't mean veering off the right path during your student years. Life is vast; there is a time and place for everything. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many people sat in front of their televisions, snacking on 'family packs' of food, and allowed fear-inducing news to spike their cortisol levels—ultimately damaging their own health. Look at me: I love my work! During the pandemic, I was able to help hundreds of thousands of people, and I even achieved a 'six-pack' physique. True happiness is found in good health and having plenty of meaningful work to do." That is how my class unfolded—and today, we covered these same themes.
Children don’t always listen to moral teachings, but they do imitate our actions. Every teacher should serve as a positive role model for their students. (I’ll be removing the full-length mirrors from the classroom!)
If children are encouraged in the right way, they perform remarkably well.
However, there is a risk that they might abandon this progress and slip back into old habits.
Our children—from LKG up to the higher grades—have begun by taking on household chores and cooking-related tasks (appropriate for their respective ages).
This must not be merely an initial burst of enthusiasm; it needs to be transformed into a lasting habit. That is the major challenge before me!
Challenges exist to be overcome; problems exist to be solved. Nothing is impossible.

Mr. Vijaya Bhaskar Turlapati,
How could you bring yourself to say "fifty or sixty" when referring to such a young lad?
Preparing for an impactful counseling session capable of turning a thousand lives in a positive direction!
There is no benefit in sitting around blaming society.
Problems and challenges are always there. Every problem must have a solution. One needs to take a step forward. That is the dawn of a new day.
My father wanted me to be a doctor.
Due to underage, there was no chance to write medical entrance until the degree is completed. Lost interest on the other side.
I wanted to be an IAS officer. Passed preliminary exams three times after writing exam and went till interview. Achieved a service one time. But not the IAS.
God's plan is something else. By becoming a teacher, he decided to show a new path to thousands of lives through me. Didn't understand then. Not resting after knowing the meaning.
This victory is only possible for teachers. Dedicated to all the teachers.
The change has begun.
A generation with social, family responsibility, empathy, humility, and suffering philosophy is being made.
It seems that children are becoming slaves to lockdowns, cell phone addiction and other bad things. Every crisis is a wonderful opportunity. That is the beginning of the change.
Slaters doing their homework!
What do you think of these movie posters?
Take a close look at the actors—at their bodies and their faces.
They were 46 years old at the time these movies were made.
Mahesh Babu looks like he’s in his early twenties, thanks to a controlled diet and workouts, right?
Akkineni also followed a controlled diet and did some light exercise; he looks so youthful.
Then there’s 'Anna garu' (NTR). He practiced yoga, but he didn't really follow a strict diet. He was blessed with a naturally radiant, divine face—truly remarkable. But look at his physique; he had gained quite a bit of weight.
And then there’s the legendary Sivaji Ganesan—what an incredible actor! Like 'Anna garu,' he was a food lover, and he didn't engage in any exercise. At 46, Mahesh Babu looks like a father figure, doesn't he?
As for MGR, much like Akkineni, he also maintained a controlled diet and worked out!
Whose path would you choose to follow?
The food items we consume can be categorized as follows:
1. Poison: Refined flour (maida), sugar, pizza, burgers, cola, soda, soy, sweet corn (or American corn), and palm oil.
Any product made from these ingredients causes us serious harm. Let’s take refined flour (maida) as an example. Items like naan, roti, puri, chapati, biscuits, and noodles are all made using maida. You might be surprised—"Even chapati?" you may wonder. Unless you go to a flour mill yourself to have wheat ground, or specifically seek out "wholesome atta" or "multigrain atta" at a supermarket, the wheat flour you get is almost certainly mixed with maida. If you order naan or paratha at a restaurant, it is made entirely of maida. Even if you order a puri or chapati, it will contain at least 30% maida. Without maida, the dough lacks elasticity, which makes it less appealing to customers. If made purely from whole wheat, the product would have a light reddish hue and crumble easily when touched; whereas, with the addition of maida, it becomes soft, white, and tasty. It’s not just that it’s "tasty"—people have simply been conditioned to prefer it this way. Consuming maida is linked to colon cancer. As for sugar, it contains sulfur, which is harmful to health; anything made with sugar is essentially a poison. Of course, indulging in a sweet treat once every month or two—driven by a craving—is a different matter. Consistently using sugar in coffee or tea, or frequently consuming sweets, is a different matter. Most products available in the market contain palm oil. Soy and sweet corn are often genetically modified; consuming them can impair immunity and lead to autoimmune diseases.
2. Poor choices: White rice, dishes made from wheat flour, and refined oils—the less of these you consume, the better.
3. Moderate choices: Steamed rice (or brown rice), jaggery, and various millets. Also, root vegetables (like potatoes, carrots, and beetroots) and oils extracted using traditional cold-press methods (*ganuga* oils).
4. Best choices: Let’s categorize these into three groups:
4A. High-carbohydrate options: Honey, dates, palm jaggery, walnuts, almonds, fresh fruits, and various dried fruits (such as raisins). Those who already have diabetes should avoid these, though items like walnuts can be consumed in limited quantities (one or two). Others can enjoy them more freely.
4B. High-protein options: For vegetarians, this includes lentils, broccoli, guava, and *paneer*. For non-vegetarians, it includes chicken, fish (especially saltwater fish), eggs, and organ meats (particularly liver). Sesame seeds should also be included here; while not a primary source of protein, they are rich in calcium.
4C. Nutrient-dense options: All types of fruits and leafy green vegetables (excluding root vegetables). Don't get trapped in such things. Consuming sweets made with sugar occasionally—perhaps once or twice a month—is perfectly fine. If you don't have any issues with sugar, you can happily enjoy sweets made with honey, jaggery, palm jaggery, or dates. Try to get your children accustomed to these healthier alternatives.
What about losing weight?
What does being overweight mean? It means your diet contains an excess of carbohydrates—you are consuming more calories than your body burns in a day. Your body converts these surplus calories into fat and stores them beneath your skin. This process happens gradually over several months. If you attempt to shed this excess weight suddenly by opting for surgery, it could—as seen in the case of a prominent film director—become life-threatening. Alternatively, using certain "herbal" products could damage your kidneys. Therefore, the solution is simple: consume fewer calories and burn more.
How do you burn more? Through physical activity—be it the gym, yoga, walking, running, manual labor, farm work, or household chores. The choice is yours, depending on your age and physical capability.
What does consuming fewer calories mean?
Fill your stomach with items from the "4C" category mentioned earlier, and include protein-rich foods (the "4B" category). For essential nutrients, look to the "4A" category—though these should be consumed in limited quantities (for instance, just two or three walnuts). As for certain other food groups—such as brown rice or steamed rice—try to limit them to twice a week. If you find it difficult to be that strict, you could aim for something like brown rice just once a day.
As for how exactly you should eat? That is entirely up to you and your personal taste. For example, having two or three chicken eggs in the morning—truly a "white gold" (a nutrient-dense superfood). Two cucumbers—and by "two," I don’t mean just two slices; it means the equivalent of ten or more slices. Include two to three walnuts, some soaked almonds, a small piece of fruit, and perhaps half a ripe mango. For the afternoon meal, have one or two cucumbers, six pieces of paneer, and a full plate of boiled vegetables—you can prepare them however you like. For dinner, have chicken, an omelette, and cucumber. This is my diet for the year, with brown rice included twice a week.
This isn't strictly a "keto" diet. Vegetables contain a limited amount of carbohydrates, which is sufficient. If the body needs more energy, it will burn its own stored fat, leading to weight loss and better health.
That’s it—this is the diet. As for how much or how to eat: choose from vegetables like cucumber, various gourds, eggplant, and leafy greens. Eat until you are full. For protein, include chicken, eggs, or—if you are vegetarian—paneer or lentils (dal). How you prepare these ingredients doesn't matter; the cooking method makes no difference. Want to fry something? Don't worry about it—just use cold-pressed (ganuga) oil. There’s no need to obsess over weighing your food down to the exact gram; that’s just a waste of effort.
Low calorie food means things like kheera sourakaya should be eaten from the stomach. It is not good to burn stomach with empty stomach or half stomach.
Diabetes will go away if you do like this. The weight is going to come off. BP is going to go down. Use limited salt while cooking vegetables like rice. Drinking guava juice in the morning and eating raw kheera for the remaining two times reduces the salt that goes into our body. If salt is reduced, joint pains will go away. BP is going to go down. Eating raw fruits and vegetables, vitamins and minerals will be provided to the body. The skin will be glowing. Protection from cancer due to the availability of anti acids. Walnuts make the brain active. The most important thing is to drink four liters of water per day. Have to drink water in the stomach. It is good if the water is in the copper pot. Kids need to drink two liters

Just two weeks. 360 degrees - Holistic learning !
Next to one of our branches in Hyderabad, there is a 400-square-yard vacant plot.
Starting this year, we introduced a "morning sunshine assembly" so that the children could get some exposure to sunlight. Since our existing space was insufficient, we approached the owner of this 400-square-yard plot. We proposed taking it on a long-term lease for six years. Do you know what rent he quoted? Exactly three lakh rupees—yes, per month!
Are you taken aback? What you read is correct. It’s just a vacant plot—only 400 square yards—useful solely for a morning assembly. And the rent he asked for—not per year, but per month—is three lakh rupees. You might ask, "Isn't this unfair?" Well, read on.
I asked him the same thing: "How can it be three lakh rupees a month?" (He is a Hindi speaker, so we spoke in Hindi). His response was: "I bought this land for six crore rupees. I’m planning to develop it, but then your proposal came along. I consulted my two sons in America, and they said, 'Daddy, we need a return of at least 50 paise [interest/yield].' And you are asking for a six-year lease!" "I cannot offer it for any less than this."
After much bargaining and pleading, I finally managed to secure it for a monthly rent of two lakh rupees. This is the effort—and the expense—I’ve gone to just to acquire a small additional ground, separate from our current premises, to hold our morning assemblies.
My father is not a guarantor for me. I cannot fund my educational endeavors by squandering my ancestral property; I rely solely on my own hard work and intelligence. In the coaching sector, there are people far less renowned than I am who have managed to buy their own homes in Jubilee Hills. If my students—those I’ve coached—go on to become officers and invite me to their housewarming ceremonies in Jubilee Hills or Madhapur, I will attend—even while living in a rented house myself. If my goal had been to accumulate assets, I would have chosen a different path. But I have no such aspirations—nor is there any need for them.
I don’t view this as a sacrifice. I simply love what I do, and I work with integrity. That is why Vasireddy Amarnath remains so happy and healthy.
Maintaining a school is an incredibly expensive undertaking. "Fifty thousand for UKG?" It sounds good to say, but only the one bearing the burden truly knows the pain involved. As for whether someone might be siphoning off funds—perhaps they are, perhaps they aren't. Even if you trust someone, you still need to keep an eye on things. I can only speak for myself.
We have one teacher for every 12 students—and these are highly skilled educators. They were selected through a rigorous screening process, emerging as the one in twenty who made the cut. I personally conducted the interviews to select them. People who lack understanding might ask, "Do they have a B.Ed. degree?" Honestly, what does a B.Ed. even signify? Having trained thousands of individuals to become government teachers—leading to thousands of successful ranks in the DSC (District Selection Committee) exams—don't I know what matters? I am someone who prefers to stay quiet and go about my work with humility; I am only speaking up now because the situation calls for it. Can anyone compete with my teachers when it comes to the passion and skill with which they teach? I issue an open challenge—you be the judge. If we lose, I am prepared to accept any punishment you deem fit. My team includes individuals who qualified as government teachers but chose to join us; others who served as principals or heads of departments in corporate schools; and some who were educated in top-tier convent schools in cities like Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Delhi. Each one of them is a gem. If you can prove otherwise, I will gladly accept whatever penalty you impose.
Every teacher receives a good salary. Some earn as much as one lakh rupees per month—for instance, Rambabu, an executive at Slate Vijayawada, earns one lakh per month. There are many others like him, and even at the lower end, the salary is 18,000 rupees per month. Furthermore, everyone is provided with a Provident Fund (PF). ESI—this is an additional monthly expense the school must cover. There is no room for fraudulent accounting; everything is transparent. With two thousand employees, anyone is free to inquire and verify. Beyond this, there is a sense of genuine appreciation. Some might assume that a government job is the pinnacle of employment, but ask the staff at Slate—what would they say?
There is a dedicated teacher for every class, with no more than 25–30 students per section. The campus is kept pristine—sanitized with disinfectants, featuring well-maintained restrooms, fans, and air conditioning. The government charges the school commercial electricity rates, resulting in substantial utility bills, yet the facilities are maintained flawlessly. Everything comes at a cost, but not a single parent has ever raised a complaint. They say, "The teachers are wonderful; our children study at Slate all the way through the tenth grade." For years, thousands of parents have even requested the introduction of intermediate-level classes. That is the essence of Slate.
People often perceive schools as mere apartment-like buildings, devoid of any playgrounds. But if you enroll your child in what is essentially a cramped "poultry farm" and then wonder why the world seems upside down, whose fault is that?
Slate Tirupati: A four-acre campus, complete with a swimming pool and two acres of playgrounds.
Slate Gannavaram: A five-acre campus.
Slate Poranki, Vijayawada: Features a two-acre playground and a swimming pool.
Slate Bowrampet: Includes a four-acre playground and a swimming pool.
Slate Ameerpet: Given the high cost of real estate in Ameerpet, it is remarkable that the school still manages to provide a 1,000-square-yard playground on its own premises. The same applies to Slate Kharmanghat.
Then there are the Slate branches in Abids and Himayat Nagar—areas where, even for someone like Ambani or Adani, securing two acres of land would be impossible due to the total lack of space. Yet, even ...grounds. Apart from this, Rithika provides gardens and a swimming pool for them.
Reading this, one might wonder, "Good heavens... how many acres of land has he acquired?" In reality, everything is rented—with the sole exception of the 'Slate' property in Tirupati, which, in turn, carries monthly bank loan installments. Every month, we pay out lakhs of rupees in rent; for instance, we pay a monthly rent of twenty lakh rupees for just one building in Abids—yes, literally twenty lakh rupees.
Between monthly rents and staff salaries, there is a constant need for funds. We ensure that every penny paid by parents is fully justified—not just through education, but by fostering healthy eating habits and physical exercise, which help children build strong bodies and a peaceful state of mind—a benefit worth crores over the course of a lifetime.
A student who completed the tenth grade with us eight years ago has gone on to manage 100 crores in the stock market and even authored a book on the subject. Oh, I just remembered—the other day, his parents called to invite me to an office opening (or rather, a school reopening), but I got so caught up in work that it completely slipped my mind.
As for me, I incurred a debt of three crores during the COVID-19 pandemic. The income generated by 'Slate' is not mine; it comes in as fees and goes out as expenses. I am merely a *Dharmakarta* (a trustee or custodian).
The Government of Andhra Pradesh established a Fee Regulatory Commission, which visited and inspected us three times. They conducted confidential interviews with our staff and reached out to parents. They commended us, stating that they had never seen a school run with such integrity and transparency.
For many years, we have been submitting details regarding our fees and other financial accounts to the government in Hyderabad. Any parent is welcome to verify these records. My life is an open book. I have a daughter; with her education, she could have easily secured a high-paying job in America. She has no such desire, though—and neither does her husband. He gained recognition as a lawyer at a young age and is even sought after by prominent leaders like KTR. My daughter, too, is passionate about the legal profession, yet she chose to manage the school to support her father.
Don’t be so arrogant, brother. I’m prepared to walk away with nothing—just my wife, our six puppies, a single suitcase with a few sets of clothes, and ten thousand rupees in my pocket (enough to keep us going until I get settled and ensure our dogs don’t go hungry). I’ll hand over the school to you for free—can you run it? If not, I’ll move anywhere—Warangal, Rajahmundry, or even somewhere between Delhi and Kolkata. I arrived in Hyderabad years ago with nothing but this—that’s what a family is. I’m ready to do it all over again.
You keep talking about schools being "exploitative"—well, if someone else is doing that, what am I supposed to do about it? Here’s an idea: why don’t you start a school yourself? I’ll offer my services for free. You question why UKG costs fifty thousand rupees? Fine—try providing quality education while following all the rules for ten thousand, or even thirty thousand rupees. I’ll work as a watchman at your school during the day and at your home at night. If you fail, there’s only one punishment: you have to get the third dose of the vaccine. Are you up for the challenge? This post is for that "fake profile" who tried to smear me last night—acting like an agent for the pharma lobby—and for anyone else who thinks the same way.
there, there is no compromise on quality. Regular sports in Suvishala sports grounds by paying rent of more than one lakh per month legally for government sports
Science experiments,

My post today seems to have hit the mark for pharmacists.
Someone used a broker.
A comment about why private schools don't talk about the exploitation of medical pharma companies. It has been said hundreds of times in the last 20 years that I need a screen shot. Many times there are clips that have been talked about in many TV channels, so check it out, that is why your school fees are so high. That is to somehow divert people's attention from what I said by burning my clothes.
We have given the fee details to the government every year. Been checking for so many times.
Even though I ran a school for twenty years and lived in a rented house. challenge Prepare to be hanged if I am guilty of fee extortion.
Otherwise, the one who lied will be punished legally. The fee is what it costs.
Honestly, good salary for teachers, one teacher for every twelve children, building rents. Our father is not a landlord.
I have dedicated my life to work without any profit.
Don't be a pharmacist. I have nothing to lose.
Guns are a right for Americans, so says the Supreme Court of that country.
The population of America is 330 million, yet there are 360 million guns in the hands of its citizens.
In the last three months alone, there have been three incidents in which individuals went out armed with guns and opened fire indiscriminately.
Let us hope that such a situation never arises here in our own country!
A stray dog appeared from somewhere and settled on a street.
Thieves entered that street.
At the time, there was a widespread, deceptive campaign claiming these thieves were actually "friends" who meant well.
But they were not friends; they were thieves. They would attack, inflict injuries, and could even take lives. The dog realized that the narrative about them being "good" was a complete fabrication.
And so, it began to bark—loudly and persistently.
Some people believed the dog; they barred their doors to keep out the thieves who used sweet talk to gain entry.
Others—especially the so-called "intellectuals"—dismissed the dog, asking, "What could a stray dog possibly know? It must be mad—just craving attention!" They even threw stones at it.
Whether showered with flowers or pelted with stones, the dog kept barking, expecting nothing in return.
The stray dog carried a deep pain in its heart. Even when it tried to warn people for their own well-being, they refused to listen—labeling it a "mad dog" instead. The dog knew that those who had entered the street were dangerous—thieves who could take lives. For months, it barked—not for a reward or for fame, but out of a genuine desire to keep everyone’s children safe—all while trying to shake off the "mad dog" label unfairly pinned on it by those "intellectuals."
The dog’s plea finally bore fruit. Do you want to know the details, residents of this street?
The dog’s name is Vasireddy Amarnath.
The "street" is the Telugu-speaking states.
And the thing that many still fail to recognize—whether they are thieves or otherwise—is something called a "vaccine."
Vasireddy Amarnath’s efforts were not in vain. The truth has prevailed. A group of doctors conducted research and produced a formal document. Do you want to know the truth? Read that document. It cannot be posted on Facebook, nor can it be sent via Messenger.
It can only be sent via WhatsApp. Those who wish to see it, please send a message on WhatsApp to +91 93941 91501. Understand why the dog has been barking for months—even when it concerns nothing of its own and no one has asked it to. Tell those "intellectuals" who label it a "mad dog" that the dog’s only intention is for their homes and their children to remain safe and at peace. Pain. Fear. Agony.
Call me on Messenger, and you’ll get blocked on Facebook.
There is a time for everything. An emergency—like a life-threatening situation—is one thing; that’s different. I have even taken calls in the middle of the night and provided guidance.
I still reply to everyone who texts or sends voice messages on Messenger. I guarantee a response within five and a half hours.
Just a little while ago, I was in class at the Bowrampet campus when my Messenger rang. I ignored it the first time, but it rang again immediately, disrupting the class. I do not tolerate any disruption to my classes or the work I am doing. I stepped out of the classroom and sent a voice message: "Please, do not call. It causes a disturbance. Just send a message; I will reply while I’m traveling from Bowrampet to Ameerpet." Two minutes later—another call. I blocked them on Facebook immediately.
Some people simply don’t understand time management. Insisting on a direct phone call is an outdated approach; if you operate that way, you’ll never be able to get any work done properly. Let me tell you about my schedule: 1. Classes, 2. Meetings, 3. Recording voice messages for parents or teachers at the school. When a phone call comes in, all of that gets derailed.
Some people reach out on Messenger just to ask for my phone number—as if a phone number is some kind of prize! You can send messages on WhatsApp, and you can do the same here on Facebook Messenger. But no—they insist on asking or saying things their own way, and when I don’t comply, they get offended. Their ego takes a hit, and they might even snap, "What are you, a minister? Or an IAS officer?"
No, my friend—I am neither a minister nor an IAS officer. I couldn’t even manage to be a peon for one! Are you happy now? I am who I am. I am open to talking to anyone, but there is a proper way to go about it. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I used to speak with five hundred people a day—so, I am certainly willing to talk. However, if you call me, I will block you. Answering every single call exposes you to radiation, which can lead to brain cancer. Learn how to communicate in this era of smartphones: send a text or a voice message, and I will respond when I am free. This way, communication happens between the two parties without any unnecessary disturbance, and time can be managed effectively.
This is the modern way. If you insist on staying in the era of old-fashioned, ringing telephones—calling even when it’s not an emergency—that is your choice. But please, do not involve me in that, Rao garu. Blocking you is the only option I have.
Life is like a bicycle!
To keep your balance, you must keep moving.
Good morning.
Life is not a hundred-meter race;
it is a long-distance journey.
Those who continue their walk each and every day with a smile are the true winners.
Good morning!
Pharmacists showing their universal form in campaigning.
There isn't a campaign they haven't done to scare people and inject them in the last week. Normally, with this campaign, there would have been a lot of panic among the people.
But "daddy! Flower is coming..." The story is getting real in the matter of corona The number of people who believe them is dwindling every day as this mafia has been campaigning without a break for two years. Someone is so innocent ... Innocent people are not illiterates .. The rest of the masses have stopped caring about these propaganda, except those who still believe the news coming out of the matter of corona
Some people think I haven't posted about these because I've been busy. Asked in messenger too. The word of being busy is true but the reason for not posting is told above. Talking about the propaganda that people don't care about, why should we give the propaganda that they don't have.
Anyway this post is for clarity.
Campaign happening now - facts.
1. "The cases are on the rise" ...
Yes! It is a growing fact. But not in a big way. Slowly here and there, people are getting corona infection again.
2 .” The fourth wave has arrived”. ..
. Not even a third one. Where are the four now? What is wave? Will the increase in cases become a wave? Will you care how many people got cold till yesterday? Alas, will they scare us by telling the calculations that they have given cold to so many people? No right! Why are people scared of corona If infected, hospital milk will be required. Fear of losing life right? This situation is limited to the first two waves. Actually, in the second wave itself, those who followed my instructions { Sun. Vitamin D .. Exercise .. Vegetarians b 12 .. Lack of fear } wandered around without caring at all. By the time of the Omicron variant, the number of hospital admissions has been very low—hardly what one would call a "wave." What is this "fourth wave" anyway? If we were to count them that way—four, five, six, seven—we would be seeing two waves every single year! These aren't "waves"; they are merely storms in a teacup. Pay no attention to them.
3. "There are new variants this time, and hospitals are filling up again..."
Some incredibly naive person—likely someone who blindly believes the propaganda spread by the pharmaceutical industry—probably got tested, found out they had COVID-19, and panicked, leading them to check into a hospital. Now, they are using this case to scare everyone else—it’s just another conspiracy.
As someone who interacts with hundreds of thousands of people daily, don't you think I would know what is actually happening?
Previously, those who contracted the virus experienced one or two symptoms—perhaps a couple of days of body aches, a mild cold, or a lump in the throat.
For those who hadn't been infected before but received the vaccine, the symptoms now—if they get infected—include a fever of 102–103°F for two days, a sore throat, a cold, and fatigue. This clearly shows just how bogus the whole vaccination narrative is.
Those who were infected in the past but have weak immunity are also showing the symptoms described in the second category.
4. "Everyone must get the injection immediately..."
The benefit is zero, while the risk is high. As the number of doses increases, so does the risk.
5. "If you keep getting COVID-19, your health will suffer..."
This is the latest piece of propaganda from the pharmaceutical industry—a truly abhorrent claim. It is a blatant, offensive campaign. It is outrageous that they would dare to spread such toxic propaganda while completely disregarding the fundamental principles of science. Are T cells dead? If this is the truth, how many times will we fall down after the first world war? What's going on? The difference between Americans who are afraid of cold and Indians who are ignoring common flu, the difference between Americans who take flu vaccine due to fear of cold. corona You came to know at the right time? Should India also be changed into another America? One allergic patient every two years in America.. An autoimmune disease sufferer.. One in four children has ADHD-like autism. Shall we make Kompa California??
6. "Children below five years of age are most VULNERABLE" ...
. Oh my god. If I say anything, some intellectuals will say that he is a doctor. If children below five years of age get that word, all children, the threat caused by corona is very less, the chances of children to children, and similarly the chances of children to adults are also very less? Was the medical research essay peer reviewed and published in Lancet which doctors consider authentic? Who says science? Which one is true?
7. "Masks should be worn to avoid Corona".....
Masks are made out of plastic. If these are kept as the same work, micro plastics go from nose to breath and into upper blood ... Was the peer-reviewed article on the medical research on the risk of blood cancer published in 2021 itself or not? Have plastics been found in the blood of thousands of people in European countries recently? Wearing mask is the way to avoid the burden of corona How did ninety percent of the country fall for it? Is it possible to practice wearing mask at home too?
Hey pharmacists! Their broker lu...
No matter how much you jacked up corona which has fallen down to cold level... How much propaganda is done, people don't care. Till yesterday at least half of the people would have been seen wearing masks on Hyderabad roads. Now only one or two out of hundred people are wearing masks. Enough is enough now. Stop your wasted effort. Don't talk too much among the people.
There are many more diseases to steal flowers from people's ears.. Politics are there too.
They have robbed it very well! How about keeping the whole thing in real estate? Try politics. You will get ten rupees for a rupee investment!
Yesterday I went to Kharmanghat.
Went to every class. He spoke to everyone. It's been a week since I went to Tirupati. Abids classes today.
Over the past four months, the media has effectively 'made' at least four people into Presidents.
Will all of them now be added to the list of former Presidents?
If our party/leader comes up with any program, we support it blindly.
In the same way it is to blindly oppose what the leader of the other party has started.
Supporters and opponents...everyone has a logic.
There is no good or bad problem here. All we have is blind affection / blind opposition.
There is no understanding of the matter. We have to support our party by doing something. Avathali people should be thrown dust ... This is the yava .. This is the Dugda
We have scabies. That gajje is the source of admiration/opposition. That is the real thing.
Now see, by climbing social media, praising our leader for hours and hours, breaking them and getting the happiness of a dog.
Those who blindly support and oppose everything, those who argue are cockroaches.
Due to blind supports, blind opposition, the loss is the society .. We are part of the society.... That means, if you have a leak in the boat, you will drown after a while. It doesn't matter if they get hurt. Dugda that their leader should win. There is no medicine for this gajji Guru!
Just a little getaway
He spoke about the news of corporate education institutions and the huge damage it caused to society in many TV channels for the past twenty years. Once upon a time those organizations had the support of all political parties and media. Gradually politics has changed. At last, the situation has come that a party has made the head of a corporate organization their own. Another party has opposed. In these circumstances, telling the corporate company about their frauds, it would be as if I was supporting one party and opposing another. " ohhh .. Is he from some party? "Those who criticize without thinking about the truth in what I said will become cockroaches. Blind affection then. That's why I kept my mouth shut.
Not over a month. And now another evolution. I have pointed out, on several occasions—without naming them—the frauds and injustices perpetrated by an online organization in the education sector. That company is now owned by a political faction that claims to oppose "corporate" interests. If I speak out against this, they will surely attack me. So, once again, I have chosen to keep my mouth shut.
Whether at the state or national level, it makes no difference which party is in power; the scenario remains exactly the same.
Every political leader’s primary objective is to win elections, and all their plans and campaigns are geared toward that end.
Driven by a fanatical, obsessive bias—blindly supporting or opposing certain parties or leaders, viewing "our leader" as a god or a divine incarnation, while labeling the "other" as a demon—Indian society, even after seventy years, has failed to reach even a basic level of democratic maturity.
The sins committed—like non-biodegradable waste—linger on. The current situation is already dire: prices are skyrocketing, unemployment is rampant, and a dangerous, violent frenzy is taking root among the youth. Yet, oblivious to all this, people remain deeply mired in sycophancy toward politicians and parties, or in hurling vulgar abuse at one another. This path will only invite further crises. This is not a curse; it is merely an analysis of what is bound to unfold.
Hi sir
This is Parent from slate Karmanghat of grade 1 and 5.
I joined my kids in the year 2021-2022 and after joining in slate I'm a very parent that I took right decision. Also I feel regret that why I didn't join my elder one when he is in nursery itself. We stay in Gayatri nagar which is very near to school hardly 1 km. But when my elder one was in pre kg I joined him in international school which is far away from my home I.e 14 kms. At that time even slate was there in Karmanghat but I thought it's international so good education and joined him. And after corona I just want to join my kids nearby and then my neighbor who is also a teacher in slate high school block she just told slate is good my kids and I are same school. I blindly joined my kids from the last academic year. And only few months my kids went and my elder one who is in 5th grade now he said to me mummy y didn't u join me before? I liked slate school than international. I just regret about that y i didn't join him from pre kg onwards. And I'm happy that my younger one who is in grade 1. I joined him in slate in UKG itself.
The main reason to write this message or words is that I just listened to ur voice message sir regarding real home work and this what I'm waiting for. Right from my childhood onwards same method of giving homework.
And yes giving home work in written that too writing 5 to 10 times won't help children I felt when my elder is in pre kg only. Because he told I know the spelling again y I have to write mom and sometimes as u said I only wrote his homework in pre kg as just to finish his homework and not to be punished.
And finally after listening to ur voice message I'm very happy sir that my kids are growing how to be independent by themselves. Because I'm worried about them like I'm there to do everything now but after growing big how they do themselves and how can they live independently. Leaving 1km school and joining 14 km school just seeing the name international and gave my son bad education I felt. But lately also I joined them in better school so I'm very happy sir.
Thank you sir for bringing the right education to our students and they feel happy that they are slaters in future. Thank you sir for taking time and reading this.
From
Happy Parents.
Pigeons, monkeys - let them live their lives.
I have posted that don't spoil our lives by feeding them!
Just like that, an antacid guy swung. He instructed to keep seeds for pigeons happily and keep more. How many types of people are thirsty on Facebook. Oh my god
Did I lose weight?
Once upon a time...
I weighed 75 kg, with 45% body fat!
And now...
My weight is 67 kg, with 15% body fat.
That means I got rid of 22 kg of fat!
And gained 14 kg of muscle!
✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️
Excess body fat is the root cause of various health issues. Muscle strength is an indicator of physical robustness.
If you lose weight simply by starving yourself, you end up with a frail, emaciated body—often referred to as "zero size."
If you build muscle without burning fat, there isn't much benefit.
Most people lack a proper understanding of these matters. This is known as "health illiteracy."
Health illiteracy!
A potbelly...
is not a sign of stature or greatness. It is an indicator of poor health and an unhealthy lifestyle!
"A person who runs a school—weighing 100 kg, with 30 kg of that just in the belly,
suffering from high blood pressure, diabetes, and joint pain; never stepping out of an air-conditioned room; wearing thick, 'soda-bottle' glasses—is this the fixed image you have in your mind?
True education should lead to a healthy body and positive thoughts!
It is about learning, not about chasing marks or securing ranks through dishonest means.
Education is what prepares a student for a happy life in the future.
A teacher is someone who leads by example and imparts wisdom from the heart.
Children don’t just listen to what we say; they imitate what we do.
Education means all-round development.
Vasireddy Amarnath is a modern-day educator who makes this possible.
If you have a preconceived notion that a school correspondent must look a certain way, that is a flaw in your own understanding. Please correct it."
Regarding a comment on my gym photo—"OMG! Can a school correspondent really look like this?"—this is my response.
Once upon a time corona I was in the pre-dawn era.
corona For the first time in Bangalore in the post era. Just five hours. Attending the wedding reception and travelling back at 10 pm.
Happy Father's Day

Self-deception!
For how much longer??
There are many misconceptions about health today. Pharmaceutical companies are spreading various narratives because if people remain healthy, their business will suffer. "Our ancestors didn't follow any strict rules; they ate happily and lived life with ease. Yet, today, some people go around uttering 'magic words' like 'eat this' or 'don't eat that'..." — a message like this is currently going viral.
Let’s uncover the actual truth.
Myth 1: Those who do hard physical labor don't need exercise.
Fact: True—those who engage in strenuous physical work don't necessarily need additional exercise. But the real question is: how many people actually perform such hard labor today? In the past, people would walk for kilometers, travel by bullock cart or horse, and engage in demanding agricultural or other manual tasks—working hard all day long. Whether it was washing clothes, preparing food, or performing household chores, both men and women remained physically active and would sweat throughout the day. Today, however—both in cities and even in villages—everything is done by machines. Where is the physical exertion for the body? Seventy percent of the population has moved away from physical labor; for these people, exercise has become a necessity.
In villages, children used to run along streams and brooks, climb trees, and swim in wells or rivers. Jumping, leaping, running, and playing happened naturally. In reality, children didn't need 'special' exercises back then. But today, in urban areas, the sofa has become the playground, and the mobile phone has become the primary toy—resulting in obesity. Consequently, even children now require specific forms of exercise.
Exercise is not merely a way to burn off excess food, nor is it a 'show-off' activity, nor is it something reserved only for the wealthy. Today, it is an absolute necessity.
Myth 2: To exercise, you must join a gym and have a coach—it’s an expensive affair.
Fact: True—if you exercise in a gym with the guidance of a coach, you will likely achieve better results. A coach can provide training tailored to... ...philosophy of our body. If you exercise under the supervision of a coach, the risk of injury during a workout is reduced. This may involve a cost, but where there’s a will, there’s a way—there are public parks, playgrounds, or even the option to work out at home. Those who are reluctant to exercise often try to suppress their guilt to feel better about themselves; they fail to realize that they are only fooling themselves. Even when they do grasp the reality, they often refuse to accept it.
Myth 3: Exercise is only for building muscle to impress girls! Also, exercising after the age of forty is dangerous.
Fact: Everyone who wishes to be healthy needs exercise, regardless of gender or age. In fact, exercise becomes even more essential as one gets older. You can start exercising even after retirement—it is something you truly need.
Myth 4: People who are active can eat whatever they want, and young people don’t need to control their diet.
Fact: The very idea of "control" is often treated like a dirty word—but how can you not know what or how much to eat? Is your stomach a septic tank?
If flour-based (refined carbohydrate) ingredients make up more than 50% of your diet—at any age between 2 and 100—you are essentially inviting health problems. Ensure that protein accounts for 25% of your intake. In our country, 70% of the population suffers from protein deficiency. Consuming white rice can lead to digestive issues. Obesity has become common, even among young children.
Our bodies consist of skin, fat, bones, and muscle. For men, a body fat percentage exceeding 25% is classified as obesity. Some people may appear thin, but they lack significant muscle mass—their bodies consist mostly of skin and the fat beneath it. For women, the threshold for obesity is a body fat percentage of 30%. Exceeding this threshold means one is considered obese. In our society, 90 percent of the population carries 40 to 60 percent excess body fat—essentially lugging around an extra 20 to 30 kilograms of "unwanted baggage" every single day. This leads to a myriad of health problems.
The primary cause of fat accumulation is an excessive intake of starches. Flour-based foods should not exceed 50 percent of one's diet; yet, for 95 percent of the population, such items make up anywhere from 20 to 90 percent of their daily food intake. This is the real culprit. If you ensure that your diet contains at least 25 percent protein, along with sufficient fiber, vitamins, and minerals, you can achieve good health. Strong muscles and bones are the pillars of well-being, and individuals with these foundations also possess robust immunity.
5. Myth: Consuming too much protein damages the kidneys.
Fact: The very notion of "too much" is, in this context, a complete fallacy. Protein should constitute 25 percent of one's diet. Growing children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and individuals over the age of 40 require even higher amounts of protein. In a country where 80 percent of the population suffers from health issues stemming from protein deficiency, the alarmist propaganda against high protein intake is nothing short of a conspiracy. It is true that for those who have already compromised their kidney function—due to inadequate water intake or a lack of dietary fiber—specific guidelines regarding protein consumption apply. However, excluding such cases, the primary health challenge for the rest of the population is, in fact, a lack of sufficient protein in their diet.
Let’s consider an example: if your body weight is, say, 70 kilograms... You need at least 70 grams of protein per day. A single chicken egg contains 4 grams of protein; this means you would have to eat 17 eggs a day.Can you actually eat that much? It’s not just about eggs, is it? Consuming 300 grams of pigeon peas (kandi pappu) a day would provide 66 grams of protein. Are you eating a quarter-kilogram of lentils daily? Is that even feasible? The white rice, sambar, rasam, and yogurt you consume contain virtually zero protein. The claim that these are "high in protein" is a cruel joke.
6. Myth: Nutritious food is an expensive affair.
Reality: Ruining your health—by consuming pizzas, burgers, colas, potato chips, noodles, frankies, and sweets—is the truly expensive endeavor. People gorge on junk food and, as a "bonus," end up needing blood pressure medication, heart stents, treatment for kidney stones, open-heart surgeries, insulin, or cancer care. It seems the primary goal of many people today is to hand over their hard-earned money first to the fast-food chains and then to the pharmaceutical industry.
The fact is, vegetables and fruits sold by street vendors or displayed on roadside stalls are inexpensive. For those living in villages, such produce is often available for free. Items like jamun (neredu), custard apple, fenugreek leaves, guava, *ponnaganti* greens, various garden greens, and palm seeds—these are all readily available in villages at no cost, aren't they?
In short, 90 percent of the food that comes in cans or packets is essentially poison. Buying and consuming these products is equivalent to handing over both your body and your wallet to the pharmaceutical industry. Most of the food available along farm boundaries, on the outskirts of villages, or on pushcarts in towns is generally healthy. The choice is yours.
7. Misconception: "Our ancestors ate whatever they pleased and were happy. These unnecessary restrictions have only appeared recently. Besides, what is the point of living while depriving oneself of food? What is the use of living a long life anyway?"
The Reality: Who exactly do you mean by "ancestors"? The human species has existed on Earth for four million years. For most of that time, humans lived by hunting, gathering food, and engaging in physical labor all day long.
That was the Stone Age. Sitting down was a rarity back then. They consumed meat, tubers, and fruits. In other words, for 99% of human history, there was no rice, no wheat, and no elaborate cooked dishes—only meat and raw plant-based foods (salads). Is this who you are comparing yourself to?
Or are you referring to the ancestors from the civilizations that emerged five thousand years ago? Agriculture was a manual craft—it meant sweating all day long. Even those in roles like priesthood (*purohityam*) would walk through forests to gather *darbha* grass; everyone was physically active and sweating. The rice and wheat consumed in those days were entirely different from what you eat now. The white rice you consume today is different, and the wheat flour you buy often contains *maida*—a "white poison." Consuming such things might even earn you colon cancer as a "bonus."
"Why live longer?" you ask. "Shouldn't one just eat happily and die?" But consider this: when you are facing the amputation of a leg due to diabetes or undergoing dialysis every other day, will you still be happy about the food you ate? It is true that no one can live forever, but is this—relying on a handful of pills every single day, undergoing surgeries, and ending up in the ICU—what you call a life?
You have 12 million (one crore and twenty lakh) ancestors. The last two generations {meaning you, probably your father} way different. Others have a different path. They eat to live. Today they are living to eat. Eating is a necessity then. Today is an addiction.
Food gives health. Buys the disease. Your disease is a lifeline for many. Like a philanthropist Papanna, I will live by buying diseases, malls, pizza, huts, cola, poison companies, and finally feeding hospitals.. If you say you will die by piercing wires like a corporate hospital patient, who will stop you? A person like you should be named as the king of sacrifices.
Health? Disease life? The choice is yours.
Health.. That's a way of life.

Cloud burst :
Clouds exploded at once and heavy rainfall.
Pharma companies extracted USD 2 trillion from consumers in the name of cholesterol level treatment.
What a shame on medical research fraud and authorities. Their incompetence cost USD 2 trillion to people who were fit and healthy.
*Cholesterol* is finally officially removed from Naughty List. The US government has finally accepted that *cholesterol* is not a _nutrient of concern_. *doing a U-turn* on their warnings to us to stay away from high-cholesterol foods since the 1970s to avoid heart disease and clogged arteries.
This means eggs, butter, full-fat dairy products, nuts, coconut oil and meat have now been classified as *safe* and have been officially removed from the _nutrients of concern_ list.
The US Department of Agriculture, which is responsible for updating the guidelines every five years, stated in its findings for 2015: "Previously, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommended that cholesterol intake be limited to no more than 300 mg/day.
"The 2015 DGAC will not bring forward this recommendation because available evidence shows no appreciable relationship between consumption of dietary cholesterol and serum (blood) cholesterol, consistent with the AHA/ACC (American Heart Association / American College of Cardiology)
The Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee will, in response, no longer warn people against eating high-cholesterol foods and will instead focus on *sugar as the main substance of dietary concern*.
US cardiologist Dr Steven Nissen said: _It's the right decision_. _We got the dietary guidelines wrong. They've been wrong for decades_."
When we eat more foods rich in this compound, our bodies make less. If we deprive ourselves of foods high in cholesterol - such as eggs, butter, and liver - our body revs up.
The Real Truth about Cholesterol. The majority of the cholesterol in you is produced by your liver. Your brain is primarily made up of cholesterol. It is essential for nerve cells to function.
Cholesterol is the basis for the creation of all the steroid hormones, including estrogen, testosterone, and corticosteroids.
*High cholesterol in the body is a clear indication which shows the liver of the individual is in good health.*
Dr. George V. Mann M.D. Associate director of the Framingham study for the incidence and prevalence of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and its risk factors states:
_Saturated fats and cholesterol in the diet are not the cause of coronary heart disease. *That myth is the greatest deception of the century, perhaps of any century*_
* Cholesterol is the biggest medical scam of all time*
There is no such thing as *bad cholesterol*
So you can stop trying to change your cholesterol level. Studies prove beyond a doubt, cholesterol doesn't cause heart disease and it won't stop a heart attack.
*The majority of people who have heart attacks have normal cholesterol levels.*
OUR BODY NEEDS 950 mg OF CHOLESTEROL FOR DAILY METABOLISM AND THE LIVER IS THE MAIN PRODUCER. ONLY 15% OF CHOLESTEROL IS BEING DONATED BY THE FOOD WE EAT.
If the fat content is less in our food we eat, our liver
Got to work more to maintain the level at 950 mg.
*If the cholesterol level is high in our body, it shows the liver is working perfectly.*
Experts say that there is nothing like LDL or HDL.
…………..
….. *Cholesterol is not found to create block anywhere in human body*.
Please share the recent facts about CHOLESTEROL
After a few months, I dealt with the Corona case yesterday.
A family. Last week went to Shirdi. corona tested if your body is weak after coming. Everyone found out through the test that corona is infected.
All ct value is 17 - 19. According to calculations, this is more viral load. This is an indication of danger on the occasion of the second wave.
Both the children of school, at least there is no cold, no body aches. If you test only with doubt, it came to know that corona is infected. Now mother and father.. These two have a little body aches.
Don't do anything. It is not necessary to get the test done. If you are in doubt, take BCD vitamin tablets zinc tablets for four days.
That's the matter, at least there's no cold. Body aches for only one or two days. That's the latest story on corona
Okay, for this, the pharmacists are raising jackies. That was already known.
The actual test waste. If you do, you too have a chance to get positive. {For at least twenty percent of those who are reading this message}. It's coming.. It's going to be gone.
corona This is the ultimate routine guru ...
An official is one who gives orders. A leader is one who sets an example through their own actions.
What many people don't realize is that consuming too much flour doesn't just lead to issues like obesity,
high blood pressure, diabetes, or heart attacks-it also impairs your mental clarity and sleep quality. Reduce your carbohydrate intake. Wake up your brain, which is currently stuck in a state of constant, sluggish drowsiness.
I may have presented the post in a funny way, but please grasp the serious point behind it (referring to the post I shared earlier).
My day begins at 5:30 AM with an hour at the gym. Then, it’s off to three different branches—covering eight buildings and countless floors—constantly moving up and down. Add to that air travel, plus four hours of time spent in a car, and I don’t get to sleep until midnight.
From 5:00 AM until well past midnight—it’s non-stop!
How do I manage all that energy? It’s not just for a single day; my schedule is this demanding every single day.
Where does this energy come from? If you don’t consume enough carbs, you’ll just end up feeling drained—what do you think, Amarnath?
I’m not just talking about it; I’m demonstrating it through my actions!
The feeling that I made a mistake last night still lingers in my mind.
Yesterday morning in Hyderabad, I was at the gym at 5:30 AM for my daily workout.
For breakfast, I had egg whites, an egg yolk, four almonds, and four walnuts.
By 8:30 AM, I was at the Slate school branch in Ameerpet, followed by visits to the branches in Himayatnagar and Abids.
I left Abids for the airport at 11:00 AM—heading to Tirupati in just an hour!
We were both scheduled to land in Tirupati, but there was a windstorm in the area. As we approached the Tirumala hills, the flight had to circle in the sky for over half an hour—anything could have happened.
The flight landed at 2:40 PM, forty minutes behind schedule.
By the time I reached the Slate campus in Tirupati, it was 7:15 PM; the final bell was due in half an hour. It was my first visit of this academic year, and there were new students in every class. There was no time to sit down for lunch—I spent the remaining half hour visiting all the classrooms instead.
I had two pieces of chicken at KFC in the Hyderabad airport—that was my lunch. Even though a meal was prepared for me at the Tirupati campus, there simply wasn't time to eat it.
Are you reading this out of curiosity, wondering what "mistake" I made last night?
It seems you’ve grown accustomed to the sensational, pointless headlines used by YouTube channels!
I left at 4:00 PM for Puttur! My wife, who had arrived on the same flight, headed straight there. After freshening up, we were ready by 5:30 PM.
We set off for a wedding in Thiruvallur, arriving at the wedding hall by 7:00 PM.
Dinner was served at 8:00 PM.
Masala dosa, plain white rice, two types of sweets, rasam, and curd rice.
Tamil Nadu cuisine—that’s a whole different story! I follow a low-carb diet 19 times a week. This means I minimize my intake of flour-based foods, relying instead on vegetables, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. On Saturday dinner and Sunday lunch, I switch to a high-carb diet—essentially an "all-you-can-eat" approach, including plenty of rice and high-fat foods.
Yesterday was Thursday—a day meant for a low-carb diet. But then, I was confronted with traditional Tamil Nadu cuisine. Have you ever tried it?
Masala dosa, sweets, white rice, *perugannam* (curd rice)—have you ever seen how much people eat?
It’s my own fault. Are you thinking, "What is he saying? Is he cursing us?"
Let me get to the real point. Obesity and a host of other health issues—like diabetes and high blood pressure—are primarily caused by an excess of carbohydrates.
People should eat only a tiny amount, but they end up consuming a mountain of food. During my "diet break" at the end of the week, I noticed people around me eating five times more than I did.
Are those stomachs, or are they vast reservoirs?
Masala dosa—rice flour, carbs, and a potato filling—it’s all carbs.
Curd rice, sweets...
"Carbs, carbs everywhere—they’ve taken over the world! Diabetes, high blood pressure—it’s all because of carbs. People’s stomachs... day in and day out... it’s just carbs, carbs, carbs. The whole world is sick!"
After singing this little tune in the style of [S.P.] Balu for the duration of a two-hour night journey, I reached the Tirupati campus at midnight and fell fast asleep.
Waking up now, I feel like I’ve completely "messed up" my diet from the night before.
Did you see the headings, expect something else, and then—after reading to the end—let out a sigh of frustration and start cursing me?
Try to grasp the core message: it’s not the food itself that’s the problem—it’s the excessive consumption that can be fatal. They show you hell while alive!
High carbs kill!
More than a hundred people have died so far during the Char Dham Yatra (according to official figures).
Did you ask why? They offer every explanation except the real one. Taking a booster dose increases the risk of weakening the heart muscles. What happens when such a weakened heart is put under stress? Like climbing a mountain-and at high altitudes, oxygen levels are also low! This leads to heart attacks. Those who have taken the booster dose: do not lift heavy weights this year, and do not climb hills.
There was news the other day that crores of vaccine doses remained unused.
Some of the immediate consequences followed...
State governments, such as Maharashtra, have quadrupled their COVID-19 testing, revealing a high number of cases.
Yesterday, I received a message from a friend—a senior, all-India-level official at an organization with branches nationwide and thousands of employees—asking, "Amar, a booster dose is being made mandatory in our organization. Will you take it?"
My response was: "According to a Supreme Court ruling, no one can be forced; doing so is a crime. Tell them you won't take it. If they detain you over this, file a case. If that doesn't work, leave the job. I’m not saying everyone who takes a booster will suffer, but the risk increases with each dose. Is it worth risking your life?"
The network behind this—centered in Pune—is formidable; they are capable of anything. In the early days of the vaccine, when doses weren't selling, they unleashed the Delta variant from their own base, triggering the catastrophic second wave. Now, even with a Supreme Court ruling in place, they continue to find ways to push their sales.
It has become difficult to further alter the coronavirus through genetic engineering, which is why people have managed to survive. Otherwise, they would have engineered and released a variant capable of evading the body's T-cell-mediated immunity—at which point they would surely say, "See? We told you the coronavirus was 'cooked up' (fabricated)." "Vaccine brokers will soon be singing a different tune."
Just as in a Vithalacharya film—where a bizarre, fantastical creature might be found hiding in the hollow of a banyan tree across the seven seas—the idea of a virus variant that remains undetectable even to T-cells is, in practical terms, an impossibility. That is precisely why they are resorting to all sorts of other tactics.
Gates acts as a 'grandfather' figure to the world, yet through his agents, he is nothing more than a thief to America. As for the man from Pune—he is one of our own.
Let us hope that, within the next decade, the misdeeds of these 'merchants of death' will be exposed, backed by concrete evidence. Until then, if someone like me speaks of this, it will likely be dismissed as nothing more than a tall tale—a piece of pure fantasy.
At Slate Ameerpet, Slate Abids, and Slate Himayatnagar, all seats are filled (from Nursery through all other classes).
Admissions are now closed. At Slate Bowrampet and Slate Tirupati, the same situation is expected to arise within a week. Seats are also filling up rapidly at Slate Karmanghat. Seats are still available at Slate Vijayawada and Slate Gannavaram. Thank you for the trust you have placed in us.
"Are you wearing a wig? Is that mustache real or fake?" — a tweet from one political leader.
"I'll show you my entire body! Go ahead and pull everything off to check — you'll see whether it's real or not," came the reply from another leader. These were the tweets exchanged yesterday between two political leaders in Andhra Pradesh.
While it is healthy — and indeed necessary for a democracy — for politicians to engage in critical debate over public issues, resorting to personal attacks is entirely inappropriate. If leaders at such high levels behave this way, what can be expected from the general public? Such conduct only fuels personal insults, verbal abuse, hostility, and deep-seated grudges.
The verdict delivered by the City Civil Court in this instance will serve as a guiding precedent for the future.
Congratulations to Mohit, the young lawyer who argued the case and secured such a commendable judgment.
At a meeting the other day, someone asked, "Sir, would it be sufficient if I introduced you as the Director of the Slate institutions?" "Just say Vasireddy Amarnath," was my answer.
Listeners, even if no one says...
! "No need for vaccines" says my guy..
Because of 2 "no vaccines, people are able to stay safe in our country today. You have seen how people died in the second wave. Vaccines are the reason for that if the situation is not there now" is an opinion.
Whoever says it should be listened to. But don't trust anyone blindly. How much truth in that should be seen often.
Countries that have given vaccines at the lowest level in the world. Burundi, Chad, Haiti, Yemen, Ethiopia, Sudan, Niger, Nigeria, Tanzania, Cameroon, Mali, Madagascar, Sudan, Syria, Somalia... Vaccines were not given to at least ten percent of the population in these countries.
If vaccines are to be protected from corona cases and deaths should be higher in these countries. Are you there? Check it out.
Why there somewhere. There are many people around you who have not been vaccinated. Are they the ones who are suffering from corona Are they running to hospitals? Check it out. How many of you are suffering from side reactions after taking vaccination in your circle of friends? . How many are happy without vaccination? Why would someone tell me. You yourself check check. Who has hair loss, dizziness, ear attack, brain attack, heart attack, high sugar, high BP etc? corona Did you get it because of soaking? Or has it started since the vaccination scene was taken? Check it out for yourself. With ten people, if you have patience check with hundred people.
Explained.
Why like this?
Once you visit corona you will get T cells protection. That will protect a lifetime. Our benefactor country is Pakistan. They lifted the gates during the first wave. Do you remember? The videos of people doing Ramzan shopping in groups without masks became viral when we were in the first lockdown. Then some people died, it's true. But with almost the entire population going in, the delta wave is not much there. Omicron issue is okay. In our country, Dharavi in Mumbai is quite unsanitary, and the situation in the Old City of Hyderabad is much the same.
During the second wave in our country, herd immunity developed, with as much as ninety percent of the population having acquired it. That is why the Omicron variant didn't cause any major issues. Meanwhile, some pharmacists are campaigning against the potential harm caused by vaccines, suggesting that the protection actually comes from T-cells rather than the vaccines themselves.
Regardless of what anyone says, shouldn't we verify things for ourselves?
Even in many developed countries—like China and Australia—that relied heavily on vaccines and enforced months-long lockdowns, believing they had survived thanks to the vaccines, deaths still occurred. Why? Look at the data. Just ask "Mother Google"—explore the websites. This is your own life; don't trust anyone—don't even trust me! Verify things for yourself, time and again.
One last point! Consider the Spanish Flu that emerged around the time of the First World War.
What vaccine did people rely on back then? How did things return to normal by 1920—was it because of a vaccine?
If so, what was the name of that vaccine?
Were there even any vaccines available at that time?
Did the virus responsible for the Spanish Flu simply die out on its own?
And how many times might our own parents or grandparents have been infected? As for "boosters"—how did we end up so fearful of the virus without them?
Why are flu vaccines now being administered to newborns in private hospitals?
And why aren't they being provided in government hospitals?
Ask these questions. Seek out the answers. Do not trust anyone blindly.
Congratulations Sreenivas. Wishing all the best.
"Daddy! I got five times more marks in these exams than in the previous one!" the boy exclaimed.
Overjoyed, the father threw a party for his friends, boasting, "My boy is super!"
At the party, someone asked, "So, exactly how many marks did your son get?" The father called his son to find out. In the previous exam, he had scored one mark out of a hundred; this time, he got five marks out of a hundred. As the reality sank in, the expression on the guest's face fell.
Elsewhere... a real estate advertisement. "The market rate is one crore rupees, but we have only fifty lakhs. It didn't just sell like hotcakes—it sold like a life-saving medicine!
The reality is this: a 500-square-yard plot in the market costs one crore rupees. The seller is offering a 200-square-yard plot—a detail he tucked away, barely visible, in the fine print of the brochure.
We are entering an era of misinformation—an era of 'poisonous' information.
If there is no information, many problems arise. But now, information is becoming increasingly abundant. Those who seek to cheat others will use statistics to deceive you, cleverly distorting the facts.
Take, for instance, the current figures regarding COVID-19 cases. Over the past week, the number of COVID tests has been increased three to four-fold. Yet, they hide this fact and instead propagate the narrative: 'Oh my god, COVID-19 cases have surged four-fold!' This has been their tactic for the last two years—it is nothing but deception.
Consider the situation regarding vaccines. Until recently, if you asked about adverse reactions, they would retort: 'What side effects? Do you even have a brain? Do you understand science? How can you be so ignorant?' But after thousands of cases were taken to legal authorities—where it was proven that the issues were indeed caused by the vaccine—they suddenly changed their tune. They might say, 'Oh, well, out of crores of doses, only a hundred or so were affected...' But how can this 'bad' outcome be weighed against the 'good' deeds performed by our 'mother' [the state/authorities]?" "That is how they are supposed to be.
This is just the beginning. In the coming days, the campaign will be flooded with beautiful lies, statistics, and tables packed with gigabytes of falsehoods. Frauds, crimes, and horrors will become the new normal.
The era of robots—the age of artificial intelligence—is upon us.
In this robotic age, only those who possess critical thinking will manage to survive and thrive. The rest will be led astray like sheep, destined for a miserable existence.
Critical thinking is essentially common sense.
Don't just swallow every deception you hear; learn to pause and reflect before accepting anything.
'It’s in the newspaper,' 'It just appeared on TV,' 'I saw it on WhatsApp'—if you believe such things blindly, your assets and your very life could go up in flames. Never trust anything without question. Think, inquire, and investigate—rational inquiry, logical reasoning, lateral thinking, and critical thinking are vital. They are the oxygen required to survive in the age of robots.
Those who believe everything they read in a headline, or who forward messages the moment they receive them—these are what we call 'web-koofs' (a play on 'web' and the Hindi/Urdu word *waqoof*—meaning a fool). A 'web-koof' is someone who gullibly believes that everything found on the internet is the absolute truth. Let’s call these 'web-koofs' the 'baby kings' (a mocking term for the naive).
'Grandpa' Gates—the architect of the future robotic world!
'Grandpa' Gates is deciding what the world should look like in the Fourth Industrial Revolution; he is the 'Brahma' (creator) of the robot age. Sitting somewhere far away, he is scripting our destinies—all while treating the whole thing like a grand, farcical parody, watching the absurdity unfold.
Here is what 'Grandpa' Gates thinks of these 'web-koofs':
'Well, well, you "baby kings"! What use are you to this world? You were born for nothing, living only to consume. You are a blight on the environment and a catastrophe for nature. In this age of robots, what possible use is there for sheep like you? Get lost!'" Go get an injection. We need to lighten the burden on this Earth. All that’s required is for people to possess a bit of common sense. "Balarajus" (gullible folks) — men and women alike!
Did you get it? If you understand, don't believe it immediately. Think—is it true? Use critical thinking. That’s how you need to approach things. Here are a few examples for you to ponder. Think about them carefully:
1. A message circulates claiming, "A school bus met with an accident near Kanchi; children are injured and in urgent need of blood." Compassionate souls—these "Balarajus"—immediately forward it. But did they ever check when the accident actually happened or what the date was? Thanks to these well-meaning but naive folks, the message is still making the rounds on WhatsApp. The children involved have likely finished their education and settled into their careers by now, yet the message continues to go viral!
2. There’s a viral message about a couple involved in an accident in Bangalore who supposedly need kidneys. Do kidneys just sit around waiting to be claimed, like meat at a butcher shop in Panjagutta? Does anyone actually keep a request for kidneys circulating via forwarded messages for days on end? Oh, you poor, tender-hearted "Balarajus"!
3. A message goes viral claiming that someone in Bangalore is offering free education. If only these people had tried calling the numbers provided, they would have realized why they were all switched off! But our "Balarajus" just keep forwarding—leading to higher data consumption, much to the delight of the service providers. They are the ones truly profiting from these "Balarajus"—in fact, they are the very source from which such messages often originate!
4. After years of indulging in heavy, rich foods (like tripe), some people suddenly decide they want to slim down. Unable to control their diet or commit to exercise, they fall for claims that taking certain "herbal
medicines" will help them lose weight—even if it means risking their kidneys. Should one really believe everything someone else says? How could you?
Many have become millionaires by investing in rabbit farming, teak plantations, or sandalwood cultivation—or so the claims go. And what about those "Japan mats" (health mats)—how many of you actually became healthy just by keeping one in your room? What’s going on, Bala Raju?
5. We are Indians. We love our national anthem; it is a source of great pride. That’s wonderful. But in a world with over 180 countries and hundreds of languages, is it even possible to listen to and understand every national anthem to declare one the "best"? Yet, many "Bala Rajus" (gullible folks) went ahead and made a message go viral, claiming our national anthem had won an award for being the "best in the world"—without ever stopping to think if such a thing were even feasible. Beware—"Grandpa Gates" is watching, and he might just send you packing!
"Grandpa Gates" has a zero-tolerance policy toward these "Bala Rajus." He has a massive international network at his disposal—hired hands, propagandists, brokers, and a whole troupe of people ready to spread his narrative. They’ll even launch counter-attacks against anyone who dares to speak the truth. So, be very careful—and use your own brain!
Tomorrow's world belongs to those who have common sense.
Wondering where you can find common sense? It’s not something you can pick up at a supermarket, nor will you find it in those Chinese-style poultry farms.
Think of the tales of Tenali Ramalinga, the stories of Akbar and Birbal, or the fables of the Panchatantra.
Remember *Chandamama*—that old childhood companion?
If you want to move forward in this age of robots, you must actually look back—revisiting the old ways and the old world that you once discarded as "useless." In the era of artificial intelligence, only the one who has natural intelligence will survive. Let it grow. Intelligence does not mean beating. It's not to believe blindly. Intellect means a Tenali Ramalinga. A beer ball.
Natural genius .. That is life .. That is the future
Yesterday at Aadyas junior college ( located near KBR park , Banjara Hills ).
I found the college management committed to the cause of holistic development of their students. Great spirit.
Thanq very much sir .. it was a spell bound speech ..
to be very honest I was worried with the way you started the speech ..but the way you Carried it along and ended it ,is beyond my imagination..now we know why you are respected so much.. what you taught today will be remembered for life by the kids and it is a life changing lesson what they would have got from this session of yours today .. we request you to kindly give us regular sessions at your convenience sir .. we would be ever grateful for that
A personality development program conducted by IMPACT.
Many personality development experts spoke before me in the two-day program. At three in the afternoon it was my turn. I thought I would have to talk for two hours. When I got on the stage I knew that it was only thirty minutes. In such a short time, I doubt whether they will like my speech in front of those great speakers. Briefly say what you have to say in twenty minutes. If you see their reaction there, you will understand how my class is.
F 3 is a bit of a bitch.
Fanno ?! Frustration !
Significant changes have occurred in society both before and after the lockdown.
The behavior of some children has become unpredictable.
In some households, conflicts between spouses have increased; for those who were already experiencing discord, the incidence of divorce has risen.
Individuals who were previously prone to mild bouts of anger are now exhibiting extreme behavioral patterns.
The distance between teachers and students has grown, and a rift has developed between parents and children who have lost their sense of discipline.
Child offenses—crimes committed by minors—are on the rise.
Many people have faced financial hardships. Furthermore, the post-COVID era has brought about various health issues—some linked to the virus itself, others potentially related to vaccinations.
All of these are adverse consequences stemming from humans being confined within their own homes.
If we wish to mitigate these issues, humans must reconnect with one another.
We need to move beyond mere chatting and engage in actual conversation—at the very least, by speaking over the phone. The advent of smartphones has led to an over-reliance on text-based communication, which has diminished our capacity for meaningful human interaction. People now become deeply disappointed over even the most trivial matters.
It is essential to rise before sunrise and engage in brisk physical activity.
Most importantly, families should sit down to eat together, setting aside their mobile phones. We need to talk to one another.
We must restore the harmony and well-being that once existed.
Every home should be filled with happiness and peace.
Once December passes, by the time the Sankranti festival arrives, the coronavirus will vanish completely.
A whole new astrology. Innovative language.
One boy killed his own mother.
Another boy impregnated his younger sister. Some children arrived at school carrying lethal weapons. Thousands are under the influence of substances like alcohol and cannabis. Incidents of school property being vandalized are countless.
Yet, the intellectuals remain completely unconcerned—acting as if these aren't even problems at all—choosing instead to "stay cool" and "stay safe."
Case if you keep sour in the nose.
Will these cases stop at least for another hundred years?
The cases on the rise ... Disturbance ... How much correct is it to say this? corona Even if it has changed like a cold, no one is sleeping like a jail, why is this?
It is not a news if you are dying in hundreds after getting vaccinated.
Corona cases news?
Money is life, those who live like a living sacrifice will not understand the sweetness of life even if we tell them.
That's a kind of blindness. Even if surgery is done, the vision will not come. Social blindness has no cure.
Slate sports teachers practicing the newly introduced exercise methods!
SLATE Vijayawada Dean Rambabu sent a message yesterday.
"Sir, here in Poranki, in the vicinity of our school, one or two other schools—claiming to follow a 'Cambridge Curriculum'—have recently emerged. They are targeting our parents, obtaining their contact details, and actively soliciting them. As a result, about ten of our families have already requested Transfer Certificates (TCs) and enrolled their children in those schools. Some parents here have an obsessive fascination with labels like 'Cambridge' or 'CBSE.' We need to address this; otherwise, there’s a risk that even more parents might seek TCs."
My response, sent via a voice message, was as follows:
"Rambabu! Ours is a local, neighborhood school—plain and simple. We aren't in a position to compete with institutions that brand themselves after Cambridge, Oxford, Washington, London, or California. They operate at an international level; we operate at a local, grassroots level. So, stop making such comparisons. We are moving forward by focusing on what is truly best for the children. Look at our 'STEP-22' (Slate Transformative Education Program)—a framework comprising twenty-two distinct elements designed for the post-COVID era. Our philosophy includes letting children play in the sand and mud, holding a twenty-minute morning assembly in the sunlight, incorporating physical exercise, ensuring hydration breaks three times a day, providing protein-rich lunches, and observing 'Veggie Wednesdays' and 'Fruity Fridays.' We emphasize life skills and future-ready competencies—it’s all about our specific pedagogical approach.
We cannot impress or convince parents who aspire to international standards—those focused on hygiene, vaccinations, avoiding junk food (like Pepsi or pizza), or having high-end facilities like math labs, language labs, and tablets—using our 'indigenous' (traditional/local) methods. It’s best to simply keep our hands in our pockets and carry on with our own work. Why compare ourselves to institutions operating on an entirely different level? Just focus on the task at hand!"
(This is what I said in the voice message.) I am reminded of the first and second waves of the COVID-19 pandemic. I recall those who mocked me, asking, "Is he a doctor? Will walking in the sunlight really get rid of the coronavirus?"—only for them to later contract the virus themselves, despite having spent their time preaching, "Stay home, stay safe—that is the only way." When they eventually fell ill, they ended up spending two lakh rupees on Remdesivir and steroids.
Life is about moving forward—practicing and teaching what one believes in, regardless of personal attachments, emotions, or animosities.
I alone am responsible for my own karma.

That's a universal city. An immigrant from Europe settled in that city.
His wife is a Telugu woman. The couple had a daughter. That girl was born in that universe itself. Grow up.
Like many teenage girls in the city, she fell in love at an unknown age. Went to the movies and shopping malls with the boy. They used to go to the pubs too.
Went to a pub once. Her boyfriend said stop now he will drop you. Okay, it's okay. Her friends are with her boyfriend. This girl could not grasp the evil in their hearts.
They put the girl in words and took her cell phone. The band worn by the pub owner was removed from her handbang and hid it.
Her boyfriend kissed her. Just thought that was natural. She also liked to kiss the guy in front of his friends. She was forced to experience according to the plan laid out by those looking for it. They changed the car and raped once again. The girl who was in the drugs they gave as per the plan could not do anything as she was interested.
I was very scared, parents did not tell how much I asked. When taken to a professional counselor, she told the matter.
The father of a boy who was raped in this way shared the video taken by his son's group on social media and started campaigning that the character of the girl was such that she wanted to have group sex.
That girl made a mistake in the teenage face. Those guys did the crime. There is no comparison to the two. Confusion in public; Many people do not have the maturity to understand.
A police officer for that city. A man of integrity. He does the work of the best. Son's marriage is going on. He put on leave. This is a sensational case in this logo. Someone has to do a son's wedding well. Poor thing, that police officer had to come to office at the time of marriage for duty.
Duty while on leave. Phones. Immediate doubts arise, especially since the press conference failed to answer certain questions. There is something more going on—perhaps some myths at play.
Police duty is a thankless job. In every case, there is a complainant and an accused; both expect the police to act in their favor—which, of course, is impossible. Consequently, at least fifty percent of those who approach the police end up dissatisfied.
Unlike other professions that have fixed working hours, the police must be on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. While others enjoy holidays during festivals, the police often face double the workload.
As in any system, there may be corrupt individuals within the police force, yet the entire system is often blamed.
Even a father who cannot control his own son at home will criticize the police for a lack of law and order.
This is a story I have written. What do you think? It has no connection to real-life events; any resemblance is purely coincidental. This is a work of fiction.
Please understand—I know you will.
Protecting *Dharma* ensures that one is protected in return!
A sixteen-year-old boy killed his mother—whose husband serves in the army—using a revolver.
He then fired more shots at her lifeless body, locked it in a room, tied up his sister in another, and went about his life as if nothing had happened for three whole days! This incident took place in Lucknow.
Another incident occurred a few days ago in Chandanagar, Hyderabad: a brother, a first-year intermediate student, and his sister, a ninth-grade student, shared the same room. The girl became pregnant. When her parents took her to the hospital, she revealed that her brother had forced her into the sexual acts.
Is there anything left to say?
A mobile phone in the hands of a child is like a ticking time bomb. Take it away immediately—otherwise, no one is safe.
Amnesia Pub Party: Vasireddy Amarnath about Permission Letters For Students | SumanTV Great Father
Varjayeth is everywhere!
Are you talking to them?
There are so many atrocities happening all around us—disturbing scenes appearing in the media every single day.
Alcohol, smoking, drugs, pornography, violent videos, and even gang rapes involving school-aged children...
Is your own child safe?
Every parent believes their child is innocent. They assume that because they have raised their child well, such things could never happen to them—that these are just events happening "out there."
The fact is, teenagers are often more influenced by their peers. If there is filthy water all around, it won't take long for it to flood your own home.
Wake up!
Many parents fear that bringing up such topics will plant "bad" ideas in their children’s minds—ideas they wouldn't have otherwise. Consequently, these subjects are never discussed. By avoiding these conversations, parents miss a crucial opportunity. Meanwhile, children are receiving the same information—often in distorted or harmful ways—through their social circles (WhatsApp groups, secret Instagram groups, etc.). Once they reach a certain age, they may no longer be willing to listen to you at all.
Now is the right time. Talk to your children.
Discuss current events with your child—if they are over ten years old—and help them develop a proper understanding of the world.
Let me explain how you might talk to your children about an incident currently in the news. This is just a sample—an example of how you can address such events. (Note: Do not discuss these matters with children under the age of eight; if you must address something, it should be done in a completely different way. The explanation below is intended only for children over the age of ten.)
Look here...
A girl, not even sixteen, has fallen in love. For those under twenty, a stable personality has not yet fully formed. The prefrontal cortex—the front part of the brain—is still in the process of development. In other words, their personality is currently like a rough sketch—still a work in progress. How can one define what a drawing will look like while it is still being sketched? Similarly, people often do not fully understand who they are themselves—let alone what their own true preferences are. In such a state, how could they possibly decide what kind of spouse they need? It is simply not possible.
Marriage implies a shared life spanning at least fifty years. A husband and wife must live together; for this to work, their personalities need to be highly compatible—ideally matching by at least ninety percent. Marriages that lack this compatibility are bound to fall apart.
Your mother/father and I have built a life together, which is why our family is so happy. Just imagine what would have happened if we had fought and gone our separate ways! Our only wish—our ambition—is for you to settle down well in life.
The foundation for one’s life should be laid during one’s formative, educational years. Movies and television serials often "brainwash" you into believing that the infatuation experienced during the teenage years is "love." It is not love; it is merely a teenage obsession. When a girl constantly thinks about a boy—or a boy about a girl—the body begins to produce a hormone called oxytocin. It’s a curious phenomenon.
In the early stages, it feels incredibly thrilling—as if the other person is always right by your side, no matter where you are. It’s like the poetic notion that the touch of a "beautiful queen of love" can turn base metal into gold, or that even sweat becomes as fragrant as sandalwood. All of these sensations are simply the magic of oxytocin.
The problem is that once you fall under the spell of oxytocin, your focus shifts away from your education. The eight years starting from the eighth grade are a crucial phase in your life. This is the period that will determine whether you travel in a shared auto or a luxury car in the future—whether you take your children on a summer trip to New Zealand or just to Tank Bund.
We are entering the age of robots. Robots will take over seventy percent of jobs, and the middle class will vanish. Only twenty percent will lead a happy life—those who are well-educated and have acquired essential life skills and future-oriented competencies. The remaining eighty percent will have to depend on government subsidies to survive. The kind of life you lead is entirely in your own hands.
Now is the time to study; focus on that. Once you cross the age of 22, you will develop a distinct personality and begin to understand yourself. You will then reach the maturity required to decide what kind of spouse you want. Right now, you ask, "Mom, does this look good?" when buying a set of clothes. Once you are settled in life and truly understand your own needs, if you find someone you like, tell us. We only want what is best for you, don't we? If it is a sound decision, we will certainly move forward with it.
A mango becomes sweet and edible only when it has fully ripened. If you try to eat it while it is still in the flowering or budding stage, your mouth will end up sore.
Love, marriage, and sex—none of these are wrong. It has an age and occasion. You were born because me and your mother had sex. We were born because our mother and father had sex. The subtitle itself explains this. The salvation of the righteous lust. Lust means sex {not just sex}. This is the right of man.
You are now in a bachelor pad. This is the stage where knowledge and skills should be acquired and laid the foundation of life. On the other side the housing estate will come. Marriage sex then. That's a station to come to.
Childhood is something that will never come back. A sweet memory. Ninety-nine adults want to go back to childhood. That would not be possible. Enjoy your childhood if you are in that phase. Fly away .. The leap .. Play and sing .. Mother and father and house dog .. TO fellow human beings... Look at society... Look at the country... Cherish the human being.
Engaging in activities meant for a later stage of life—such as love and sex—prematurely can leave your life stranded, much like being stuck at a bus stop. You lose your childhood, and you won't even be able to truly enjoy sex.
Consider this girl—barely sixteen. She believed she was in love. She got into a car with a boy and his friends. At such a tender age, restraint is essential; she lacked it. She even kissed the boy in front of his friends. And what kind of person was he? He handed over the girl he claimed to love to his own friends. She trusted and loved such a vile individual. Even if he hadn't done it today, he would have eventually sold her out. This incident serves as an example of how immature teenage "love" can be.
Rape—it will take her years to recover from this mental trauma. A deep-seated fear of sex will likely have taken root in her subconscious mind. It is highly improbable that she will ever be able to enjoy sexual intimacy with her future husband. One moment of impulse, one misstep—and a life is destroyed.
The focal point of a marital relationship is sexual intimacy. When a wife cannot provide sexual satisfaction to her husband (or vice versa), the likelihood of infidelity or trouble within the family increases. Marriage can either be a celebration—like fireworks—or it can fall apart during the "love" phase.
Breakups and divorces breed negative emotions, triggering the production of the hormone cortisol. This causes severe damage to one's well-being.
Look at those boys—influenced by what they saw on their cell phones, they spiraled into pornography, alcohol consumption, rape, and even group sex. At just sixteen, they reached the 'climax' of their lives—game over, the end of the road.
For a fleeting moment of perverse pleasure, they have reached a point from which even God cannot save them. Now, they face twenty years behind bars—no women, no intimacy, no marriage, no home. Surrounded by mosquitoes, flies, and other criminals, their existence will be a living hell. What if they had chosen the right path? Their fathers hold respectable positions; they could have lived happy, fulfilling lives.
Life is a choice.
One must do the right things at the right time.
What if the pilot, who was supposed to land a plane at Shamshabad, had attempted to land three minutes too early?
A crash.
Do you want your life to end in a crash? Or do you want a safe landing?
Make a decision today.
Vasireddy who poured Vidyarashi
One side request stretched out
Corona!
Birds of a kind
The lives that are falling down!
Piles of dead bodies!
Just to touch the homies
Afraid family members!
Another level of government for schools
The wine that announced the holidays!
About to send the kids out
The parents who are scared!
In these situations
Would anyone like to do this?
For those who are hungry,
Food will be served!
For those without,
Will help!
They will shake hands!
They boast!
But,
About the future generations
Who would have thought?
About the future of children
Who would have thought?
About real ethnic wealth
Who's down to shake up?
Is it the government?
Voluntary organizations?
Is the head of the caste?
Religion is big?
Who is that?
who
And he's back in the day!
Open the schools!
Heads (HEADS) program!
Those who have heads are deceived!
He told me to trust his head!
Reassured mothers!
Let's make dreams come true!
teachers,
Wasn't supposed to come!
He said to come with a policy!
Not for the salary,
Come for lives!
Not for survival!
He said to come for the future!
Do not believe in tricks!
He also believed in power!
At first no one believed,
That next one,
Starting as one,
one to one
Looking at each other and being one,
At last
One by one,
Everyone has arrived!
The trust has become real!
Hope has breathed in!
The ambition has come true!
A dream come true!
This is a story of one year!
The next year,
The year above
Well that's the same story again!
But,
Hope Recurred!
Ambition has been revived!
Two years ago
Even if I go to school for half a day,
And the education doesn't stop!
Now the tests
No one is scared!
Adi is in 10th grade today
The results of the exams have proven!
The happiness of the children!
Parents' joy!
Teachers celebration!
A surprise in society!
Just in him
What an idea!
In the future
What are the dangers?
What are their consequences?
What are their remedies?
What are our consequences?

Apologies for that.
Although I have a clear understanding of educational matters, I have refrained from commenting on many recent issues in the field. I will continue to remain silent.
The reason?
The education system itself has turned into a political issue.
Politics is important for political parties and their leaders.
As for the public—they align themselves with one party or another, often with intense devotion—coupled with deep-seated hatred for the opposing side. Common sense has completely vanished.
If I express an opinion on a matter—an opinion formed solely from the perspective of the children—and it happens to align with the stance of a particular party, people immediately label me a "stooge" for that party and start hurling stones without a second thought. If, on another occasion, my views happen to favor a different party, they will throw stones again. They have already made up their minds that I am a "stooge," so they simply assume that I am orchestrating some kind of drama.
Why should I subject myself to this? Is it worth spending my time trying to do something good for others, only to end up being pelted with stones?
During the COVID-19 pandemic and the vaccination drive, I saw people’s lives shattered. I cannot afford to go through that every single time.
Let me tell you one thing: the education sector is drowning in a cesspool of politics. Anyone who speaks the truth is not a politician—it is all just theft and exploitation.
There is no such thing as impartial media. You cannot gain a proper understanding of the situation by reading what are essentially political party pamphlets.
Forgive me.
We do not accept this.
This is a game of thrones.
This is the result of the writings of WhatsApp fools—people like Amarnath—who know nothing about science.
Do not believe such nonsensical drivel.
Now, at least for this fourth wave, keep one or five lakhs [rupees] aside—"come and get a shave" [a colloquial, mocking way of saying "come and get fleeced/ripped off"]. Please, go ahead and buy it.
On top of that, get four booster doses. And if you’re still alive, you can go ahead and get a fifth one too.
The monkey mind in Humans this is a mistake we all make in life.
We are not satisfied with what we have received. What we have earned. We want more. We cannot even enjoy what we have with the worry of earning more. This video is an example of that.
It is no loss to me if you choose to disregard my words.
There are many people who have lost their fame by ignoring what I had to say.
My only concern is that this list should not grow any longer.
This post is intended for intellectuals only.
A gang war between two groups of college students has broken out on a highway in Gudur.
In Hyderabad, there have been three separate incidents within just three days where minors have raped other minors.
"Stay at home"—that’s the motto for staying safe, right? But to the governments: there is one thing you must do. Build juvenile detention centers—at least five to ten for every town. Establish specialized units to handle juvenile offenders, similar to the 'She Teams' (police units for women's safety).
I have been sounding the alarm for two years now: our children are being ruined. This is a dangerous situation; horrific things are bound to happen.
Forget about my warnings—have the governments, political parties, or any organizations even bothered to speak up about this issue?
A generation of juvenile criminals is emerging! No one will be able to escape; no one is safe—not even when you 'stay at home.'
This is a time of destruction. A flood is coming.
"Governments are telling you not to wear it.
The geniuses are saying this. All wore out. Getting put on. Will we believe if he says that something will be done? Still need animals right? What are the creatures to say that the deaths of heart attack are due to vaccines? "
This is the thought of many who follow my posts.
Those who do not follow my posts now believe deeply that Long Covid is the reason for the deaths happening.
Check out my posts on Hussain Sagar. It's okay
Not one of them. Not two.. There are hundreds of scientific studies. About the weakening of the heart muscles due to vaccines, blood clots and brain stroke. If they are posted like that, Mukha Pustakam person will not accept. Still some friends are posting those clippings in the comment column.
"Omicron will not lower the throat; because of that, there is no effect on the heart for the insults of breath". This is not my point of view International level doctors said it. Peer reviewed and published in a journal like Lancet
And yet they won't believe it. They think the vaccines are good. Heart attacks everywhere.
Now the campaign of Sodi cases is increasing. Here is the fourth wave of poisonous things.. The writings.
With this fear, how many people will wear it again.
How many deaths have to be seen.
I have established an award in memory of my late aunt, Ramaneekantamma, who navigated life with a smile despite facing numerous hardships.
Pachamma receiving the first award!
Her husband was murdered just ten days after their wedding. Ever since then, Pachamma has lived her life with immense courage, while also serving as a pillar of support for many other families.
It has been six months since the emergence of the Omicron variant.
This means that the antibodies generated from an Omicron infection have likely depleted, making a reinfection possible. Consequently, we may see a rise in cases.
Antibodies acquired through an infection are like "earned money"—they get spent and eventually run out. However, the protection provided by T-cells—gained through exposure to the virus—is like "educational capital"; it is not "spent" or depleted. It remains with us for the rest of our lives.
Many people were infected during the first two waves or by the Omicron variant. Those who were infected but remained asymptomatic often mistakenly believe they were never infected at all. In reality, 95% of our country's population has acquired T-cell-mediated protection at least once.
Therefore, a current infection is of little consequence—perhaps just a mild cold or some body aches. There is no need for testing, and certainly no need for hospitalization. Even God cannot save those who live in constant fear.
From here on, one might get infected once or twice more. The nature of the coronavirus is to persist, but our approach should be to simply ignore it. At this stage, it is essentially just a common cold. Please inform those who are living in a state of panic.
As for the vaccines—well, you can see for yourselves, can’t you? We hear reports of heart attacks every single day; even government ministers are not spared—it’s truly unfortunate. If someone you know passes away suddenly from a heart attack, please take the opportunity to warn others. Advise them against taking any further vaccines.
Tenth-grade students from several schools in the city recently held their farewell party at pubs—many of these students are from international schools.
According to regulations, alcohol should not be served to minors in pubs. Did these pubs serve liquor at such parties? Or did the students bring their own alcohol, perhaps disguised in water bottles? Or did they simply go to the pub to dance and drink water? This needs to be clarified.
Some school owners—if not all—failed to take any action, despite knowing that their students were holding a farewell party at a pub, claiming, "This incident happened outside school premises; we have no connection to it."
Furthermore, a minor girl left a pub with her boyfriend. They got into a car; the girl and her boyfriend were in the back seat, along with another boy. A different boy was driving, and there was yet another boy in the front seat.
Initially, the girl and her boyfriend were kissing; subsequently, the four boys in the vehicle raped the girl.
This is unequivocally rape, and the perpetrators must be severely punished.
Is it not a form of deception—hiding the truth from the girls and their parents—to claim that the girls were "forced" to go to a pub?
Engaging in sexual activity during one's formative, educational years is inappropriate. Moreover, is it not wrong for a girl to participate in intimate acts like kissing with her boyfriend while four other boys are present in the same car?
I am not confirming that this incident took place in Hyderabad; that is not my responsibility—that is a matter for the police to investigate.
Through this post, I wish to emphasize the following:
1. Parents must keep a close watch on their children's behavior. You need to keep track of how they are spending the pocket money given to them.
2. More than schools and colleges, it is the parents who should impart wisdom to their children. If they become addicted to mobile phones, turn to alcohol or drugs, or mistake the impulsive infatuations of adolescence for 'love,' they may well end up in the Charlapalli or Cherlapally (Chenchuguda) jail—or worse, their dead bodies might end up at the Panjagutta graveyard.
Wake up! Set politics aside. Please protect your children. It is already too late.

These are scattered and sweet incidents, not incidents. Now this is a trend.
This is the future of tomorrow.
This is the real pandemic.
Political leaders are looking for the upcoming elections by abusing abuses.
One hundred heart attacks per day. Nope nope. Those are vaccine murders.
No one to question. This is the tragedy of today!

It has been about six months since the emergence of the Omicron variant.
The antibodies generated back then have likely waned, so it is possible to contract COVID-19 again, and case numbers may rise.
Cases are increasing in Maharashtra and Kerala—the states where COVID-19 first appeared in India.
By now, almost the entire population of the country has been infected once or twice, which has led to the development of T-cell immunity—a form of protection that lasts a lifetime.
Therefore, there is no need to fear. Ensure your body gets sufficient Vitamin D through sun exposure, and pay no heed to alarmist news. Do not get caught up in the panic. Taking additional vaccine doses will not provide significant benefits; in fact, it may only increase the risk of adverse side effects. It is entirely unnecessary.
Keep in mind that COVID-19 has now reached the level of a common cold. Worrying about it only causes you distress. It comes, and it goes. As Amitabh [Bachchan] has suggested, the idea that it will ever completely disappear is a misconception; it will likely persist for hundreds or even thousands of years. Being exposed to it is simply a natural occurrence, while living in constant fear of infection is a choice—one that serves the interests of those who profit from fear-mongering (such as pharmaceutical companies).
